It happened just when I try to turn it on (weird I know) As I said in the title, its just Apple logo appears & then says visit the support page (you can see the image below). Reset wont work & computer cant even recognize it. I tried to reset & update all of my things related to the iPod (iTunes & USB drive ...). I mean I tried all of the things at support page. Hope someone will help me solve the problem here.

I have got a 13 inch MacBook Pro and it got stuck in a loop so I switched it off by holding the power button down and now when I switch it on the apple logo appears then I get a blank slot at the bottom of the screen then the circle appears and rotates and then it switches off again, I have tried starting it again with the system disc that came with it when it was new but it makes no difference. Is there a sequence that I can use to force it to start.
Sorry. We can't help you. It's no longer an iPhone. Apple won't touch it.
Take it to whoever replaced the screen and see if they can help you.
iPhones are not user servicable and Apple does not sell iPhone parts at all. I'd be surprised if you were actually able to back it up at this point. It sounds like it's completely borked. -
I recently updated a app on my iPad 2.it asked me to turn it off then on so I did .now every time I turn it on the apple logo appears then it automatically shuts down an does the same untill the battery's gone ?
You probably need to restore your iPad now. Pay attention to the last part of this kb article where it explains about using recovery mode. You may need to restore the iPad using that method.

Changed RAM in Macbook Pro now the Apple logo appears then switches off
Hi all,
I hope someone can offer me some assistance with this.
I'm using a Macbook Pro (unsure of the year) It's a 13" running an i5 and 4GB of ram. I believe it is running Mountain Lion.
I took the back off and added one strip of 4gb to go along side the strip of 2 and rebooted the system. Now, when the Macbook turns on, it chimes, and the Apple logo appears and it turns off.
I've tried resetting the NVRAM and removing the new chip and just using either the 2 or 2x2 that came with the MBP but to no avail. I've followed the instructions here, but nothing works.
It seems very strange that just adding some extra Ram would cause the system to fall over. I've worked quite a bit on computers over the years and i'm 100% positive i didn't put the ram chip in as such that it would damage the unit.
Do i have any other options here? If possible i don't really want to reinstall the OS and lose my programs. I'm not worried about the data as there isn't much on there but I have Office for Mac 2011(i think) installed and i no longer have the disc. Is there a way to do an OS repair which just overwrites the system files and not data?
As said above, i've tried also booting into the recovery partition but the same thing happens, it starts to load then shuts off..
Very confused!
I hope someone can help
Thanks,
Sam.I tried to repair the disk permissions but it kept throwing up "live file system repair not supported" errors, plus when i tried to install Mavericks it said my disk was locked.
I did a quick Google and I think I need to boot from a USB stick running Mavericks and try and repair from there..
I'll report back on my findings. Thanks for your help so far. -
Having resent my iPad using the Settings route, the Apple logo appeared onscreen and a line below it filled from left to right. When full, the device did nothing. I was able to switch it off and back on, only to see the same Apple logo and filled line. Even pressing the ON botton for a few seconds did nothing. The device is now inert, and I cannot access it. Please help!!!
Reset iPad and continue with Restore.
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected. -

Hi all,
I setup my brand new appleTV without an issue. works great!.
Then selected a different source, and went back to the appleTV: no joy!!
I powered it down and restarted and the Apple logo comes up, but then goes to no signal.
This seems to be agreat product but a little..... flaky.
Can anyone assist in this please? ITs a SONIQ Plasma TV with a single HDMI input which supports all of the different modes of HDMI.
Cheers
-TroyIf your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
1. Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source list)
2. Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
3. Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
4. Open iTunes.
5. Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device) -
It had a red screen at first, then finally started working. Now, it just has the apple logo, then small font codes.

i already tried holding the power button and the home button for 20 seconds, recharging it for a day, letting it cool off, hooking it up to a computer, and still nothing
I had this problem, too. I left my iPhone in the car for an hour and it got too hot. Got the yellow triangle on my screen warning that the temperature was too high. The phone was dead. So, I let the phone cool down for a couple of hours, then I plugged it into my MacBook Pro and held down the iPhone's power button and home button together for 20 seconds, and fixed the problem. Hooray!

i have tried to restore it to factory settings by holding both buttons down together and connectiing to itues but the ipad is not recognised.

iMac that won't boot up! When power is switched on it chimes, Apple logo appears, then loading bar, then spinning wheel. Bar seems to load up and gets to around 25%, then reverts to the start again, gets to about 20% on the bar and then switches itself off leaving a black screen. Tried all the remedies on internet with no avail so would welcome some advice other than binning what is a relatively new computer. Earliest appointment Apple could offer was Thursday 17th, really useful for a business user _ not impressed,
You've probably tried this, but will it Safe Boot? Restart holding down the Shift key until you see the grey progress bar. You'll need to input your admin password during bootup. If it will boot you can then try to eject the disk using the various suggestions here that you haven't tried already:
