Apple logo as mail signature

Hi,
I am using apple iphone 4, could you please tell me what is the possibility
1.)to add apple logo in mail signature while mailing from my iphone.
2.)how can I add the logo in the facebook updates?
3.) How can I see the downloaded songs in the iphone, please give me the key ways
4.) I am not able to attach pdf and word files to the mails while mailing from iphone,  why?

Questions 1 and 2): Use of the Apple logo as you propose would almost certainly be a violation of Apple's copyright. See:
http://www.apple.com/legal/trademark/guidelinesfor3rdparties.html
3) I don't know what you mean. The only place you can see songs purchased from the iTunes Store is in the Music app. If you are having problems, please post back with full details.
4) That's not the way it works in iOS. You open the document you wish to send in an app that offers the ability to email; you don't attach it to an email message in the Mail app (except for a photo or video). GoodReader, for instance, can email PDFs or Word documents.
Regards.

  • Placing a logo in Mail signature

I know how to set up a signature in Apple Mail for OSX Mavericks.  But when I try to place a logo within the signature, it is not saved?  Suggestions?

In addition to the string that Mr. Davis referenced, the following resource is also extremely helpful.  Sometimes we need to have a little more formatting control than Mail will allow, so we need to format the signature with HTML tags.  Using HTML tags we can also do other neat tricks like referencing a logo image file stored on a server so that the logo does not get attached to the message as a transferred file.  We also can turn those images into links to Facebook, our websites or any other purpose.  HTML signatures can be very powerful.

  • How do I import an image into apple mail signature?

I tried to copy and past my company logo into the signature for my work apple mail. I think it's a .tiff file.
It displayes correctly on my computer, but does not display when sent to others. Both are using Thunderbird.
    Am I doing it wrong?

Try converting the image to .PNG (use Preview Export)

  • How do i incorporate  an image eg jpg logo into my mail signature

This isn't possible with the Apple Mail App.

  • MACBook Pro mail signature with logo

Any idea how to get the apple logo on a mail signature on my macbook pro? I cannot seem to do this!!

You can use the Mail app to add a signature and logo to any of your accounts.
Web based email can't use signatures at this time.
Google for instructions and the stuff you'll need to create a signature.

  • How do i add a LinkedIn badge to Apple Mail signature

Does someone know how to add popular badges (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) to Apple Mail signatures.  Just badge icon with a hyperlink to my profile.

Actually I just figured it out.  Within your public profile on LinkedIn is an area for LinkedIn badges on right side.  Click there and it will display several types of badges.  Right click on the badge you want to use and do a "save as" to desktop.
Now go into Mail preferences, signatures.  Copy and paste the icon you've saved to your desktop wherever you would like the badge to display within your signature.  Then go to Edit on top menu and select "add link".  This will open a box where you need to fill in your LinkedIn address that displays right below your profile photo.  Save this.
This will turn the badge into a hyperlink that will connect to your LinkedIn Profile.  To test it, create a new email using this signature and do a test send.  When you receive the test email click on the badge to confirm that it takes you to your LinkedIn Profile.
    Good luck!

  • How to add a photo to Apple Mail signature...? (he asks laughably)

Since the sender's Address Book photo is not included with emails sent
(even 'though Apple Mail makes it look like they are),
how can you add a personal photo to a Mail signature?
OR, is there another means of including a personal photo with every email sent?
**** How many people have asked for this feature / capability?  More than 10,000?
    Thx.

How many people have asked for this feature / capability?  More than 10,000?
As a matter of fact I have never seen it mentioned before. Perhaps only a few people need such an ego-trip every time they send an email.
The normal way is to add a photo within the text or as an attachment. The Signature only handles thumbnails.
But you can send your suggestion to Apple via their feedback link:
    http://www.apple.com/feedback/
It will be read but you will not receive a reply.

  • How can I use InDesign Logo in word or e-mail signature?

    Hello there
I'm guessing this is easy for some of you, but all these things are new to me and so seem difficult.
A friend of mine has created a logo for my publishing company Lapwing Books - great! The book is finished - great!
But I want to use the logo as an e-mail signature and in word for stationary etc.
    How do I do that?
I tried simple copy and paste, which didnt work. And I've had a route around but can't work it out.
    Any help greatly appreciated
    Richard W Hardwick

I'm sure there's plenty of ways. But the quickest would be to select the Logo.
File>Export and select JPG and then make sure "Selection" is active.
Then insert the image into your email. Google the name of your email application and "insert image signature", e.g., "Outlook insert image signature"

  • Mail: signature, logo, attachments problem.

    Hi,
my company moved to macs half year ago and we still have problems with mail. Anyway, we will try to solve this problem, maybe changing to other mail client. I will appreciate all suggestions. This is what we want:
    /----company logo.jpg----/
    text message.
    /----text signature----/
    attachments
We want this signature to be universal for the most popular mail clients (Mac mail, outlook express, thunderbird). Everytime we send e-mail messages with signature like this, everything goes to attachments. When we were working with Outlook express, everything was fine, so I hope we can make it in mac mail too.
    Best regards,
    Tomas

You really cannot do this. It is not so much a Mail problem. You are wanting to send a jpg in the signature block. You have no control over what the recipient will see. Even if the image shows up, it will also show that there is an attachment.
In my day job, I use Entourage on a MPB.
You send email to me. I get it and there is the logo in he signature block. It will display nicely, but I will also see there is an attachment. (This is not Mail.app's fault, it is how it is done.) I reply to you. The reply has your signature block in it if I include what I am replying to. You reply to my reply. Now there are two signature blocks and two attachments. Ans so on.'
Logos are good on web sites and on paper correspondence. I wish I could convince you to not do this. And don't use "stationery" on email either.
Again, it is not a Mail problem, per se. And you have no idea what the recipient will and will not be able to see.

  • How do I copy Apple Mail signatures to another Mac?

I'm trying to copy all my Apple Mail signatures to another Mac. Both are running Mountain Lion.

The signatures are located in <login dir>/Library/Mail/V2/MailData/Signatures
The .plist files are significant, as they associate the signature to the e-mail account. Though I have not copied Mail signatures to another machine, I would take a copy of the entire Signature folder, and use that on the other machine, adjusting for any differences in e-mail accounts/signatures used there.

  • Adding a logo to your signature in mail

I'm trying to add a logo to my signature which works but it also shows up as an attachment. I'm just pasting the logo under my signature in the signature box and it shows up when i send an email. Is there another way to do this so I'm sending this attachent? Owen

This is done cause otherwise the image would not appear. Also some mail clients won't process HTML on email (plain text only) for security reasons thus you would need to accept to use images.

  • LOGO NOT APPEARING IN MAIL SIGNATURE

When I paste a logo in the signature of my mail, it shows as an attachment but does not show the logo... however only when i click it shows the logo..
whereas in windows pc I have used for long time, it shows a logo clearly so when my clients look at my signature they already get the logo near my signature
in MAC however, it shows as an attachment, and it will be left to the discretion of reader to see my logo or not!!
it is very disappointing to see this!
any one can provide me the guidance?

  • Cannot include Logo Image in Mail Signature for Email

    Hi
I am trying to simply include a small 3 kb GIF file
in my Mail signature for my professional Email Account
    and the problem is:
    1. When I drag and drop the GIF file into my Signature field,
it automatically scales it up like 100% and is huge, pixelated and blurry
    2. For some reason, when I try this same thing in All Signature field,
    it works fine
Problem is, I still cannot get my professional email account, the one I want
to have the GIF logo in, to have this image
    Please help
    thanks

    Hi again,
I can't think what I'm doing wrong... I upload the image - and I've tried this on our own webserver, imageshack, photobucket -, then copy the image location from the address bar en paste it into Sea Monkey for the image location... and broken link after broken link...
Isn't there another quicker fix for this issue?
<edit> ok i'm one step further. I've now got an image uploaded that actually shows up in Sea Monkey.
Now, for this to work, do the resulting html file and web archive also need to be on a remote computer???
No that's not necessary. those can be on your local computer. I think you are almost there. save the html file, open it in safari, save it as webarchive and substitute it for the webarchive with the dummy signature.
