Apple programs not compatible with iPad

Hi
I have a iPad and use Apple's remote with it to control my iTunes music.
I have to extend the (iPhone)Remote software to 2x. Why isn't Apple support his own software to use with the iPad?
Why isn't there a iPad version (hiRes) to use on the iPad?
This is just an examble .. there are other Apple iPhone programs that are not available in a iPad version.

Facebook videos are still working for me in the Facebook App (using iOS 7.0.6).
Have you tried restarting or resetting your iPad?
Restart: Press On/Off button until the Slide to Power Off slider appears, select Slide to Power Off and, after It shuts down, press the On/Off button until the Apple logo appears.
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10 seconds).
No data will be lost.

You run Windows in Parallels or Fusion. Then in Windows you install the program.

Sync .mov and .mp4 gets an error saying it is not compatible with iPad 2 and will not copy. Help.

highlight the file and go to iTune menu ADVANCED and select create iPad or AppleTV version.

Apple keyboard not working with iPad

I recently bought an Apple Bluetooth keyboard to use with my iPad and the first day it worked fine but then the next day it wouldn't work at all except to let me put in my pass code, search things on the iPad, and bring the keyboard up and down with the eject key. I know there weren't any restrictions on the apps because I used it without an issue on Notabilty and Chrome along with others before. I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting and forgetting the keyboard and pairing again but nothing is working. To test it I paired it with my phone and it worked fine so I have to assume its something specific to the iPad. The keyboard is the latest edition and is the one that is compatible with the iPad. If anyone could help it would be really appreciated!

Have you tried resetting the iPad?
Press and hold (& continue to hold) BOTH the Sleep/Wake button & the Home button.
Continue to hold BOTH (ignoring any other messages that may show) until you see the Apple logo on the screen.
Release BOTH buttons when you see the Apple logo and allow the device to boot normally.

Apple TV not working with iPad 2

I am trying to set up 10 iPads on Apple TV at a school in order to use airplay mirroring to show them on the screen but the iPads don't seem to be communicating with Apple TV the are all connected to the schools wireless network

First, check to see if the iPads and the Apple TV are all on the same network subnet. That's necessary for the iPads to be able to locate and connect to the Apple TV. If they are not, you'll either need to get them all onto the same subnet or look into a third-party solution like this one:

I use Firefox for all my classwork for my doctoral program. However I have assignments in Statistics that require IBM SSPS, which I am told is incompatible with Firefox. Can you please be a bit more specific about the issue you are facing. As I understand you are trying to use [http://www-01.ibm.com/software/analytics/spss/ IBM SSPS] on Firefox and the application is not displaying properly. Is that the issue you are facing?
And from what you mentioned the application is showing up fine on Internet Explorer. Is that the case?

I've purchased this app, however when trying to install the latest update it says it's incompatible with this iPad. I've deleted the app but can't reinstall. Any ideas??

You will need to update to iOS 5.
I had the same issue with the latest iMovie update on my iPhone. They really should provide this information in the app update info page, or maybe in the error alert. Or maybe both.

Is there anyway to resolve this incompatibility without having to downgrade my OS to a 10.6 (or lower) or replacing my CD (containing the incompatible program)?

If your machine already had Snow Leopard before and you have space space available at the bottom of your boot hard drive (SSD if you have enough space) and you have the 10.6 installer disks, then you can create a Snow Leopard partition on the machine, provided BootCamp/Windows hasn't taken it yet.
If you don't have the 10.6 disks, then you can research this user tip about getting the correct 10.6 disks and if the 10.6 white ones will work for you or not.
How to reformat a used Mac
1: First backup your users file and make a bootable clone of your present OS X drive. This is bootable and you can use it to repair, erase and reverse clone if something messes up.
Most commonly used backup methods
2: Open Disk Utility click on your boot drive and the partition tab. Attempt to create a second partition below your main OS X one and notice the size it will allow, if it's not good enough for your needs (like you need more of the available free space) then exit without applying the change.

4: Once you have created a second partition below your first one (named: Snow Kitty), you want to change it's format to OS X Extended Journaled and apply.
5: Next is the fun part, you follow these instructions below to install Snow Leopard (+ Rosetta for PPC apps), but you apply them to the Snow Kitty partition and you DON'T erase the entire drive or you will lose Mountain Lion partitions as well etc.

7: Oh, to boot into Snow Leopard or Lion you hold the option/alt key down for Startup Manager and select which one you want.
If your always in Snow Leopard or the other Lion, you can set either as a Startup Disk in System Preferences and it will tell the firmware which one to boot from so no need to hold the option key down.
Now there is a hack over at MacRumors that will run a virtual machine of Snow Leopard in later OS X versions.
This sort of explains virtual machines and what they do.

Flash is not supported on the iPad - and as Adobe have never managed to make a version of their flash player that works on iOS devices, and they have recently announced that they are stopping development on all mobile versions of it, it probably never will be
Browser apps such as Skyfire, iSwifter, Puffin and Photon 'work' on some sites, but judging by their reviews not all sites. Also some websites, especially news sites, have their own apps in the App Store.

You need to upgrade to at least Leopard and to iTunes 10.5 at less for your Mac to recognize the iPad.
Check to see if your Mac meets the hardware specs.
Finding a Leopard DVD may prove difficult.
If it were mine, I would check to see if it meets the hardware specs for Snow Leopard.
If it does that might be easier to find the DVD and cheaper.

To use itunes 10.7 you need to have Snow Leopard operating system installed

You need to contact "epost." The issue is not an Apple issue....the epost software needs, I assume, to be updated.
