Apple released iOS 7.1 with interface refinements, bug fixes, improvements and new features on Monday. But has the Airplay bug been fixed?
During the test of X-Mirage, we have found that AirPlay on iOS 7 is not as stable as on iOS 6 and we have reported a serious bug to Apple:

Try this:
1. Turn the router, iPad and printer off
2. Turn on the router and then wait 30 seconds
3. Turn on printer and then wait 30 seconds
4. Turn on your iPad and test print.

iOS 8.1.1 (not 8.1.2) was released later - it's compatible with iPhone 4s (not iPhone 4) onwards, iPad 2 onwards, and iPod Touch 5th gen

First, you tagged on to someone else's thread - it is always best to start a new one with your own question.
AND, the updates NEED to be uninstallable !
Factory restore should be reverting back to what originally came installed! Not the latest corrupted update forced back onto the unit causing to fault again
That will never happen - Apple has never supported going 'backwards'. With a computer, it is advised that you make a full backup before updating so you can revert. With iOS, that is not possible once Apple removes the previous version.

Music, Photos, Videos... I can't sync anything for iPhone 4. When will Apple release the new version of iTunes?

I tried every methods up online trying to sync the music, photo, and videos. Nothing is working right now ever since I updated my ios to 7.

When indeed. I purchased iPhone 5 64gb and have so far experienced the following issues/Bugs
1. Flash on camera out of sync
2. Cannot connect to some WIFI Bluetooth drvices
3. Missing Album Artwork on iTunes album view
4. Buggy and confused maps/satnav
5. iMessage comes and goes
6. Battery Life *****

IOS 5 used to allow Airplay between iPad (WiFi) and Apple TV (Ethernet) as long as they were on the same network. In iOS 6, now both the iPad and the Apple TV have to be on the same network and both have to be connected using WiFi ? Why did they change ?

iOS 5 used to allow Airplay between iPad (WiFi) and Apple TV (Ethernet) as long as they were on the same network, i.e. connected to the same wired/wireless router. In iOS 6, now both the iPad and the Apple TV have to be on the same network and both have to be connected using WiFi ? Why did they change this ? Means that the iPad and the Apple TV box both have to be in range of the wireless router when this wasn't a restriction before. Apple TV could be anywhere as long as it was connected to the same wireless router via ethernet cable. Seems like an unnecessary thing to restrict.

I have found with AppleTV that it is the IPV6 on the computer you want to access is the problem. The issue is that Homegroup on Win 7 or Win 8 requires IPV6 to work, but AppleTV won't work with IPV6. (So maybe double check you have IPV6 turned off)
So you have to make a choice - Homegroup or AppleTV.... but you can't have both, until Apple brings ATV up to date. (crazy that it does not recognise IPV6 - c'mon Apple!)
You can set up sharing individually in Win 7 or 8 and have the ATV access files that way.
Having said that, there is always the exception.. I have an old HP home server running Win8 and it services ATV - but is part of the Homegroup... have no idea why it works on both, but no other machine on the home network will talk to both ATV and Homegroup at the same time!

Apple TV Ipad-2 Mirror with Airplay not working w/ HBOGO

I have Apple TV 2, latest one with upgrade to 4.4, I have iPad 2 w ios 5, I have Lion on my Mac and latest iTunes 10.5. I have HBO go app which streams the HBO shows, when I am streaming the show on the iPad and have the AirPlay bar at the bottom that lets me select to connect to Apple TV and I do connect to Apple tv, it only plays the Audio through the TV, no Video. Am I doing something wrong?

As of now HBOGO does not support either mirroring or HDMI connections from device to TV. When I tried to mirror my iphone 4s the screen had the hbogo logo and a disclaimer that it wasnt supported at this time but they are working on it for the future.

Woke up this morning, nope still white screen. Very disappointed with Apple. I was so excited to get my phone and can't even use it right now.

First turn the iPhone off and back on and see if it works. If that doesn't work then do a Reset by holding the Sleep / Wake Button (The Power Button) and the Home Button at the same time until the white Apple Logo appears, the release both Buttons and wait until a Full Reset occurs. The iPhone 6 should come back to your Lock-Screen. If that doesn't work then you could connect the iPhone 6 via the Lightning Cable to a Computer with a Current Version of iTunes. Then open iTunes on the Computer and wait until your see a Button that represents your attached iPhone and click on it. This should bring up a Summary Screen on the Computer within iTunes. At that point your can choose Update Software if an Update is available or Restore the iPhone to Factory Settings / New In The Box, or you could try to Restore from your Backup if a current Backup had already been saved from a previous iPhone.
If you don't have a computer with iTunes and you can get the iPhone back on, then go to Settings>General>Software Update and see if the iPhone is still on iOS 8.0 or if it is now on iOS 8.0.2
