APPLE ITUNES How do we contact you

I can see that the itunes Canada issue still isn't resolved. What does it take for Apple to get a grip? Does anyone have a phone number that we can use to contact these savvy business people?

The problem with Itunes Canada is it doesn't work. About 3 weeks ago, all of a suddden when I click on my desktop itunes icon I go to the american store rather than the Canadian store. You have to buy through the store country you live in, so when you attampt a purchase it says "You are only authorized to buy from the canadian store, you will be directed there now" Instead we are sent back to the American store again.
Trying to switch to the American store at the bottom of the page gets the same result. I've since had two emails from people who have emailed itunes nd the problem has still not been solved

    Probably the best place to start is the right forum for your product. This is the forum for Distiller Server, a long dead product used by big companies, and probably not what you have. If you can't find the right forum, please let us know the FULL name of what you paid for (please check your invoice, as Adobe have many similar products), and we can perhaps direct you. Good luck!

  • How do you " properly " reply to Apple support once they've contacted you?

    This sounds very minuscule ( I KNOW) , but I am pretty sure I am doing this correctly. I am having some issues with my iTunes and need tech support. I've emailed them and got a response from tech very swiftly, asking for specific information and screen shots. I did this...to respond, I just click on reply ( in my email account ; yahoo) and then continue inserting required info.
    Now...l I've sent the response , only to get back a day later, an email  stating pretty much this :
    'Your message has been enqueued and undeliverable for 1 day'
    to the following recipients:
    Recipient address: [email protected]
    Original address: [email protected]
    Reason: unable to deliver this message after 1 day
    Am I doing something wrong ?? Because I also received a 'follow up' email from support asking for the information they specified the first time they responded. Am I not doing something right here?

    I just purchased my mother an ipad generation 1 for her 91st Birthday on Jan 18. I set hers up giving her own ID and personal information for her own account. But I had to connect to my wifi since we do not have a modem for her. I recently downloaded a Bingo Bash application and it came up in my name with my payment information? How could this happen? And tonight when I tried to use my ipad 3rd generation, the I D information is mixed up. How do I get my personal information off her account and her information off mine? I gave her her own email and ID-. This should not have happened? I am totally un-savvy with electronics so please explain this simply in laymens terms so I can try to correct this problem and make sure our accounts are separate and not merged together. She wants to learn to do her banking online and I would hate to think what could happen with her very confidential information. My mother is Louise Hargis but she cannot hear well over the telephone and I will have help her anyway since she does not have her ipad and has no idea how to use it.     You are not addressing Apple here.  This is a user to user forum and Apple does not read or respond to these posts.  I've asked the forum hosts to edit out your personal information for your own security.
    As far as your question, if you are saying that you are getting each other's merged data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) on your devices then you must have set up both devices with the same iCloud account and ID (in Settings>iCloud).  When you do this, any data you sync with your shared iCloud account is merged, and the merged data appears on all devices sharing the account.
    To fix this, one of you needs to migrate your data to a new, separate account, then your have to manually delete the other person's data from each of your accounts.  To do this, first decide which device will be changing accounts.  On that device, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.  (This will only delete the account from the iPad, not from iCloud.  The iPad that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.)  When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPad.  Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom).  Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge.  This will upload the data to the new account.
    Finally, to un-merge the data in the two accounts you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately, then manually delete the data you don't want (such as deleting the other person's contacts from your account, and vice versa).
    As far as the app you downloaded, when you purchased the app it will display what ever Apple ID you have in Settings>iTunes & App Stores on your device.  (This is in Settings>Store in iOS 5.)  If you are sharing the same ID there and wish to change this, go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores (or Settings>Store in iOS 5), tap the ID shown, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID.

    click on iTunes Store Customer Service website
    then click on you country from the list
    then click on "iTunes Store Account & Billing"
    then click on "Billing Inquiries"
    then click on "email us"
    then fill out the form
    for specific request I would chose "I have an invoice question", but that's just a guess.

    I have not had a computer for several years and I just got a new one. My old computer got a virus and when that happened all my music was lost. Thank goodness I had it all on my Ipod Nano 2nd GEN. Now my problem is that I don't know how to get the music off my Ipod Nano onto my new computer!!! I was able to get the songs that I purchased thru ITunes by just authorizing my new computer. But I have alot more music that is on my Ipod nano that I can't put into my ITunes library. In fact, I can't even get my music into a file folder on my computer!! I really need help. I don't have any copies of the music anywhere else and some of it is hard to get. How do I get my music either into ITunes or into a file folder on my new computer or even if I could get my computer to recognize my Ipod and sync all the music into windows media or something like that. Every time I connect my IPod all that happens is that it tells me if I sync the IPod that it will replace all the music from my ITunes library on to my IPod.     They don't have the music on their computer so they cannot transfer the iTunes folder, from the computer to their iPod and then to the new computer. And if they try to enable disk use on the iPod it will erase all the music that is on it. The method you cited is moving the files in a data format using the iPod as a flash drive. It doesn't work if they are in music format. That is why I suggested Yamipod.

    I went to use Firefox and it suddenly wouldn't work. None of it. Right clicking and using the drop down box didn't help at all. There is no way to give you feedback because I can't open your browser. I have started using Opera for everything but one email account. It just doesn't work well with Opera. I am back to using Internet Explorer to access it. So far firefox is still my default browser, but I am beginning to wonder why I'm keeping it.

    How can I even look at a profile when I can't even get the firefox browser window to open? Besides, I am not an advanced user, I have never messed around with profiles. I don't even use them on my computer.
