Apple ID Security questions. Help me please
Okay so I have had this email address for about 2-3 years now and it's been my apple email since then. I have added iTunes codes to it every so often but just yesterday I bought one and decided to redeem it on my iPad. It was successfully redeemed and I decided to buy an app. I tried and it asked for payment confirmation with my security questions. I tried and tried but couldn't remember the questions. I pressed the button to send to my backup email a way to get the answers again but it asks for the questionnaire to be filled. As the email was made like 2 years ago, I have no idea who I recently emailed or the subjects of the emails. I have no way to get the security questions and I have no way to use my newly purchased iTunes card. I need help with this because it simply is not fair. Being a loyal customer for this long should give some help. Thanks.
The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email addres set up on your account, an alternate/secondary email address is a different setting/address : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions), or aren't receiving the email to it, then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

On your browser, whether Safari, Google Chrome or otherwise, navigate tohttps://appleid.apple.com.
Once here click Manage your Apple ID button and sign into your iCloud account. Here, on the left side select Password and Security and this will list options on the right side. You should be able to see an option to reset your security questions.

If you cannot see or reset your security question, or even obtaining an error, then you would have to contact Apple directly: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57. Here you would explain the issue, transfer you to an Account Security Agent who will be able to veritfy your identity and assist you in the resetting of you security questions. -

Best wishes,The people on these boards aren't Apple Support and can't do that for you. You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

Hi! So I haven't used iTunes in a few months but I just got an iTunes gift card and want to make a purchase. iTunes redeemed it just fine but now that I want to make a purchase I am having problems. I can't remember my security question answers and iTunes is requesting them. I have two other verified emails but the are NOT rescue emails. I can't contact iTunes over the phone because my phone lines are out and are going to be out for a long time. The only way I can contact them is by email. How can I do this? Is there an easy way to just reset all my security questions? Please help a girl out. I just want my music!

Recently i brought a itunes card and loaded it onto my apple acc, when i went to purchase something it ask me to answer my security questions, as i created the account over 4 years ago i can not remeber my answers, and like other sites they security questions normally dont matter so i didnt bother to take note of the answers. ive tried everything and i cant seem to remember my answers, one of my questions was what was your childhood nickname, which is one of the hardest because i had tonne growing up. if their is a way to change this can someone please tell me, as i dont want to create another account and lose the money i have loaded onto the account. Your help will be much appreciated!!!
If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get them reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57
