Apple Preview application, view more than 15 images separately?

Is it possible to view more than 15 images with out them being combined into one window with them combined? So all images show up separate even when you open more than 15 images??
The only option is 'Open each file in its own window' which doesn't work for them all when you have over 15 images.

    Hello
    We are using JDeveloper 11.1.1.6
We have three 3 separate viewcontroller projects and one Master projects which i supposed to integrate all these projects into one.
    Issue:
After putting all three together into the Master project, the app fails to deploy due to this error:
oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-34010: The "adf/tabs/view/DataBindings.cpx" descriptor appears in the application classpath more than once:
We did some digging and found out that it is because of the fact that "DataBindings.cpx" in all three projects falls withing the default package. How do we rectify this issue. We cannot even Refector this file because that option is not available for this file. We have a demo soon, What can we do?
    Thanks...

    Hi,
this error typically comes from name clashes. Apparently you created ADF libraries (or projects) that contain a DataBindings.cpx file. The DataBindings.cpx file seems to be located in the same folder structure and thus could not be merged but are found to be added twice. When you create new view controller projects then best practice is to ensure the root package name is unique to avoid such issues.

  • How I can view more than 1 page at once on my screen with "PAGES" 5.5.2?

Hello, I have a iMac 27" and would like to know how I can view more than 1 page at once on my screen with "PAGES" 5.5.2?
In the past one could do this by clicking in the "zoom" field on "PAGES", but ever since Apple have seemed to "simplify" PAGES.... well, I'm spending more time searching than working...
Can anyone help? I'm going nuts with this issue.
    Thanks.

    Hi viking.
Just to keep you informed, it's the least I can do after the time you spent helping me.
The best solution I have found and it works excellently is the following:
    - I installed VMWare on my iMac.
    - Created a virtual machine and installed OS X7.0 on it.
    - I "imported" or reformatted this virtual machine with an image disc (a DMG) of my entire système installed on my previous Mac (which was running OS X7.5 and had iWorks installed on it)
    The result is fantastic.
I now have a virtual machine running Mac OS X.7.5 on my iMac (which is running Yosemite). As, I also managed to import into this virtual machine my image disk (DMG) of my entire MacBook Air (which had MacOS X7.5 and had all apps including iWorks) I can use Iwork just like in the "good old days" !!!
So I now simply jump from one to the other, its perfect!
Thank you very much for the time you spent helping.
    Have a great day.

  • Using numbers 2.3 how do i split windows to view more than 1 spreadsheet at a time?

using numbers 2.3 how do i split windows to view more than 1 spreadsheet at a time?

    Hi seth,
    Numbers vocabulary:
    Spreadsheets (aka: Document)
    contain one or more Sheets
on each of which may be placed one or more Tables
each of which contains one or more cells
each of which may contain either data or a formula.
Spreadsheets open in separate windows. Depending on the contents of each spreadsheet, and the scale at which you want to see it (and the size of your display), you can view more than one spreadsheet in the same manner as you can view more than one of any kind of document—open two documents in separate windows. Resize the windows to allow both to be viewed at the same time. Place and scale the individual documents to permit viewing the desired part of each
Sheets within the same document cannot be displayed simultaneously. You can make and open a copy of the document, then open and view both copies as described above, but this introduces new opportunities to edit the wrong copy. You could Copy a Table from one part of the document, open Preview and go File > New from Clipboard to create a PDF copy of that table (readable, but not editable), and view the spreadsheet and pdf documents as described above.
Tables can be rearranged, or have rows or columns (or both) hidden to permit simultaneous viewing of selected parts of both.
A Table can have Table > Freeze Header Rows and Table > Freeze Header Columns set to keep these rows/columns visible as the rest of the table is scrolled. Or can have a range of rows (or columns) hidden to allow viewing of rows (columns) adjacent to that range visible on the same screen.
Numbers does not support freezing of rows or columns other than Header rows and Header Columns.

    Barry

  • In iOS 7 GameCenter, is there a way to view more than 75 scores on the Leaderboard?

I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 7. With iOS 6, I could view more than 75 scores on the GameCenter Leaderboard for various games.  Now with iOS 7, it appears to be limited to only the top 75 scores.  Is there a preference to allow more scores to be displayed, or is this game specific.  Your thoughts are appreciated.
    Thanks . . . Bill

Do NOT repeat NOT use open in timeline. That function is for a specific purpose usually related to clip sync.
Create a new project and edit your audio into the project not inside another clip's timeline.

  • Garageband:  View more than 8 bars

Agh!  I can add up to 320 bars to my song, but I can't ever view more than 8, and when I paste a sample, it cuts off at 8 bars.
    How do i:
    1.  View more than 8 bars at a time (I think this in itself will allow me to extend my samples on the edges)
    2.  Read a sample that extends over as many bars as it is long?
I do not have a 'cog' on the ipad version of Garageband, just a wrench and there's no 'automatic' setting that I've found.
    Thanks for any help!
    AJ

    Hello Aj,
To view more then the default 8 bars, all you have to do is a reverse pinch, put your thumb and index finger
on the screen and then spread them apart.however you can only view as many bars that you have selected in the Song Section,It looks like you know how to adjust the bars to the song, but just in case, you touch the ( + ) sign after the last bar, under the ( ? ), you can also use the Automatic option that will adjust it automatically.
I am not quite sure I understand your question about viewing the sample, ( If you have a sample that is 16 bars long you have to adjust the song section to the length of your longest track in the case 16 bars ) if you could explain it in more detail for me I may be able to help.
As far as 'cog' I am not sure what that means.
        Hope this helps

  • How can i get apple tv2 to recognize more than one computer in my house

how can i get apple tv2 to recognize more than one computer in my house, I just got it and can only find one of two computers in my home

Same here. I have 1 ATV2 and 2 computers and each has separate iTunes accounts (mine and my wife's). The ATV menu says "computers" so I presume you can have more than 1 computer on 1 ATV. The big question is how do you set it up?

  • Viewing more than 10 pages

    Hi,
I know one of the main points to Final cut server is to have lost of meta data on each clip so you can do a detailed search and only have a few clips show up... but is their a way of view more than 10 pages of clips as we have some projects this 1000's of clips

The limit is on the total search results, not the page count. You can have no more than 2,500 results per search and no more than 200 results per page. The page count is just the total results divided by the results per page. You can set these in the GUI user preferences, they are not the defaults.

  • View more than one table in SD3 simultaneously

Is there a way to 'view' more than one table at a time in SQL Developer 3? Currently, if I have a tab open that shows contents of a table, and I double-click on another table I want to look at, the previous table view closes, and a new one reopens. I'm looking for a way to keep two such views open at the same time.

  • Preview application does not print images correctly sized

The Preview application does not show me what size the image will print out.
It defaults to Scale to Fit: Print entire image.
The % in the Scale: window seems to be what the % turns out to be, depending on which Scale to Fit: is selected.
If I click into Scale:, and then change the %, when I hit Return, it prints immediately without allowing me to preview what size the change actually looks like.  Need to change that behavior!!!  Can't see how to do it.
Probably want the default setting to be Scale: 100% but can't figure out how to do that.
ALSO the Preferences / Images setting has two choices.
But playing with the Define 100% scale as just changes the size of the image in the Preview viewing window.  The PRINT menu still has the same default and the same Scale: % size.  No matter which I select, the PRINT default is still the same %.

Preview.app in Snow Leopard has removed the option to print without scaling, and recreating this behaviour with the remaining options is quite complex and requires 4 extra steps. Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Open a document in Preview.app, such as a PDF, of a known paper size.
    2. Select 'File' > 'Print…'
    3. Change the paper size to one where the default scale value with the default 'Scale to Fit:' 'Print Entire Image' is not 100%. This step is often unnecessary, as many documents will require reduction to include margins, even if the paper sizes match.
    4. Select 'Scale:'
    5. Select the scale % value.
    6. Delete the scale value.
    7. Input '100' in the scale value box using the keyboard.
    8. Press tab to avoid radar #7256827.
    9. Click 'Print' Expected Results:
Click on a single option to print at 100%, if by chance that wasn't the default option. This would have been one step. Actual Results:
Does what it says. Steps 4 through 8 are necessary to print at 100% in most cases. Regression:
This behaviour was as expected in OS X 10.5.x and previous versions, or we wouldn't be having this discussion. Notes:
Printing at 100% is the only scaling that is common enough to warrant a button to make it an easy one to get to. Preview.app itself even has an 'Actual Size' toolbar button, but has removed this function for printing.
Graphic designers (and other professionals) or specific applications (such as printing on pre-cut or pre-printed paper, labels, or DVDs) can commonly require printing at 100%, and using PDF to distribute documents makes Preview.app the most logical choice for many printing jobs.
Having something other than 100% as a default can cause expensive media to be ruined by a mis-scaled printout, unless these 4 (+1) steps are followed every time.
Most other apps, including Safari, Mail.app and TextEdit default to no scaling, making Preview.app an exception. I am an architect and this is really annoying!
    Does anyone know a workaround?

  • How to view more than one file at a time in CS4?

With OS 10.5, and a brand new CS4 Photoshop, I can open many Photoshop files at a time, but can only view one at a time. Must choose one at a time from the "tab". I need to have more than one picture open and showing at a time to work on them. How can I do that? What have I missed? Who can help? Thanks!

"Here's the smart way for all of you on macs. Set up Exposé and a keystroke for 'Application windows'. Then with the press of a single key you can visualize, and swap between documents very easily. By I single keystroke I mean something like Right Control.
Tabbed documents have hardly any genuine advantages for mac users, yet another example of interface decisions in the stupid direction."
This is what I've been saying since I first saw the tabbed view in the new CS4.  On the Mac, tabbed view is a big step backwards as it actually breaks the superior Expose' method of viewing multiple windows and also switching among them.  I would also add that Control/Tab for non-tabbed windows is actually slightly faster than when they are tabbed.  So for the mac, I only needed a minute to decide that the tabbed view was merely change for the sake of change.  There are also operations that I do where I have to recreate a piece of art to match an existing piece.  In those situations I always have the original right next to the the new image.  Tabbed view destroys this as well.  So I don't use it.
For the PC, tabbed views is possibly a tiny step forward, but it's such a small step that I'm not sure if I prefer to use tabs, or have that small amount of screen space that the tabs use.  There was no previously existing "good" method of viewing and moving among multiple windows of a single application on the PC and therefore, tabs might be a small improvement.  Unfortunately though it does seem that in order to bring us tabbed views in CS4, Adobe had to slightly 'break' the regular floating windows view.  On the PC the documents will actually float above the toolbars, palettes, etc making it very difficult to use if not impossible.  So, if you don't like using tabs, then you are really gonna suffer with non-tabbed view or suffer with the tabbed view.  On the Mac, it's the opposite problem.  Documents actually float up and underneath the top toolbar, covering the "close, maximize, minimize" buttons.  Generally I would say that Adobe has created a mess when the best solution was obvious.  Adobe should have copied the expose' method for it's CS4 suite.  Hopefully they will have enough feedback with CS4 to see the light and change it for CS5.  I see that Microsoft has mouse software that has already done just that on the PC, and there are a handful of independent efforts attempting to come up with something like expose' but generally with far less elegant and less "perfect" results.

  • Viewing More than one report at a time

    Hi Darwin
Yes best tool is FinalCut Pro and it's MultiCamera function.
But one can do it in a fairly easy way in FinalCut Express
    • Drop Camera one clip into video track 1
    • Camera two => V-track 2
    • Camera three => V-track 3
Double click on the clip in track 1.
Now You see it in Viewer
Turn on Image + Wireframe (above the picture in viewer window)
Now shrink it to take up a Quater and move it up to the left hand corner
Repeat with track 2 and three but move them into a free corner
Now when You play TimeLine You see all three videos playing in concordance.
Now You have to move them so that they sync. I use a photo flash during recording
to get one white frame on all cameras
    Then to the edit.
Turn on Toggle Clips Overlays [alt+W] - this turns on the transparicy line in each
videoclip and audio level on those
I use the transparicy line and the Pen tool to increase transparacy to 100% on the
part of a clip I want visibly and drag down the other two to 0%
When I've done this trough out the full TimeLine
    • I go into each Video track and restore size to 100% and that they fill window
Now playback and see if You are satisfied.
Still - You now have to figure out on which Audio that works best.
    Good Luck
BUT in FinalCut Pro this is very much more better and most of all time saving.
    Yours Bengt W
