Apple-ID/iCloud account change

Hey! I recently changed the e-mail on my apple-ID/iCloud account. But when i go into settings-> iCloud its still my old E-mail there and i cant log off/change it! Any clues?

Congratulations. You can create a new Apple ID with your new name, then delete your old iCloud account, create a new iCloud account and migrate your data to the new account.
Before deleting your existing iCloud account, if you have any photos in photo stream that are not in your camera roll or backed up somewhere else, save these to your camera roll or you will lose them. To do this, open the photo stream album on your phone in the thumbnail view, tap Edit, tap all the photos you want to save, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.
Once this is done, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On iPhone. Next, set up a new iCloud account using your new Apple ID (if you need to create one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom). Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge. This will upload the data to the new account.
If you need to change the ID for other services, do the following:
For purchasing from the iTunes and app stores, go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores, tap the Apple ID, sign out, then sign back in with the alternate ID. (Note: previous purchases are permanently tied to the ID used to purchase them so when you update your old apps, for example, you will still be prompted for the password for your old ID even if you aren't using it anymore.)
For iMessage, do the same thing in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive.
For FaceTime, do this in Settings>FaceTime.

I've seen similar questions but it is always being brought up by members of a family each with their own phone sharing an account. My scenario is different...
I have an activated Verizon iPhone 5, running iOS 7.1.x. I have an Apple ID and it backs up stuff to my iCloud account.
I've just received an, as of right now, non-activated T-Mobile iPhone 6. I haven't turned it on yet but it'll of course have iOS 8.x.
Both phones are mine. In a couple weeks, I'm going to go through the whole process of porting my number from Verizon to T-Mobile, but for reasons I won't go into now, I can't do that just yet.
If I power on the new iPhone 6 now, because I'm excited and want to play around with it, I should be able to just use it Wi-Fi. My question then is can I use both devices with the same Apple ID / iCloud account?
Obviously phone calls and non-Wi-Fi data will only be working through the iPhone 5, since it's the only one with service, and that's fine. But what happens with backups and syncing? Will new photos and apps end up on both? Will contacts, the call history, and messages (texts and iMessages) end up syncing? Will syncing work in both directions? Any other caveats or problems that I might run into? If it's a pain, I can just leave the iPhone 6 alone, and wait until I port my number over.

P.S. I've never ported a number or upgraded from one iPhone to another, so I don't know how it normally works. I'm assuming my Apple ID can "transfer" everything. I don't have much on my phone so it all fits within my iCloud storage. I don't use it with iTunes, or hook it up to any computer at all, or for music, movies, etc. Just apps, contacts, settings, photos, etc.

There should be no issues. Its designed to work like that. You don't change Apple IDs just because you get a new device.

Unlikely. But nothing is impossible. Though I don;t see how that would happen. As long as both are signed into the Same Apple ID / iCloud Account they will be N'Sync. (Bad Joke)

If you buy an App, you have 2 ways to get it to the iPhone6: If Automatic Downloads is enabled in Settings->iTunes & App Store, it will automatically download to the iPhone 6 when you buy it on the 5 and vice versa if you buy it on the 6, it will download to the 5.
Alternatively, you can simply go to the App Store App->Updates->Purchased and look for the App there and download it. Purchased Apps will not require payment again. i.e They'll be free to download to the iPhone 6 once purchased.
SMS Messages will sync over using Continuity as long as they are on the same Wifi network. Otherwise, restoring the iPhone 5 backup to the iPhone 6 will transfer all messages received up until the backup was made onto the iPhone 6.
Images, can be transferred either through Photo Stream

If you want the Continuity features as explained above you need to update the iPhone 5 to iOS 8. Otherwise its not all that important.

Apps are tied to the Apple ID they were bought with and can not be shared with other devices that have a different Apple ID.

There is a problem with iPhone 5.
Seems to be a design or manufacturing fault, phones made circa late 2012/2013. Note - my phone and several other colleagues too.
On the basis of Apple ignoring faults with iPhone 5 (over 30% calls dropped or missed on my phone - including a replacement from Apple), I now want to delete
my Apple and iCloud account. But I cannot see how this is done form the Account.

An Apple ID account cannot be deleted/terminated...you can only stop using it and let if fade away.

If you so readily post private personal information on the internet, like you've just done with your phone number, and are so willing to give login info to complete strangers, I'm not surprised all your iCloud email accounts were so easily hacked.
But why on earth do you have EIGHT iCloud accounts? You can't personally use them all?
You need to change the passwords on these accounts to VERY secure passwords and delete the mail settings that are re-directing your emails.

Is there a way to completely get rid of my old Apple ID/iCloud account?

I've had an iPhone 5s since they first came out, and I previously had an iPhone 4s. On my old 4s, I had one Apple ID, but when I got my 5s, I switched it to a different email address. However, I can't change my iCloud account on my phone. Almost every time I unlock my phone, it prompts me to sign into the Cloud, but no matter what password I try, it doesn't work, and if I request an email to reset the password, I never get one. If I try answering the security questions, it tells me the birth date I entered is wrong, when obviously I know when my own birthday is. I still have control of both email accounts, so it's not like it's getting sent somewhere else. Also, I tried just deleting the old account, but I need the password of the old account to disable some things, and again, I don't have the password and have no idea how to get it.
I have absolutely no idea what to do about this anymore, and my phone is kind of starting to act up, which makes me worried that if I don't figure this out soon, I won't get to back up any of my stuff before I have to get a new one.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. ICloud account changes asking me to upgrade?

Email wants me that my iCloud account will revert to 5GB this month and that I have more than 5 GB saved so I need to change my plan or cancel the order to revert to 5GB. But when I go into settings it says that 10GB is my plan and it won't let me change.

My mother and brother made the mistake to connect both their iPhones to the same Apple-id, so a problem came up: All iMessages sent and received from one iPhone are also seen and saved on the other iPhone. I changed iCloud accounts on my iPad, and when I did all documents in Pages were deleted. Is there anyway to recover those documents? The old iCloud account had the user name changed, so several documents were created on the iPad without being sync'd to any iCloud account.

OK found the answer in anothe discussion thread. On iPad, delete existing account by going to settings-iCloud-and tap red delete account bar. Sign in with the Apple id you want to use. This worked for me this time. Even though when I first tried to set up the iCloud account, I got error messages and thus was forced into creating the new id.
Anyhow, success.
