Apple logo loop help

My phone is stuck on a continuos loop of the Apple logo. My Iphone 5 running on IOS 8.3 won’t respond when i try to turn the phone on. I hit the power button multiple times and try everything but it will not turn on. When i plug it into a charger though, it shows the screen as if it were dead but charging,(the empty battery but no charger cord symbol) and switches to the Apple logo screen as if it were booting up after it was dead. It repeats this forever but sometimes im able to turn it on but after awhile it shuts off at full battery and repeats the loop. I’ve tried a hard reset and plugging it in to Itunes but neither helped. Any help would be appreciated.

Connect it to your computer, and hold both the home and power buttons. When the Apple logo screen re-appears, immediately let go of the power button but continue to hold the home button. iTunes should open and your iPhone should enter recovery mode.

  • IPhone 1st Generation Apple Logo Loop

My Problem: The past few years I've been having a problem with my iPhone 1st Generation.
What's Been Happening: My iPhone has been going into a "Apple Logo Loop"
What I've Been Doing: I've been looking up what I should do. The same thing has been coming up "On the iPhone hold Start/Sleep button and Home button, keep holding it until the Apple Logo shows up. Release both buttons then." I've been doing that but nothing's been happening. What I mean is... the iPhone screen is black. Then, I hold the Power button at the top right until I see the Apple Logo. As I see it, I still hold the Power button but then hold the Home button as well. After that, the screen goes black and then it turns back on. Then, I see the Apple Logo with a little loading sign in the middle, like it's trying to start up. Finally, it just turns off again. Every time I try, it does the same thing. Once, it came up with telling me to plug it into the computer, but then it quickly disappeared. I've also tried to put it into DFU Mode, but it seems that something is blocking it from doing so. It turns off but it seems that something is forcing it to turn back on.
HELP!: I'm not sure what to do with it. I'm not sure if it's completely dead and nothing can fix it. I took it to a place to see if they could to attempt to fix it but they failed to do so. If anybody can please be out there and help me that would be completely great. If you do reply, I might not reply back right away, but I will reply sometime during that day.
    Thanks
    -Chris

    Hey there,
It sounds like the phone keeps rebooting on its own even during a restore. I would try resetting the device while it is connected to a power source:
To reset, press and hold both the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
Turn your iOS device off and on (restart) and reset

If the issue persists, I would put the device into recovery mode with the following article and attempt the restore 1 more time:

  • IPhone 5c won't restore, stuck between recovery mode & apple logo loop

    Hello all,
I got a lovely little iphone 5c secondhand. The only problem is that it will not cooperate with me.
At first, it was stuck in recovery mode, but I can switch it out of that, and into the apple logo loop or dfu.
No matter what I do though, (recovery mode, dfu, loop), it will NOT restore.
It gives me an error code of 3014 every time.
Once in awhile it also loads a screen of script, that ends in "panic, we're hanging here" or some such.
I HAVE seen it load to the lock screen twice now, but only for a split second. And while it did that, iTunes told me it couldn't connect to "Jessica's iPhone" due to the passcode. So I know something in there still works. Just not sure about what ISN'T working.
I'm REALLY hoping someone on here can help!
And sorry if I don't have all the info you need/posted in the wrong area. First time here.
    Thanks in advance!!

  • IPhone 4 apple logo loop after update, unique problem.

Please take the time to fully read this question before copying and pasting the generic apple help links please
Okay so today I decided to update my phone to the latest iOS version, and upon completion I got the infinite apple logo loop problem. The standard approach I know is to do the recovery solution on your itunes. Well, here lies the problem. My laptop which has my iTunes is currently badly broken, and cannot be used. I thought that oh I'd be able to use my iTunes account on a different computer, but to my annoyance, my password is different to the one I use to confirm IAP. So I try the recovery methods, first birthday. My birthday is wrong, tried a varied range to no avail. Tried email, non of my 3 only used emails work, till I look and see the Apple ID email is slightly different to the ones I currently use, but I can't even create the email it uses as I don't know of any way I can make a .co.uk email now.
So I am stuck in a very unique situation, need to recover my iPhone via iTunes, but my iTunes can't be accessed. Is there anyway around this or am I completely screwed? I don't want to just cut my losses and make a new Apple ID/wipe my phone as I have lots of much needed information in my notes etc that I can't afford to lose and that I don't remember by heart.
Any constructive responses would be greatly appreciated.

if it is stuck in a reboot loop and u HAVE to do a recovery mode restore. there is no choice. u will have to get rid of that information. call applecare (1-800-275-2273) to get help with getting access to ur apple id, but for now, u need to get ur phone working first.
to help with a loop problem sometimes a hard reset will work. hold down the power button and the home button at the same time for 20 seconds. its kinda like holding down the power button on a computer.
if that doesnt work then u will need to place it into recovery mode and do a restore. that WILL delete what is on the phone currently but if u have a back up either on itunes or icloud u can restore that back up onto the phone afterwards.

  • Apple logo loop / recovery mode

I was updating my iPhone 4s to ios 8 and needed to use my phone. I pressed the power butting but with no luck I held the power button and home button together until the phone shut off. It came back on with the recovery itunes logo and cord screen.
My photos are my work and they're so important that I cant do a restore because I dont have a backup. I read about Reiboot, Tinyumbrella, Recboot etc. I decided to give Reiboot a try and I plugged my iPhone in, clicked "exit recovery mode" and it told me the exit recovery was successful. But my iPhone just went into an apple logo loop. I tried many things to get it out of the loop but the only thing I could do was put it back in recovery mode. Is there any way I can get to my files? Any help would be appreciated!

I'm afraid at this point your data is lost and the only option is to connect in recovery mode to your computer and restore the phone:
If you can't update or restore your iOS device

my ipod touch 4g 8 gigs is not turning on it wont get past the apple logo its not frozen because it turns the screen black and the apple logo please help me

    - Try a reset.
Reset iPod touch:  Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Then connect to your computer and try to restore.
    - See if placing the iPod in recovery mode will allow a restore. For recovery mode see:
iPhone and iPod touch: Unable to update or restore
    - If the logo still show all the time, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an hour try the above again.

  • I replaced my 2010-2011 iMac internal HD i dont have an install disk i created one with my external HD but when i go to install lion onto my imac it stays at the apple logo screen.HELP ME PLEASE!

I replaced my 2010-2011 iMac internal HD i dont have an install disk i created one with my external HD but when i go to install lion onto my imac it stays at the apple logo screen.HELP ME PLEASE!

Boot from the original Install disc that came with the computer and then format the drive Mac OS Extended (Journaled) using the GUID partition. Then  you can re-install OS X. If you no longer have the original media call AppleCare with the serial number of the machine (look on the bottom of the stand) and for a nominal fee they will ship you replacement media.
The chances are very good you will have fan problems if you used an off-the-shelf HD, beginning in 2009 Apple began using HD's from vendors that incorporated heat sensors into the HD. If you did not buy the same type of HD your computer will think the HD is overheating causing the fans to run at full speed.

  • Infinite Apple logo loop on 30gb ipod, please help

Ive had my ipod for 2 years now, so of course its not under warranty.. basically my problem is when i try to turn on my ipod, it looks like it will boot up, it shows the apple logo, screen goes black, and does it all over again, until the battery dies. I've tried the 5 R's, I've tried dropping it, (which seems to work for a lot of people) And I can't format it or look at it on my computer, because the computer doesn't even recognize it as being plugged in. Is it a lost cause? Any help is appreciated

it caused by the low battery level and not sufficient power to run the iPod software.
See put it into disk mode and allow you to charge and restore
    http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=93651
otherwise you should get better chance to fix it by doing the following
Windows users having trouble with their iPods should locate a Mac user. In many cases when an iPod won't show up on a PC that it will show up on the Mac. Then it can be restored. When the PC user returns to his computer the iPod will be recognized by the PC, reformatted for the PC, and usable again. By the way, it works in reverse too. A Mac user often can get his iPod back by connecting it to a PC and restoring it.
    Tips
    a. It does not matter whether the format is completed or not, the key is to erase (or partly) the corrupted firmware files on the Hard Drive of the iPod. After that, when the iPod re-connected with a computer, it will be recognized as an fresh external hard drive, it will show up on the iTunes 7.
    b. It is not a difficult issue for a Mac user to find a window base computer, for a PC user, if they can’t find any Mac user, they can go to a nearest Apple Shop for a favor.
    c. You may need to switch around the PC and Mac, try to do several attempts between “Format” and “Restore”

  • How to get rid of apple logo loop off rebut? tried restore.

I tried the bellow. restored it twice. this morning i tried to update to ios 6.1.2 i'd be updating from like ios 4. something. i had tried to update to 5 but it never would. so i figured i'd give it a try. So i started it. It's said verifying then started. Everything looked like it was working and then it started a loop with the apple logo. it will restart, but only to go back into apple logo. someone suggested this on another page for the same issue. But even this is not working. I've got work, and i've got to get this thing up and running. please help.
First, turn your phone off: Press both the Sleep/Wake button & Home button at the same time, keep pressing until your phone turns off...black screen...then release. Then:
Leave the USB cable connected to your computer, but NOT your phone, iTunes running, press & hold the home button while connecting the USB cable to your dock connector, continue holding the home button until you see “Connect to iTunes” on the screen. You may now release the home button. iTunes should now display that it has detected your phone in recovery mode, if not quit and reopen iTunes. If you still don’t see the recovery message repeat these steps again. iTunes will give you the option to restore from a backup or set up as new.

    Hi there,
Under +iDVD > Preferences+ in the top menu bar, you can unselect the "Show Apple logo watermark" checkbox. As long as that box is unchecked, your DVD will be logo-free.

  • How to restore my iphone 3gs when it won't get out of the apple logo loop?

So my mom's friend gave me her iphone 3gs so she could use it to listen to music. She says that she completly erased the phone but whenever I try to turn it on, it stays on this loop that is charging but with little charge and to the apple logo. The volume button is gone and so you can't press it. Is it possible to make the phone work again? Will the upgraded itunes recognize or is it possible to obtain an itunes version that can recognze it?

    depends on what you have
do you have vista, 7, or xp
firmware is like the iphones security that helps run programs
Firmware is the name given to the set of programs that are an integral part of the operation of a computer’s hardware. They enable to hardware to function properly and allow software to run on the hardware.
It is called firmware because it’s not software (i.e., the programs that users run on the computer), but it’s also not hardware (the physical objects that make up the computer).
On the iphone, firmware is the set of operations and tools that sit between the hardware that the phone uses and the software that runs on the phone. It enables features, fixes bugs, and attends to the functioning of the phone.
Periodically, Apple releases firmware updates to add new functionality to the iphone, correct problems with it, and close security holes.

  • Endless restarting and flashing on Apple logo loop

My iPhone 4s with iOS 8.1.2 is in a endless rebooting loop. I cannot turn it off. I cannot restore or recovery or anything in recovery mode or DFU. all of my programs are up to date. When I plug it in the wall it start in a endless loop, apple logo appears, after 3 second a white page blinking and then it restart again.
I checked the battery and power cable and sensor, both of them are working well.
please help me, how should I do? what`s the problem?

As I posted to another similar question, I got this problem fixed followingly (is that a word?):
For those like myself who don't backup your device regularly and fear you may lose data, there is hope. My 4S started looping the apple logo at start up and wouldn't go anywhere from there, the screen went black and then the apple logo would appear again over and over... Browsing around I found that recovery mode and resetting the phone was suggested, some suggested downloading software to fix the issue but I found that rather dodgy so I decided to try something else.
Now I must remind you that opening your phone will void your warranty or such if still applicable, my phone's maybe four three years old and I've replaced the screen myself so I figured I'd try something to shock the phone back into life somehow (think the last popup reminder said I hadn't backed up in 29 weeks so meh).
What I did was opened up the back cover and removed the battery, plugged it back into the charger (other end in my mac) but the loop would still occur. I plugged and unplugged a few times, unplugging right after the apple appeared, hoping for this to "confuse" the phone which was so stubbornly stuck in "recovery mode" (from what I've understood through other threads). Notice that the phone did appear to turn on without the battery connected, but plugged into a power source (not sure if that should happen since after dead battery you need to charge a while until the phone wakes up), just something mildly interesting I picked up on.
This did not appear to have any effect tho, but I decided to pop the battery back in its place (I did leave out the little black plate that goes between the battery connector and the motherboard, covering the antenna cables connecting point, not sure if that had any effect or how it would effect fully working phones (I only use this phone as an "ipod" since the sim reader has been dead for some time, but I still use the camera and music)). Pressed the power button and noticed the apple logo stayed for longer than before (became hopeful!) and eventually made way for my home-screen!
That's how I got it working, don't know if you can do a similar thing with other models. And sorry for rambling on like that, that's just how I express myself and I can't afford to hire an editor to work my internet posts. But I can leave a TL;DR version.
TL;DR Iphone 4s stuck on logo loop? disconnect battery and do magic.
