Okay so here is the situation I hope you could help me with, I'll make it short 'n' sweet.
What I done:
1. Put my phone into recovery mode
2. Recovered it
3. Went to set up iphone and came into a problem
I went to set up the iphone, inserted sim, wifi password etc but I was unaware that the "Find my iPhone" app was installed and activated on my phone so when I recovered it, it asked me for the apple id and password I FORGOT THE EMAIL and REMEMBER THE PASSWORD (I use the same one). I finally think I've cracked it and remember my email but because I was trying lots of different emails my iCloud email that I used to set up the phone (the one I forgot initially) it has not locked the email (not allowed me into my phone still) and when I reset my password it says "Email sent" but I have no idea what email it sent to as the email is w*****@icloud.com so it must be one of my hotmail/outlook/live accounts but I have a few (too many to remember, yes I know it's stupid) does anybody have an idea of what I could do to find out where the email has been sent to reset my password for w*****@icloud.com so I can access my phone and successfully set it up? Would help a **** of a lot.

It would have been sent to the primary email address associated with the ID, or the rescue address if you had one. If you can't find it, contact the Apple account security team for your country and ask for assistance resetting the password: Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security.

where on my computer am I suppose to make the individual picture files and have them to upload on my ipod touch.... I do have a photo library on my computer, but in the photo tab in itunes for the ipod touch and there is nothing checked for syncing, cause when I do check it it always says its going to replace everything i have in my photo library on my ipod touch..... So how am i suppose to have it checked and have it NOT replace pictures on it????
Also I cannot make more photo albums into my ipod touch, it just replaces the one album every time....
I am very frustrated cause I have tried the manuals and the apple support help etc and nothing pertains to my exact issue.....
Please if u could elaberate I would appreciate it alot.....

I cannot access my apple nor iCloud accounts. Password cannot be recovered. Help!

My apple and icloud accounts do not accept my password. I try restoring it but not even the answers to security questions seem right. I have tried restoring through my email but I get no email at all. Anybody know how to solve this? Thanks!

Please help me and tell how can I stop using my primary Apple ID (Gmail) but leave my secondary Apple ID (icloud) as primary ond only ONE?
I started using Apple ID in 2011 when iCloud was not exist and was forced to use non-apple e-mail adress as primary ID.
So I used GMail mailbox.
When iCloud was started I created my account but unfortunatelly can't remove this Gmail address from my Apple ID and replace it with icloud mail address.
I was VERY dissapointed because I don't want to use "outside" mailbox to get letters from Apple and ny ID.
In fact I see the Apple old users and fans discrimination.
When creating new user accounts are free to create a box on the iCloud mail and use it as a primary ID, and the only ONE.
At the same time the old user is obliged to keep third-party mail box like Gmail etc. as the primary and can not get such an opportunity, as a new user
This is extremely inconvenient and a VERY strange logical.
For example, now I want to stop using this mailbox on Gmail but I can not do that because in this case I lose access to my ID, or run the risk that someone in the future will create a box with the same name on Gmail (when name will be free and available) and will automatically get access to my accounts on Apple and to my Apple ID.
Now, to avoid this, your team, I offer the only way out: ID, create anew.
Of course it's possible, but then:
- I lose all my purchases for 3 years and will be forced to make them again and pay money for the second time for my purchases
- Lose access to the familiar iCloud e-mail address who now serves as secondary ID because this e-mail address is almost no longer available and will never be released in future.
And now answer me for ONLY TWO questions:
- WHERE IS LOGIC?
- WHAT ABOUT TO BE FRIENDLY FOR YOUR USERS AND FANS?

You cannot make your @icloud.com address the login address for the ID. However you can change your ID, currently a Gmail one, to any other functioning non-Apple email address. The Gmail address would then no longer access your account, and so even if someone were to obtain posession of it (is that even possible) it wouldn't allow them to get into your account.
If you want to change your ID to another email address please follow the procedure outlined below, particularly noting the first step.
Firstly, if you have 'Find My iPhone/iPad/iMac' enabled on any of your devices, turn it off.
Create a new email address, for example at Yahoo or Gmail, or anywhere convenient (or you can use an existing address as long as it has never been associated with an Apple ID).
Go to http://appleid.apple.com and click 'Manage your Apple ID'. Sign in with the current ID.
Where it says 'Apple ID and primary email address' and gives your current ID email address, click 'edit'.
Enter your new address and click 'Save changes'.
Now you will need to go to each of your devices and sign out in System Preferences (or Settings)>iCloud - 'Sign out' on a Mac, 'Delete this account' on an iOS device (this will not delete the account from the server).
Then sign back in with your new ID. Your iCloud data will disappear from your devices when you sign out, but reappear when you sign back in.
I re-iterate: before you start, turn off 'Find My Mac' (or whatever) or you will need the services of Support.

If you purchased Lion for your iMac, just log into the Mac App Store from your MacBook using the Apple ID under which you purchased Lion and go to the Purchases page. You will be able to download and install Lion there.
searching the internet i found a link to upgrtade to 10.7
The only place you get get Lion is from the Mac App Store. If you found some other site, that was an illegal copy and almost certainly tied to someone else's Apple ID and hence unusable by you. If the link was just to the Mac App Store, see above.
As to the problem with synchronization to iCloud, that's not a 10.6 question, so I'd suggest you take up that specific issue in either the Lion or iCloud forums, providing full details, and someone there can probably help you sort things out.

That's not the point.    Before iCloud, Outlook synched with Apple Calendar and/or iCal.    With iCloud, Cal syncs with iPhone and other devices.     Outlook doesn't have to sync with iCloud (although that would certainly be nice).   It just has to continue to sync with Cal, which in turn syncs with devices via iCloud.
But for some inane reason, it doesn't.    If this is Apple's way of forcing people to not use Office and only use Calendar and Apple Mail, they are going to stop the gains they've made in business environments.   Businesses, especially large businesses, use Outlook.   End of story.
Furthermore, Apple's instructions for setting up or deleting iCal and iCloud accounts is complete gibberish. And I'm a tech who has been working with computers for 32 years.   Apple used to be great at making things easy. They now suck at it and are just as bad as Microsoft.

I m not receiving any authentication email even it says that email has been sent, & trtied to verify my birth date & all then it says

After all, I am just putting the same id & password, It says INCORRECT.

I have Apple Id for 2-3 years, just buoght an Ipad, signed in Icloud, singed in with Apple Id "Rejected", it shown up" "Required email, in put email, password:"Required at least 8.... and 1 capital, in put " ok, but now Apple Id& iCloud can't sign in any more.
Did tried to reset Apple Id by Email but I did not get any email (tried 6-7 times) , did check junk mail, no luck!
at that time, there are no secret questio/Asnwer to fill in so I can't tried that.
Call Apple tried for more than hours, can't help me, got hang up at the end
Tried:"Express lane" looks like it sinking now, Follow-Up: 237856409
2 emails account are registered, so they are dead email now

To change your iCloud ID, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, then sign back in with the new ID. This deletes the account and your iCloud data from your device, but not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account, your iCloud data will reappear on your device when you sign back in.
To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll (if not already there) before deleting the account. To do this, open your my photo stream album, tap Edit, tap the photos, tap Share, then tap Save to Camera Roll.

I got an iCloud helper message on my iPhone and now I can't use the internet

Hi all,
I received a message on my computer from iCloud helper? Saying I had a virus and it lists everything that is at risk, and then says to call a number. I'm maybe not the most brilliant, and I called. I allowed remote access to my computer and she wanted to charge me 99.95 to clean my mac. I said no. I then deleted and cleared my download folder, all website data and restarted my computer. I updated the software and it was restarted again. I can use my computer fine, but I can't use the internet on my iPhone 4s.
I have closed the internet, turned off the wifi, turned it back on. Restarted my phone. Cleared website data and it still gives me the same message.
Just not sure if I have totally screwed myself or what to do to fix it.

Okay than this definitely was not Apple. Apple support techs never have access to your mouse. It sounds like this company installed some software on your Mac. It is hard to tell what their intentions are but just assume in these situations that all your data was compromised. Possibly all your online accounts have been compromised such as social networks, banks, etc.. The smartest thing to do would be to change all of your passwords and reinstall OS X on your Mac. It sounds extreme but that's what happens when a 3rd party company gains control of your computer.

Let's get this iPhone set up for you! If you don't have the proper information to reset the password, then you'll need to create a new one Apple ID. You can do so on the apple website or through the iPhone itself. Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
