Apple never accept replacement for their yellowish screen on my new iphone5s

Question

I bought iphone5s few days ago and I reallized that my screen is yellowish. Applecare also agreed with yellowish screen on my phone.
but finally, Apple said it can not be replaced because yellow screen is not hardware failure..
I should see yellow color only instead of white for 2 years!!!!!!
Can you agree that? Anybody there to help me?

If either of you purchased the iPhone directly from Apple within the last fourteen calendar days, you should be able to return it for refund, though that policy will depend on the country you're in. If  you purchased from an authorized reseller, that reseller's return policy if any will apply.
If you're outside of any return policy, then if Apple Support says that they won't replace the iPhone, there's probably nothing you can do. Only Apple can make that determination and if they've refused replacement, I'm afraid that's the end of it. You can try calling Apple Support and asking to speak with Customer Relations and see if they can help, but if they can't, then you will have hit a dead end.
Note, however, that the yellow tint often fades across the first few weeks of use, so even if Apple refuses a replacement, you may find that matters improve over time.
