You've checked the purchase history on your account (Store > View My Account on your computer's iTunes) and you haven't got any app subscriptions (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4098) ? If you don't recognise the charges then you can contact iTunes support via this page (I'm not aware of any phone support for iTunes) : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

    Alternatively you can always manage your iPads (does not matter how many) with a single apple id and all reporting to your account under "find my device" service. Keeping an eye on all your units.     Gifts will be charged to your credit card - you can't use your acocunt's balance for gifting, you can only use your credit card.

    I agree. I cancelled my premium account months ago and am still getting charged.  The lack of any support contacts for "paying" customers is inexcusable. I will be asking my credit card company to refund their charges.

    Adobe double charged me for my software, then tells me, I need to call them back, I have been on hold for several hours trying to get a refund, not to mention it took me several days to get my software ordered correctly they kept entering my order wrong.  Their customer service is completely incompetent.

    Several times in the past I've had problems with companies double charging my credit card.  I used to work for Visa as a consultant and learned that the credit card issuer is the best person to contact in this kind of situation.  For example, if you call American Express directly and disput a charge, they will immediately credit your account and then do the work to contact the merchant (in your case Adobe) themselves. .  Message edited by host to remove url.

    What are you talking about?
    Apple does not charge you card for no reason.  It only charges if something is purchased using your account.
    If you believe that you have been hacked, then change your password and alert your credit card company.  You can discuss remibursemetn with them.

    According to our records, the charge is for the recurring payment of your subscription.
    Please note that subscriptions are recurring by default. To stop the automatic payment, you have to cancel the subscription.

    Having a credit card when you set up as Family Organizer is a legal requirement to prove that you are taking financial responsibility for the others on the account.  As Gail noted, there is not a way around that.
    Once the account is set up, the Family Organizer can remove the credit card and replace it by a debit card.
