Apple ID isn't associated to iTunes Connect?

I've been trying to publish a book I've created on iBooks Author to the iBooks Store but I'm having a bit of trouble with iTunes Connect.
I've set it up and signed the contracts and I can access the dashboard on a web browser with my Apple ID however, when I try to log into it from the Publish wizard on iBooks Author it keeps coming up with an alert message saying that "this Apple ID isn't associated with an iTunes Connect account", even though it is.
I was wondering if it was a possibility I might have missed something along the way to connecting my Apple ID to the iTunes Connect? I don't know what to do.

I too have this issue but cannot find a solution to this.
I know my Apple ID is correct, but I either get told my account is not enabled for iTunesConnect or my username and password is incorrect.
TestFlight runs out tomorrow so I am concerned about being able to export my users to the different distribution platform.
Any help would be great.

    Australian desk is theoretically open but keep getting - this support center is closed messages.
    Singapore is a generic help desk - not Apple Dev support.
    And now, despite clicking on Dev support it asks me what device I want support for - Well Duh !!! None. Apple Support - oxy moron.

    This is making me very upset:( Yesterday, I enrolled as a solo apple developer. But trying to login into iTunes Connect simply isn't working. It says, Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect. What does this mean. I cant find anything on the topic except the same thing happening to others. I have apps ready to launch and I am getting very frustrated.

    Got same problem.
    I've changed my log in e-mail, activated it through the link sent to my new e-mail and that's it. I can't log in to iTunes Connect, shows me this error "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect".
    I can log in my Developer account, but not in iTunes Connect.
    Also I contacted Apple Developer Program Support through e-mail. They gave me my case number - 665965180. But there were no response since, it's already 2 days of silence.
    I'm little bit scared, just want to know what I need to do to activate log in to iTunes Connect.
    Please help.

When you enroll in the iOS Developer Program or Mac Developer Program, you'll need to use a different Apple ID.

    I just had this happen to me too. I read that my apple id (the one that I couldn't log into iTC with) needs to have a credit card on file. So I opened iTunes, changed to my problematic account, which was brand new, entered a cc, and then went back over ot iTC.
    I still couldn't log in. But I tried creating the account again, and this time, it worked. So I had to go back to the "front page" of iTC and start over after I entered a cc on iTunes.

    I really want to get my books onto the iBooks Store as soon as I can - I've tried going through publishers like Smashwords and BookBaby but I've not had much luck with them.... I would prefer to go direct through retailers like Apple and Barnes and Noble.

    You can sign in to your BlackBerry ID by visiting www.bbid.com . From there you should be able to associate a new device to your BB ID.

    Are you able to sign into the iTunes Store and purchase items with that ID? If so I've no idea why you should get this message. However, though I'm not familiar with iTunes Connect, I'm not sure it's got anything to do with posting podcasts. To submit a podcast you go to

    It's been about 2 hours for me trying to connect and reconnect to iTunes for the final step in my 2.0 update. I understand that there is a huge volume of people trying to do the same thing which is causing the server overload, but why isn't there a queue so that we can at least wait in line?

    I signed up for an Individual Apple Developer Account (iOS $99 Paid) and I can login to Member Center  but I cannot login to my iTunesConnect account with an error "Your Apple ID isn't enabled for iTunes Connect"
    All the other posts on the internet point to asking the Agent to add your apple id as Member to iTunesConnect but since I have an Individual Account there is no Agent here. I am the Admin / Agent.
