Apple ID not logging in - iOS 8.3

I just updated my phone to iOS 8.3 and like everyone said, my Touch ID wasn't working. So I logged out of my Apple ID, and now it isn't allowing me to log back in. When I try to log in in settings, it loads for a second and then it just stops. I tried to log in while downloading but all that happens is it loads and then the app stops downloading, the circle thing just goes back to the 'get' button, like I stopped the download.
I know the password is correct because if I try to enter a wrong password, the message that says it is incorrect pops up.
Does anyone have an idea of what this is? Or how to fix it? Please help

Ok I think this might work as seems to work for me. 
Update Itunes on your pc, mine updated to 12.1.2)
Connect phone and make sure apple ID on phone and pc are the same.
Sync device and restart phone. 
Go to Itunes app and download any app.
Enter ID and password when prompted.
This is working for me now as all my apps updated , fingers crossed it works for you.

    Apple does not support downgrading iOS levels.

    When you say you changed your password was that on the gmail site and yet both your phone and pad can still send & receive with the same settings and the original password? That should not happen. If you changed your gmail password no device should be able to connect using the original password.
    As to the problem with mac mail this is a very common problem. Most of the time the only fix is to completely delete the account and recreate it. But then you also need to remove the original smtp server entry as just removing the account doesn't do that.

    Same here.... No fix. Replacing is the option apparently and if you're out of warranty, you're SOL. That was as per the "Genius" at Apple.

    I have not had wifi since November when I upgraded to the newest IOS version.  I called the Apple help line and they told me some things to do and I tried them all and they worked for a few hours and then wifi shut off again.  I kept doing what they told me and it worked for a couple more days and then I could never turn it on again.  My blue tooth doesn't work either.  I had to actually increase my data usage with AT&T becuase of this.  When I did that in December I went to the Apple store and was told that it is a hardware issue and since my phone is out of warranty I would have to pay for a new phone because they could not fix the issue.  My upgrade isn't up until June 2014 so not only do I have to wait for the upgrade and I am not paying for a new phone but I have to pay $10 plus extra a month on my cell phone bill because I was going over on my Data!!!  I have been beyond upset about this and Apple is not doing anything about this nor did they offer up some way to resolve the issue because obviously it is not just some rare incident if several people are having this issue.  Who knows how many people out there have had this issue and have not said anything about it.  Now there is a newer update that I can't do because it requires wifi in order to download.
    June can not get here fast enough and I may not go back to Iphone after dealing with this for so long with no help from Apple.

    I seem to have two Apple ID's attached to my e-mail.
    An Apple ID is a valid email address, apparently. How can those be "attached to your email"... what email?
    Facetime will not verify my e-mail address because it is associated with the other account.
    This doesn't make sense. You can register multiple, even non-Apple-ID, email addresses and their aliases with FaceTime.
    So, maybe you can explain your problem better - what you want and the steps you've taken and what you have so far. If something doesn't work, please tell the exact error message, too.

    How come although iPads are getting more powerful, the iOS apps from apple are so mediocre and just not that great? We spend all this money for the latest ipad and all we get is these $5 video and music apps from apple. Why create the iOS platform and only offer so so apps like IMovie and GarageBand ? While other developers are offering much better apps like pinnacle studio for video, Cubasis and Auria for music production, apple has not showed much growth in terms of innovation. While there's nothing wrong with making an app like GarageBand where "anyone " can make a song, how about something for real musicians or an app not so basic as it get for video editing? After spending 0ver $700 on an ipad I'd be willing to spend more than $5 for a better video or audio app.

    First, try a system reset although I can't give you any confidence.  It cures many ills and it's quick, easy and harmless...
    Hold down the on/off switch and the Home button simultaneously until you see the Apple logo.  Ignore the "Slide to power off" text if it appears.  You will not lose any apps, data, music, movies, settings, etc.
    If the Reset doesn't work, try a Restore.  Note that it's nowhere near as quick as a Reset.  It could take well over an hour!  Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync.  From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab.  Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup.  You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod.  Again, say "yes."
    At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod.  As before, say "yes."  Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time.  If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device.  Corrective action is simple -  choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
    If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.

    This has nothing to do with Apple, as Apple does not make the apps.
    This is the decision of the app maker.
    Contact those app makers and ask them why they do this.

    For the slowness:

    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Reset all settings
    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.

    I have entered my user name, full email address and my actual name several times over. The Apple TV says that it can not find my account.
    I save my photos to my idisk using the Backup Application, other than that, I do not have a me.com or old mac.com photos.
    How can I upload my photos? Can I upload photos from both a desk top mac and a laptop mac? I would love to have a centalized place to store photos.

  • "Apple page not found" error after installing iOS 6 and trying to connect to wifi on iPad 2, how do I fix this?

    SO I just installed the new iOS6, and the wifi is working (posting on my iPad 2 right now). However it won't let me use safari, and every time I select my wifi network, it shows the full strength signal. But before I can do anything it loads a page in an attempt to connect to apple.com, that says "apple page not found." I can then navigate the apple website, but there is no address bar. I try using safari and it says I am not connected to a wireless network. I know this is a problem with iOS 6, so has anyone heard how to fix this? Or is anyone having this problem as well?

    Reading some older threads from 2012 and 2011 it appears the problem was present even then.  Part of the problem was due to people using multiple or different account id's on the various devices.  In my case, I only have one ID and it is the same on all devices yet the iPhone and iPad are still throwing the same error when I try turning on iTunes Match.  This is very frustrating . . . any help out there?  Thanks.

    Why should Apple do that? You bought iPhoto for iOS 7 and it is still working for iOS 7. Apple's AppStore licence does not promise, that the apps will work with future versions of the operating system or on newer hardware.
    Apple provided a way to migrate your iPhoto Library to Photos:

    But granted; the demise of iPhoto is a sad loss. And we can only hope, that future updates of Photos will bring back more of the missing functionality of iPhoto.
