My mother is 73 yrs old. She wants to purchase a iphone 5. She can use the pc, or safari on her iphone 4, or the apple store app. The app works best for her, but she kept trying to load the APP STORE APP. Do you think we could rename one of these? App Store App & APPLE Store App. ... Maybe combine them?

Its all good. I just had a long day..and sure enough at 3 am not only would the website not allow you to pre-order, but the apple store app (for iphone) would not either... very frustrating. Right at 3:01 am eastern, the web site changes..you seen it was ready..i grabed the iphone.. and the app ..errored out... just too many people thats all.. 20 min latter it worked and website did as well.
BUT .. Good ole mom kept trying to load the app store app ... i said do you see the iphone... mom: no i see catagories and apps. So even though I asked her to open the app with the shopping cart, she would keep opening the other. I said why mom?... mom: well thats the one I always use? omg
Ya gotta love mom lol
But does anyone know,.. if there is a way that I could order an item like that for my mother, with my Apple Store App? I have full authorization on her att account? The website, I think I could, but it wasnt working at the time.

There are some threads here and questions about official Creative drivers for E-MU 0202/0404 USB for Windows 7. Since nowhere there is any answer I want to ask and be ANSWERED! - when the f**k the new drivers will be released? This is official Creative forum so I expect answer. I payed for my E-Mu 0202 and I want it to work CORRECTLY.
Creative - don't be a coward! You don't have balls or what?? If you don't want to release new drivers and you DON'T CARE about the customers - then f**k you! I will buy sound card from another mark.My mistake, your USB audio system is OS irrelevant. There isn't any such thing as a Windows7 driver for a USB device, since it runs from a USB port. I was insane to even try to respond to you, since you don't seem to realize that the first word in the USB acronym stands for "Universal". Which means that even your set-top box for your television can have a USB port. USB, dude, USB. That means it's a Universal Serial device that really doesn't care what the OS is.
Anyway, our argument got the attention of the driver software blog administrator guy from E-Mu, so Mr. KokChoy or whatever his name is has stepped into the discussion. Now that he knows that people with Windows7 are steamed about the lack of drivers, I'm sure his boss will bring some smoke on the driver design team to get their act together.
I'm using the Beta driver for Windows7 x64 version, and it's buggy as all get out. It chatters and loses sync every time something changes in the environment. Sounds like someone playing guitar through a burned out speaker cabinet. Ah well, they have to start somewhere.
It also appears that they are trying to run x32 drivers in a compatibility mode, instead of designing x64 drivers from scratch. That's not going to take advantage of a doggone thing in x64 land. This same garbage hounded the driver designers when they changed from 16bit DOS/Windows to 32bit Windows95. Until they released true 32bit drivers, the old 16bit SoundBlaster cards sounded terrible and crashed Windows95 every 5 minutes. Same thing looks like it is happening again. Until we get some true 64bit drivers, we will be suffering with 32bit drivers running in compatibility mode.
Someone needs to find the sound driver designer for the old Atari Jaguar (Is that right? The Jaguar was an Atari, yes?) and get that person to explain how s/he created the 64bit sound system for the Jaguar. That person already knows how to design 64bit sound drivers. -

Please help! We got a used Mac Mini and we don't have the former owner's password, so we can't install anything like flash player. Does anyone know how to get around this? I don't know how to wipe the hard drive, and the support online doesn't seem to work.

Reinstall OS X without erasing the drive
Do the following:
1. Repair the Hard Drive and Permissions
Boot from your Snow Leopard Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When the menu bar appears select Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. After DU loads select your hard drive entry (mfgr.'s ID and drive size) from the the left side list. In the DU status area you will see an entry for the S.M.A.R.T. status of the hard drive. If it does not say "Verified" then the hard drive is failing or failed. (SMART status is not reported on external Firewire or USB drives.) If the drive is "Verified" then select your OS X volume from the list on the left (sub-entry below the drive entry,) click on the First Aid tab, then click on the Repair Disk button. If DU reports any errors that have been fixed, then re-run Repair Disk until no errors are reported. If no errors are reported click on the Repair Permissions button. Wait until the operation completes, then quit DU and return to the installer.
If DU reports errors it cannot fix, then you will need Disk Warrior and/or Tech Tool Pro to repair the drive. If you don't have either of them or if neither of them can fix the drive, then you will need to reformat the drive and reinstall OS X.
2. If the drive is OK then quit DU and return to the installer. Proceed with reinstalling OS X. Note that the Snow Leopard installer will not erase your drive or disturb your files. After installing a fresh copy of OS X the installer will move your Home folder, third-party applications, support items, and network preferences into the newly installed system.
If installing Leopard the process is similar in some respects. If you wish to begin anew then after selecting the target disk click on the Options button and select the Erase and Install option then click on the OK button. To install over an existing system do the following:
How to Perform an Archive and Install
An Archive and Install will NOT erase your hard drive, but you must have sufficient free space for a second OS X installation which could be from 3-9 GBs depending upon the version of OS X and selected installation options. The free space requirement is over and above normal free space requirements which should be at least 6-10 GBs. Read all the linked references carefully before proceeding.
1. Be sure to use Disk Utility first to repair the disk before performing the Archive and Install.

2. Do not proceed with an Archive and Install if DU reports errors it cannot fix. In that case use Disk Warrior and/or TechTool Pro to repair the hard drive. If neither can repair the drive, then you will have to erase the drive and reinstall from scratch.
3. Boot from your OS X Installer disc. After the installer loads select your language and click on the Continue button. When you reach the screen to select a destination drive click once on the destination drive then click on the Option button. Select the Archive and Install option. You have an option to preserve users and network preferences. Only select this option if you are sure you have no corrupted files in your user accounts. Otherwise leave this option unchecked. Click on the OK button and continue with the OS X Installation.
4. Upon completion of the Archive and Install you will have a Previous System Folder in the root directory. You should retain the PSF until you are sure you do not need to manually transfer any items from the PSF to your newly installed system.
5. After moving any items you want to keep from the PSF you should delete it. You can back it up if you prefer, but you must delete it from the hard drive.
6. You can now download a Combo Updater directly from Apple's download site to update your new system to the desired version as well as install any security or other updates. You can also do this using Software Update. -

If you have forgotten the iPad passcode and you cannot unlock the device, you have to restore the device within iTunes. You want to use the same computer that you always sync with so that you can restore your iTunes content. You can restore with any other computer, but you will lose everything on the iPad.

Video is synced from the computer to the iPhone via iTunes. You need to load the video into iTunes, make sure it is iPhone compatible before you do that, and once it is in iTunes, then sync to the iPhone.
Never said what computer OS you were using. Also, the computer processor, amount of RAM can make a difference with HD video. -

If the phone was previously owned and is locked to that owner's Apple ID the ONLY way you can activate it is to get that person to release Activation Lock. This is an antitheft feature of the phone; stolen phones are useless.

I don’t know why but I create a WEB site and my friends who use a pc windows, have a lot of trouble when they open my movies. The other friends who use Apple, they don’t have problem. I have iMovie11 and my extension file is .m4v. Is it because the extension .m4v is bad for windows ?
No web site expert here but I would suggest changing the .m4v to .mp4 and ask one of those friends if they still have problems. .m4v is something I always associate with iTunes and don't really see it used elsewhere.
