Apple ID "incorrect" on app store, but signed into on settings
My friend gave me her old iPod touch. I didn't restore it, I just signed all of her accounts our. I signed my apple ID in on the settings, but it still shows her s on the app store. What do I do?
Restore the iPod to factory settings/new iPod. That persons did not have the rights/licence to give the media to you.

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...

I need to update my apps in the App Store, but when i try to update, the Sign Up Apple ID pop up box came out with different Apple ID. How can I change it to mine? My iTunes Store already log in with my own Apple ID.
Just now you said the other Apple ID stored inside it, is that mean all my data back up in that the other ID?

just got a new iphone 5s and i am trying to get on the app store but it is telling me that not connected to itunes when i connect to itunes it was fine then went back to app store it is telling me sign in to itunes store so i do that with my apple id and password but is still isn't working help

Try resetting (turning off and then on again) your Wi-Fi router.

Download them to iTunes abd then sync the apps. Make an appointment with Apple and see what the problem is. -
I never set up any security questions for my apple ID and I was asked on the app store to sign in and answer my security questions, I never made any in the first place and it came up with questions that I didn't know. I've already been in support and tried to reset them, but I have to answer the security questions in order to change them. Is there any way to find out what they are?

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The missing apps could have been done by setting the Restrictions that can hid those apps. If the backup was made with those retrictions set the the Restrictions are also restored.
Thus, if you get it to work restore to factory settings/new iPod, not from backup

I changed my Apple ID to my new email address successfully for the iTunes and App store but it won't work for iCloud and it won't recognize my password. I read that this can't be done. How am I supposed to get into iCloud? I plan on getting rid of my old email address which is my old Apple ID so how is that going to work?

I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. Okay so when I try to download apps on my phone a totally different Apple ID that I've never used before popped up. I've already tried settings under apps/iTunes and signed into my own apple account. But even doing so my apple Id won't show up
Try this:
Open the iTunes app, select the Music tab, then scroll all the way down to the bottom. Here you can sign out of any current Apple ID and sign into a new one. Good luck!

Just bought a new iPhone and am having trouble with iTunes and App Store. I can log in to Cloud, iTunes, and app store but once I try to download, it says "Youe apple id has been disabled". I've reset my password three times and have no issue on my Pad.

I'm trying to log onto app store, but I keep getting a message the my device or computer is unable to be verified. How do I verify it when the app store will not allow me to log onto the account even when I use my Apple ID, which works with no problem on itunes. What is up and how do I correct it now!
Check your mac's Serial Number.
Some people have problems with missing serial numbers on their Macs and that's the message you get when this happens.
Click on the Apple at the top left of the screen, open "About this Mac" and click on "More Info". You should see a list with information about your Macbook Air. Check that on the Serial Number field you have your Mac's Serial. If you have "SystemSerial#" written instead then that's your problem.
You can re-enter your serial number if you have a USB CD drive, it's not very straightforward but I can walk you through it if you need it.

I entered in all my info and then accidently clicked out of the screen before I wrote down the code to redeem it.
