Apple ITunes Problems PLEASE help!!!!

Ok, so my friend has been having problems for a while now about her itunes app store account. She has had a problem in the past about credit card information and is afirad to give any information away. When we try to set up her account and it's time to choose a credit card there is no "none" option. On mine there was so how can we get that on hers? Or is there a way to get around it?

Create a NEW account using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before.

ITunes problem please help!!!!

Can anyone please help, I have just had my laptop back form Apple and I have gone to play my music in iTunes and the distortion and skipping is horrible really really grainy!. You can no longer hear songs that were once crystal clear. I have read about gain and things but my equaliser is turned off, but the song played fine before I sent my laptop away for a new casing so that shouldn't make a difference!!!! Can anyone suggest what is wrong or give me a solution to fix the problem.

That has happened to me twice before, first time when I changed account names. Ineeded to authorize it with the old acct name. the 2nd time it happened I never knew what caused it but I was able to fix it by de-authorizing the mac and then re-authorizing it. Hope one these helps.

Major iTunes problems- please help

Okay people, here's a good one for you. On my desktop I have the latest iTunes version, software, and all that jazz. When I hook up my 60GB iPod or my 40GB iPod iTunes locks up and refuses to sync my iPod. I have had this problem for quite a while now. Anyone have any suggestions? Now I have another problem. Since I cannot use my desktop I backed up my 11GB library to 3 DVDs so I can transfer my library to my Sony Vaio laptop. On that laptop I uninstalled iTunes from the C drive and installed the latest 7.3 iTunes on the D drive so I would have enough space. I finished restoring the first disc and then put in the second. A message popped up saying there was not enough room on the C drive for all of the music. What in the ****? I installed on the D drive! So then I looked at the shortcut icon's properties it said it was located on the C drive. I then did the 'explore' thing and it said iTunes was on the D drive. So according to the laptop iTunes is in two different places. Does anybody know what the **** is going on and can you please help me?

Alright, so on my laptop I got my library to work on the D drive, but guess what. My 40GB iPod won't be recognized by the computer or iTunes but i don't really care about that iPod. My 60GB iPod is recognized somewhat but iTunes says something like "the iPod cannot be read... blah blah blah... you should restore your iPod." I am to the point of refusing to restore my iPod because I did that a few weeks ago for my desktop computer and I had to wait a full 36 hours for another non-Apple program to recover the data on my iPod because iTunes wouldn't sink it. No wonder I don't want to restore my iPod. Please someone help me!

5th gen itunes problem, please help

I have an ipod touch 5th generation that I just got today, It was working right out of the box and i synced everything up, I already updated the software to 6.0.1. Then after I do that, I am prompted to update to software 6.0.1 because my software is not 6.0.1 (??? how!) and I stupidly select this, Before this my ipod was crisply working as it should, Now it is not working, It is in recovery mode and the drivers are not installing with it. I dont know what happened or what I should do, I have a warranty on this thing, should I use this? I dont really know what to do. please help!

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

hello, i have a HP computer a pavillion g6 with a GPU Ati Radeon 6470M and windows 10 as operating system i tryed every single roubleshooting web site that speaks about this issue for now. in my opinion windows 10 isn't made for this kind of Graphic cards (by that i mean ATI mobility graphic cards)... for now !!!. a lot of people offer alternative solutions to the driver provided by the official AMD website, try this web site "http://leshcatlabs.net/". may be it'll work. but they didn't work for me, try them may be they could work for you if u happen to try windows 10. the thing is and my question is : Will there ever be any fix from HP (or microsoft, or AMD) for this issue ?. because it's not worth to wait if i will never use my graphic card on windows 10... i'm seriously thinking about downgrading back to windows 7 where every thing was stable over this issue. it's a temporary solution, but at least i can use my GPU. thx for answering, let's hope we all find a solution soon.

Itouch - itunes problem - please help !

I have the latest firmware on my 2nd gen itouch and its not jailbroken .
yet when i put on music , movies or anything , it goes like its loading the the songs or whatever but as soon as it freezes . It gets to the sync screen at the top of itunes but freezes and if i unhook it , no new songs or movies . but if i plug the itouch back into itunes , it syncs and all's well .does anyone else have this problem ? thanks alot !

How many things was it updating? If it was a lot then it might freeze for just a little and complete the update. If it is just a little bit of things, then you're iTunes may not be up to date or you might have to restore your iPod and see if that works.

IPOD+ITUNES problem, please help

Before I loaded the new version of itunes, I could plug in my ipod and drag and drop things from my itunes library into my ipod. After loading the new version I can no longer drag and drop songs from itunes to my ipod, and i cannot select individual songs on my ipod in itunes. All the songs on the ipod are grayed out. I cannot play any music on my ipod thru itunes. I have tried reinstalling and resetting everything. Please help

There is a manual method of accessing the iPod's hard drive and copying songs but not playlists back to iTunes on Windows posted in this thread: MacMuse - iPod to iTunes
If you prefer something more automated then there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod, this is just a selection. Have a look at the web pages and documentation for these, they are generally quite straightforward.

Shared Apple ID problems - please help!

A few months ago I set up my daughter's new iPhone 5c using my Apple ID. I wanted to be able to control what she downloaded to her phone. Anyway, not creating her own Apple ID at the time was a big mistake.
I just switched from a Droid to an iPhone yesterday, and set it up under my Apple ID. Since we both signed up with the same Apple ID, I now receive text messages sent to her, and vice versa. So one of us needs a new Apple ID.
What is the best way to proceed here? Since I don't have any data on my phone yet, would it be easier for me to just create a new Apple ID for my phone? I do have a fairly extensive iTunes library of music that I don't want to lose, however. Also, I will be using the Calendar a great deal, and don't want a shared calendar.
I"ve read that I can switch her iMessage, iCloud, and FaceTime accounts to a different Apple ID, so maybe setting up a new Apple ID for my daughter for these features is the way to go? If I do create a new Apple ID for her for these services, will she lose her existing texts, etc? She doesn't want to lose them.
Ideally I'd prefer for her to have her own Apple ID, but don't want her to lose whatever data she has. She has only free apps, and very little music on her iPhone. Her concern is not losing photos or especially texts in iMessage.
What is the easiest, most sensible fix here? Detailed suggestions/steps are also appreciated. Thanks!

It's definitely best for one of you to make a new ID. The Apple ID has nothing to do with her messages, so she won't lose those if she makes a new one. Her photos will remain in the camera roll, however her photo stream will reset. She will lose any music she downloaded through iTunes and any apps, as those are directly associated with the Apple ID.
If you really don't want to switch Apple ID's, you can stop recieving each other's texts by changing settings in Settings > Messages > Send & Recieve, but it can still cause headaches at some point or another.

Hi, i had the same problem. Try to find the file "apple" or "itunes" don't know it anymore exactly. Ahm well you need to delet any information or just plug in your iphone into an other computer. important is that your iphone never has been pluged in this computer before. This was what i did, and it worked!

SOLUTION:
Iam pointing t0 windows7 os.
1) go to control panel
2) open hardware and sound
3) In that open Devices and printers
4)In that u can find Apple Iphone.
5) now right click on this --> Hardware --> Properties --> General --> Uninstall --> ok.
6) now unplug and plug in ur iphone again.There u go u iphone name changes to its original name.

I am having this problem. At first with the new iPhone 5, and then with the iPad 2. I am not sure why this is happening.
My gut feeling is this is an iO6 issue and here's why -
The problem mainly occurs with apps. I have about 150 apps, and when I plugged in the phone, iTunes went to sync all of them. The process would hang up after about 20 - 30 apps were loaded onto the phone. I could tell where about the process hung up because the apps on the phone showed up as "waiting".
Then on the iPad 2 I plugged in to sync and saw there was a huge "Other" component in my storage. It required me to restore the iPad 2 from backup. With this restore the same issues occurred - putting the apps back on the iPad would hang up. The videos on the iPad also got stuck - maybe after about 10 hours of videos transfered iTunes crashed.
My solution has been to soft reset the device, restart Windows, and continue the process until it's complete. This is remarkably inefficient and time-intensive but everything works with patience.
I have been wondering if others have had these same problems.

Don't worry, just follow these steps to fix iPhone stuck on Apple logo
=> First of all Start your Computer and then connect with Internet connection, now Download the latest version of the iTunes application
=> Now install the iTunes application in your System and connect your Device with computer via Data cable
=> Now connect your Device with iTunes application and then Tab on summary option, see in the left side bar of iTunes
=> Now Select restore option from iTunes and then confirm the Restore Message for better results. After this unplug your Device and Restart it

- Change the DNS to either Google's or Open DNS servers
Public DNS — Google Developers

- For one user uninstalling/reinstalling iTunes resolved the problem
- Try on another computer/network
- Wait if it is an Apple problem

Pay no attention to iinami, the amount of replies to people saying their handsets must have been jailbroken everytime iTunes throws out an error is tremendous. (Clearly you don't need to have any real knowledge to get to level 3 on these forums, let's hope apple's geniuses know a lot more than some of their customers.)

thanks mate, but the problem is im using different apple id now, and after about 1 year play coc and today i want to link the village , suddenly coc said that
