Apple maps has incorrect information and we can't seem to get it fixed

Our address is 3201 e George bush hwy, Richardson tx 75082
Searching for 3201 e George bush hwy results in maps deleting the 3201 and pinning a random IHOP
Searching for 3201 e George bush hwy richardson results in no results found
Searching for 3201 e George bush hwy richardson tx results two results on opposite sides of the highway
Despite several attempts over the last several months to report problem, dragging pins etc, nothing has changed
Patients constantly get lost and are late for appointments
Is there anything left to do?  We are at our wits end.

If it makes you feel any better, try getting someone like Garmin to fix a map error on their devices. The other side of the coin for something like Garmin is that they charge for map updates, and because of that, many people just don't update the maps. So, even if the data gets corrected, many users won't see it.
While there should be a better way to report/update, I'm not sure if/when we might see it. Since the map data is on the server side, and not resident on the phone, it should not be something that would require an update to the iOS. I guess other than reporting and providing feedback, the best we can do is wait.
On another note, for the map data for my town and location, the Apple map is superior to the Google one. The satellite data is newer and the Apple map has more of the newer streets than Google. I know that is probably a surprise, but if you come around here, your better to have the Apple maps.
