I live in Brazil and I want to buy a Macbook. But when you change the site's setting to Brazil instead of united states of america, you get less options when configuring you Macbook. So I was wondering, living in brazil, can I buy a product on the american online store and have it delivered to Brazil?

Client is creating PO from Chennai plant and they want the material to be delivered in Bangalore plant. They want this to be displayed( billing and delivery address) in the purchase order. For delivery adress you can use the subscreen for delivery adress in the item of the PO.
Por billing adress, if it's not the same that the adress for the center, you can do a subroutine for the form (Z)MEDRUCK for the company of these center, of you can create a partner 'Billing adress' and write it in form with a subroutine (Z)MEDRUCK.

Thanks Ralph, my purchase would be at apple onlines store, but my shipping address is in Houston; so i have no problem wiyh that.
But i will use it in Mexico, so i have doubt, becuase many people says you can used, because is unlocked; but others says you can not,
I was at apple store here in Mexico but does not know when arrived unlocked iphone 6 to Mexico, and if I purchase without contract online
with T-Mobile is free to use.
I think better is to wait until the unlocked model is available for Mexico.

Charges from apl* apple online store us

I have booked one MacBook Pro in this morning of which the cost + taxes is $1497.11. However, when I place the order, my credit card showed me that Apple charged me $0. I was confused at that time but I didn't care at that time. However, at night I find a $100 charge from apl* apple online store us in my credit card. I am not sure whether it is an authorized charge from Apple for my MacBook Pro because I don't understand why it just charged me $100. Now I have blocked my card for safety concerns as I googled apl* apple online store us and it showed a lot information about fraudulent charges. Please help me to solve this problem. Thanks.

Complants about TNT delievery company and Apple online store Hong Kong

On 6 Aug I've ordered online a powder adapter and also a Mac software online. According to the TNT tracking system, items were collected on 9th and and was supposed to be send by 12th. But nothing has been deliveried on the 12th. I've given a company address for delievery and on Monday 16, I've noticed that TNT has been trying to deliver the items on Saturday. They have left a note. Since then, I've been trying to call them million times but like I've read about other complaints on the discussion, their lines are always busy, or no one would ever pickup. Of course I've also tried to call Apple online store and the same happened, first time I've waited 20 min and second time 30min and still can't talk to anyone to resolve the problem or try to arrange a redeliver. on 19 on the tracking system they said they tried to redeliver, but I've never recieve anything. TNT is a horrible company and I don't understand how Apple can use them!!! Now on the tracking system, seems like my items would be return to the sender. Can someone responisble from Apple explain this and resolve this situtation?? There is no e-mail that I can contact Apple online store as well, and I don't think anyone can stay on the phone all day waiting to talk to someone.... this has been the wrose online shopping experience for me!! Can some helpful user tell me what I can do?? Thank you

Your best approach is to call your local Apple number ((852) 2112-0099) and then ask to speak with someone in Customer Relations then explain your situation to them and let them follow up for you.

You may also be able to access https://store.apple.com/ in Safari, log into your account, and review recent purchases (and cancel any that haven't shipped yet).

I've got the same problem.
It wasn't the case before the upgrade to v 9.2 (Iphoto 11) yesterday.
The previous solution preferences - advanced - "select a store" (last option) doesn't solve it anymore.

FaceTime and UAE apple online store help MISSINGGGG!!!

I bought an iPhone 4 from the UAE online store where FaceTime was in the description. to my surprise it came without it. trying to contact the store here is a waste of time. the phone number on their website is giving that it is a wrong number and no other way to speak to any one of them.
i need to give the phone as a gift and without facetime it will not be the same. is there a way to get facetime on my phone???

you can find facetime enabled phones everywhere here, that is not a problem... but when you buy an item from an apple online store where it was said that facetime is in it, you get really disappointed when you find your item has missing software. i wish i bought it from a cheap dealer than all this mess!!!!

i'm from the philippines and it's been a long time the apple online store came here. if i order from there, do i have to pay for whatever i order that qualifies for free shipping as-is or what is stated without additional charges? i know shipping is free but internationally, will there be a fee? sorry for such questions.

Hi, I know that, it's possible to pay with non-UK credit card in Apple Online Store UK, but when I am filling in billing address, there is no available Poland in countries list... what can I do? Maybe I will just fill in the billing address same as on my iTunes account (US address) and than just write my name in billing + credit card number, so that way billing address will be different from my real billing address, but credit card number and name will be ok (of course shipping address is UK) - what do you think? How can I get a document from apple online store with IMEI number on it?

I got my iPhone stolen, and currently have insurance requesting a document with IMEI number on it, I called apple and they say this doesn't exist?
I tried to explain to insurance, but they won't listen. I have sent in packing list, shipping notification, and scan of sticker on box with IMEI and serial number.

thank you for sending us your documents, unfortunately the proof of purchase you have sent in does not show the serial number or the imei number, so i cannot match it to the side of the box label to use the two together for a proof of ownership .To enable us to continue with the processing of your claim, we require a valid proof of purchase for the mobile phone you are claiming for.
This must confirm the make, model and IMEI (International Manufacturers Electronic Identity) number of your phone and can be either a letter from your airtime provider on their letter-headed paper, a copy of the original receipt or despatch note that was provided to you when your phone was purchased. (this is not a air time bill)

I bought from Apple online store, and IMEI only appears on sticker on the box which I've peeled off , scanned and emailed. Called apple and they said document doesn't exist with IMEI number on it. I've saw on another post someone managed to get apple to send them receipt with all the info within 3 days so I'll call back tomorrow, just the guy I spoke today didn't think it was possible.

How can I file a formal complaint with the Apple Online Store Canada?

I've spoken to two customer service representatives at this point about an order that I cancelled within a half an hour of placing it, as I was initially unaware that the product I purchased would not fit my sister's iPhone. As stated in the Cancelled Order portion of the following page: http://store.apple.com/ca/help/viewing_changing_orders#cancel, I should NOT have been billed for the order. I was billed last Friday and am still yet to receive the refund, despite the fact that the first rep I spoke to advised that my money would be refunded in one day. The statement on the link I provided is completely misleading, as well as the email I received stating that I would not be charged at all. Someone with Apple must amend this statement on the website and the automated emails, as it could be considered legally misleading. I will in no way be pursuing any legal action, as I don't have the time and I'm only out $90.00, but I can't imagine having purchased the MacBook that I wanted to purchase prior to this incident and going through an ordeal like this again. Can someone please advise who I should contact and where I can find their contact information please? I love the apple products that I own and would hate to discontinue my customer relationship with the company.

Also, please remember that no refund from any store is instantaneous. They will process the refund, probably within 24 - 48 hours. After that, your bank/credit card company has to credit your account....... mine takes at least 3 business days to do so (the banks are very efficient in posting charges, but like to keep the money for a couple of days before giving it back to you - they've been doing that for years).
Edit: I just checked their return/refunds policy and it includes this:
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancel request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

You can always go through the process of preparing an order at the Mac Online Store for your country and it should show the price together with any taxes. You don't, of course, actually have to place the order .

Correct Paul - in the USA, each State sets its own sales tax, so the tax is only calculated during checkout once you've entered shipping/billing information. Even within some states, some cities have their own sales tax rate (eg. New York State is 4% but New York City is 8.875%).
