Apple quietly changing building materials on iPhone 5?

So the word floating around out there is that Apple has quietly been using upgraded metals and changing other manufacturing practices to prevent both scratches, as well as what has become known as "Bendgate" by many iPhone users. The aluminum grade has been increased behind closed doors, and as a result is now less prone to nicks and scuffs. Many iPhone 5 users are also reporting an increase in weight in some of the recent week models (Week 48+) versus the launch day iPhone 5's. So everyone, including me, that bought early on or even at launch time got shafted. It's stuff like this that makes me want to walk away from Apple products. They refuse to admit the phone has some serious design flaws, so they switch things up for the better and don't tell anyone. Not that I expected them to. Very disappointed.

Everything will stay on the iPhone.
You may need to turn off Settings > Mesages - iMessages the turn it back on to register the new phone number with iMessage.

Turn off iCloud completely
Depending on whether you want to stop using iCloud on all or only some devices, do one or more of the following:

Once you have changed your Apple ID, you need to set it up for use in the various systems such as iTunes, the App Store, etc so it can be used as intended. This article shows how to do that -

Sign out of the Apple ID on the device in question, making sure to disable the Find My iDevice feature.
Sign in with the new Apple ID.
If the intent is to sell the device, simply restore as new after disabling the Find My iDevice and signing out.

Skip the iCloud sign in for now.
Once you reach the home page, go to settings and sign out of FaceTime and Messages. This should also sign you out of iCloud.
Go to iCloud in settings and sign in with the correct Apple ID.
If that does not work
Skip the iCloud sign in
Go to Apple ID.apple.com and sign in
Change your Apple ID to the old one
Delete iCloud account on your device with the old Apple ID and the same password.
Go back to the website, change your Apple ID back to the current one. You will receive an email to verify the account. Verify first.

If all you did was rename your ID, you can go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with your renamed ID. Deleting the account only deletes the account and any data you are syncing with iCloud from your phone, not from iCloud. Provided you are signing back into the same account and not changing accounts, your data will be synced back to your phone when you sign back in.
If, however, you are changing to a new account with a new ID, choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then choose Merge when you sign into the new account and turn your iCloud syncing back on to upload your data to the new account.
Before deleting the account, save you photo stream photos to your camera roll (tap Edit, tap all the photos, tap Share, tap Save to Camera Roll).

Did you take a look at the new feature Apple - iOS 8 - Family Sharing ?

Up to now, songs bought from iTunes could only be played by the Apple ID that has been used to buy them.
If you set up Family Sharing, your daughter can also play your songs and use the same contact info as before.
If you don't want to do that, sync the contact info to the address book on your computer, and sync the info back, using iTunes:
Sync your iPhone, iPad and iPod with iTunes using USB
If the iPad already has her Apple ID and contact info on it, restore the phone from the latest iPad backup.

If you see that pop up you enabled icloud. Whether you want or do not want now to use it irrelevant until you actually disable activation lock.
In order to do that you have to change your apple id back to do that just long enough to sign in and back out. System will ask you to verify, don't.
Just sign in on the prompt you getting and then logout. Once done, change apple id to what you have now and verify. Then decide if you want to
use icloud (who does not want to be able to track their phone if lost or stolen).

Firstly, you need to change your details with Apple, Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your iOS device, you need to delete the account from your iOS device first, then add it back using your updated details. (Settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit "Delete Account")
Providing you are simply updating your existing details and not changing to another account, when you delete your account, all the data that is synced with iCloud will also be deleted from the device (but not from iCloud), but will be synced back to your device when you login again.
In order to change your Apple ID or password for your iCloud account on your computer, you need to sign out of the account from your computer first, then sign back in using your updated details. (System Preferences > iCloud, click the sign out button)

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. That is the same Apple ID. When you sign up for an Apple ID on an iOS or Mac OS device it gives you an alternative email address which is either @me.com or @icoud.com. But never the less it is all in the same account.

You can change it in your iphone going to settings scroll down to app store and sign out and sign in with the apple id you want,also can be done in every itunes,app store or ibooks app,just scroll down.
But be sure about how you set up the sync in your computer because if you tick to sync email accounts and/or apple id may it change every time you sync.
