Apple id security stuck

just did the ios 7 update on my iphone 4s and when it got to the apple id security screen it won't let me past it and now i can't get out of it, i tried not entering the security questions by clicking "not now" and also tried entering the info but it won't go past the rescue email screen either way with or without email entered

add your security questions. if its asking you for them, rather then set them up, then reset them using appleid.apple.com

I started to do the latest update to iOS7 in my iPad mini and it froze the screen at the area Apple ID security where it asks for "Add Security Question". I press the next icon, and nothing happens. The screen is frozen there and I can't get out. I can go no further forward nor can I be back. It's just stuck. This has rendered my mini iPad useless. What can I do?

There are two ways to resolve this:
You can follow this article by Microsoft: How to reset Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) , or follow the steps below to manually find and remove TcpWindowSize and MaxGlobalTcpWindowSize entries from the Registry.
For Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7: Go to the C:\Windows folder and launch regedit.
Go to Edit > Find.
Search for "TcpWindowSize" entries. There are typically multiple entries of TcpWindowSize/GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize spread throughout the entire Registry. If "TcpWindowSize" exists, one or more third-party applications have changed the user's default Windows settings for TCP/IP.
Go to File and select Export. This step will export a copy of the Registry that can be used as a backup of the original settings.
Delete the "TcpWindowSize" entry.
Search for the next "TcpWindowSize" entry and delete each one until the Registry no longer has any "TcpWindowSize" entries.
Close Regedit, restart the PC, and test.
If you are uncertain as to why these registry entries exist and the PC is a business computer, contact your network administrator and determine what values TCP/IP can be set in their Windows Registry setting so that the PC can update or restore an iOS device rather than deleting the "TcpWindowSize" entry.

Hi! So I haven't used iTunes in a few months but I just got an iTunes gift card and want to make a purchase. iTunes redeemed it just fine but now that I want to make a purchase I am having problems. I can't remember my security question answers and iTunes is requesting them. I have two other verified emails but the are NOT rescue emails. I can't contact iTunes over the phone because my phone lines are out and are going to be out for a long time. The only way I can contact them is by email. How can I do this? Apple says that the Mac was supposed to be erased and taken back to the most recent version of OS X with which it shipped. You should not have any of the previous owner's apps. That violates the Terms of Use for Mac App Store apps.

For some reason my apple tv is stuck on the home sharing and settings screen. Ive already unplugged it and let it reset but its not even giving me the option to go to the home scene..HELP!!?

That is the main menu, however you are not properly connected to the network so that is why the other apps are not appearing.
Make sure DNS is set to auto (settings - general - network)
Check that location is set correctly via settings
If on wifi try ethernet
Make sure router is up to date and has port 123 open (refer to manual if unsure)
