Apple ID in another country?

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place to ask a question about Apple ID, but please bear with me.
I have an Apple ID registered in my home country, if I physically move to another country (let's say the US), will I be able to use the same Apple ID that once registered in my home country?
I am planning to buy a new mac in US, and I would like to be able to download all the apps that were bought using my old Apple ID that was registered in my home country. Is this even possible?

Please let me know if you got a reply from Apple.

I live in country A and when I log on to the itunes store I´m automatically connected to that country´s store.But I know that certain films I would like to rent are possible to rent in the US Itunes store. You can only buy from your own country's store - to be able to buy from another country's store you need a valid billing address in that country and be in that country when buying from it. You can try requesting that they be added to US store, but ultimately it's the book's publisher that will have to grant Apple a license to sell it there : http://www.apple.com/feedback/itunes.html

Hi i'm from Vietnam. I downloaded iOS6 and when i want to update some apps it always says 'Your account is not valid for use in the Kuwaiti store. You have to switch to Vietnamese store before purchasing'. But the point is my apple ID is already in Vietnamese store. I tried switching to Kuwaiti store and switch again to Vietnamese store but it didnt work. I cant update anything. Can u guys help me ?!

Using Apple TV on another country

I am going back to Spain on christmas holidays and I was wondering whether if an Apple TV brought in the USA would work in Spain.

It should since the power adapter is built into ATV, so 240V 50hz is not an issue. However in order for you to rent movies from iTunes I believe it has to be connected to a U.S. iTunes account. I got a friend in Sweden that run his ATV first generation just fine, but he has an U.S. bank account with a credit card connected to that. I would also assume that movies and music added to your iTunes account on your Mac or PC should stream just fine as that part is not connected to a credit card, I have myself added movies manually in iTunes and they stream beautifully to my ATV.

You're welcome. The iPhone has never had an international warranty because of regional band requirements. Also, remember that if it needs to be sent back, you cannot send directly to Apple, as they will not accept international shipments for service. It would have to be as I stated earlier. That phone may not support your local LTE bands either. Good luck.

Not unless you are physically in the country whose iTunes Store you wish to use and can provide a payment method issued in that country. If so, then you can change the country of your iTunes Store account to that new country.

Purchasing iphone from another country

Hi Guys, is it possible to buy any of apple products from apple website of another country ?! Thanks.

You either need to purchase from a certain country's iTMS:
#1: A CC with a billing address in that certain country
or
#2: A Prepaid card/gift voucher issued in that certain country + an address there
If you don't meet of of this conditions there is "no go" - that's no decision made by Apple but by the big record companies.

How can I get a refund from another country that does not have an Apple Store?

While going to the US for the summer, I went to the San Francisco Apple Store.
I saw the Apple Gift Cards, and I was wondering if they would work on my Taiwan Apple ID, so I bought a $25 gift card and a 4 cards bundle pack each with $10 inside.
But then now, coming back to Taiwan, I realised the gift cards was only valid for US users so I asked for support from Apple
and this is what they replied:

There is only resellers in Taiwan, so there is no way I could get a refund from Taiwan

I want to change the country/region in my Apple ID but it wont let me because I have 69 cents credit left in another country's itunes how do I do it?

We bought the phone in another country and used it there on a prepay plan. we also purchased several itunes gift cards and used them to download some music. We used all but 69 cents of the credit on the itunes card before leaving that country. We are now in another country and have signed up with another cellular provider and purchased another itunes card but when we went to redeem the credit on the card it wouldn't accept it and said it was only for use in the country we were in. I realised our itunes account did not recognise we have gone to another counrty so I went into the settings of the phone and selected the iTunes and App Stores. When in that setting i tapped the Apple ID and then view Apple ID which then gives you the option to change the country/ region. However when I try to change the country I keep getting the message under the banner Account, which says "You have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores".
I have looked through everything but cannot find a way to delete or spend the 69 cents credit. Can anyone help me?

probably not as it will know the card isnot registered in the US and may even charge you for postage. could you not get it from your country? I maybe cheaper (with the exchange rate) and quicker for delivery
