Apple phone support couldn't help and hung up on me?

Hello,
i was having a phone call with apple support and the person i was talking with couldn't solve my problem, she left me on hold for about 15 mins then hung up on me, then she called again my phone rings for just 1 second before i could even answer to. I'm 100% sure it was meant !
i'm a big fan pf apple and apple support, however i never expected this to happen, this is a very bad reputation for apple support, do you guys know how i can  report this to apple?
Thanks

So, the support person put you on hold to get more information, you got disconnected and they attempted to call you back and you jump to the conclusion that they just didn't want to help you? That's a pretty ridiculous assumption. Even if it were true, which I highly doubt, what do you expect anyone here to do about it?
Call back. At that point, you can either ask for help on your technical issue or ask to speak to a supervisor and talk about the slight you feel was given you.

I got an iPhone 4 a week ago. I synced my iTunes once and now I want to change what albums and playlists are on my phone. When I try to do this, iTunes threatens to remove all my apps. Of course, Apple's support is no help. I know there has to be a way to add and remove whole albums and playlists like on the music tab on the device, so please don't tell me to uncheck/delete everything from my iTunes that I don't want and re-sync. That is not helpful and not the issue. How do I get around it threatening to remove all my apps?

On the MacBook, go to System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Advanced > Disable remote control

Why my Apple ID stopped when I buy and why the supporter can't help and why they don't reply to any email I send so what should I do in this moment I need guide and help so as a request please reply me back  Thanks ....

As I said in my above reply we are fellow users, we won't know why your account is disabled.
You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
You might then need to log out of your account on your phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Store and then log back in so as to 'refresh' the account on it.
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

No worries. Apple will continue to support your phone. By "discontinued", they just mean that they are not selling new ones anymore. You will still be able to get IOS7, you will still be able to get support and service, you will still be able to buy apps and music, use FaceTime, Mail, Messages.....
Nothing has changed except that you can't buy a new one....
Cheer up - all is well!

i forgot my apple id security questions/answers, i don't have a rescue email, and apple id support can't help because i don't know my security answers

You've contacted Support in your country, and how did you contact them ? You should be able to get the questions reset by contacting Support via this page : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699 - they should be able to reset them, as long as you can prove your id and that it's your account

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
Start with the section Install missing components which should address your particular error. Otherwise the steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
If you've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall try opening iTunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT) as you start iTunes, then going to Edit > Preferences > Store and turning off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. You may find iTunes will now start normally.

  • How can I transfer data (iTunes/iPhoto) MacBook Pro (Late 2011) to my brand new iMac 27" - Apple Support couldn't help me and did not make the promised call-back

I have a late 2011 MacBook Pro 13" and bought a brand new iMac 27" last week.
I tried to transfer data (musdic & photos) via Thunderbolt, but i did not run, my system always
tries to transfer data via WLAN, but that would last more than 80 hours.
I tried to get some help from the Apple Support, but unfortunately they couldn't help me.
A promised call-back from the next higher support-level has not been done.
Does anybody know what the problem might be.
    The Thunderbolt-cable is brand new.

Instead of using Migration Assistant, the best way is to use the Target Disk Mode, so you will save headaches (Migration Assistant creates a new user with the transferred data).
To do this, just connect both Macs with the Thunderbolt cable, and then, start the MacBook Pro holding the T key, so a Thunderbolt or FireWire icon should appear on the display. After that, go to the iMac, open Finder, and the hard drive of the MacBook Pro will appear on the Finder sidebar as an external drive, under "Devices". Just access to it, go to the folders with your iTunes and iPhoto libraries, and copy them to the iMac

  • My back button does not work because the prior screen does not appear in the history.  I therefore must go back to the blue screen and reload safari.  Apple tech support could not help.  Can anyone else help?

You don't in the condition it's in. You will either have to get the phone replaced by Apple or pay a 3rd party to repair it.
there seriously should be more than two ways to solve this other wise apple is useless and we will never buy another apple product.
    Seriously? It's physically broken!

  • Apple phone Support for the Ipad2, GOOD or BAD

I recently had my Ipad2 lockup in safari and could not seem to resolve the problem on my own. I called Apple support and got their foreign speaking rep. who was very nice and almost fixed my problem but I needed a second WIFI spot to confirm it was  working. At this point I was satisfied with the service. I went to another location where I had access to a hard line phone and much faster WIFI so I could complete  the reset of the setup. When I called back I got a support tech that I think was a automobile mechanic because he had no clue about this issue. His only intrest in my problem was to ask me 20 questions so he could fill out his questionair and than proceed to tell me that my problem was software related and it would cost me $49.95 to answer my question. He reminded me I had not choosen The Apple Service contract. What was so frustrating was to have to wait 10 miniutes for a person, answer 20 questions which had nothing to do with the problem and than to be told that he would not answer my question and if I did not like it I could call Apple. The first rep. I spoke with had no problem answering my questions. If the problem had been mine I would have paid for the service contract but there is no way I'm going to pay Apple $50 to fix their problem. No doubt he does not work for Apple if he does they should fire him. The issue is a safari software problem and was resolved during the OS 5 upgrade. I purchased the Ipad2 9-19-2011. In closing I would like to thank the first support rep for her help and the second rep is the reason I try not to do business with people that can't speak good english and try their hardest to loose Apple customers. This bad rep. will ruin it for the rest. Has anyone else had problems like this?

    Hello Rameans
My personal experience with Apple support has been generally good.
However, I really think that if you had a bad support experience, you should send some feedback. Here is the form for support feedback: http://www.apple.com/support/feedback/

  • Why does apple phone support suck when a simple coreaudiod problem should be a simple answer?

I have a problem with a 4 month old iMac that has a problem with coreaudiod.  When coreaudiod is in the correct directory the computer is unuseable so I called Apple support.  Once I explained they told me that I would have to pay #35 for support to get help.  I didn't just call first thing I tried as many solutions that I found on the web and nothing has worked.  Currently I use the iMac with coreaudiod moved so I can acutally use the machine but of course I have no audio or video at all.  I would understand if it was older than a year or more but this machine is still brand new and shouldn't have this problem and I should just be given the help needed.  It looks like the only option I have is to return it to where I bought it and get a refund which is of course a massive pain.
I will attempt to resolve for a short time more but it doesn't look good for this computer.  This is my fifth Mac and the first time I have had a serious problem so have not had the issue of a lack of support.
If anyone can add anything to help resolving this I would appreciate it but even that won't help my thoughts on apple support.

    Greetings,
If the issue was occuring the first day you owned your computer then that is worth noting.  However if it started over time that means that something added to / done to the computer modified the Mac OS.  It is worth thinking about what may have led to the issue as if you got a new computer and install / do the same thing again it may cause the issue again.
Coreaudio is integral to OS X.  If it is not functioning then reinstalling the OS would be the first step: http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Mac/10.7/en/mchlp1599.html
If that does not resolve the issue then an Erase and Install will remove whatever changes were made and take your system back to the way Apple made it (and working): http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=Mac/10.7/en/mh27903.html
As you've owned 5 macs and are an experienced computer user I'm sure you keep backups but for anyone else who might read this post, make sure you have backups of your data before you reinstall your OS or erase your system: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1553
Once you've completed your erase, only migrate your User accounts back, not the entire system, otherwise you'll get the same issue back again: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4889
    Cheers.

  • I can't get ITunes to install. I get the message: Error 2 Windows. Not able to find Apple Application Support. Uninstall iTunes and reinstall.  I did that and still get the same message.  Thanks for your assistance.  I'm using a Dell Computer, Windows 8

Can't get iTunes to install. When I download it, and go through installation, I get the message, Error 2, windows 2; can't find Apple Application Support, uninstall and reinstall iTunes.  When I do that I get the same message again. Thank you for your assistance.

Let's try a standalone Apple Application Support install. It still might not install, but fingers crossed any error messages will give us a better idea of the underlying cause of the issue.
Download and save a copy of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64setup.exe) installer file to your hard drive:
    http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/
Download and install the free trial version of WinRAR:
    http://www.rarlab.com/
Right-click the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe), and select "Extract to iTunesSetup" (or "Extract to iTunes64Setup"). WinRAR will expand the contents of the file into a folder called "iTunesSetup" (or "iTunes64Setup").
Go into the folder and doubleclick the AppleApplicationSupport.msi to do a standalone AAS install.
Does it install properly for you?
If instead you get an error message during the install, let us know what it says. (Precise text, please.)
