APPLE Security question issues

Hi
I attempted to purchase an app... i needed to enter my security q answers.... added them.. not recognized...
so, i sign in and follow the FAQs... lock myself out... To be able to enter new answers it appears that you need to enter your old numbers?!
so, i go through the FAQ process.... it says my contact no is unrecognised... so i then figure its because im in england... doh!
how can i get my security q answers reset!?

but the option to send reset security info to email has now disappeared...
prob because i exceeded maximum attempts....
any other ideas?
i click for assistance... but then it does not recognise my phone no... because im in england...

Go to: https://appleid.apple.com/.
Click "Manage My Account", sign in, and go to the Password and Security section. If you've forgotten your answers, there will be a link just under the security questions fields where you can have a reset email send to your Rescue email address.
If you have no luck with the above advise, then go to - http://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. Enter in your personal information, and explain the issue. The iTunes Store agents, are the only department that have access to resetting your Apple ID and security questions, so you will need to contact them in this fashion.
If all fails, and you still have no results, call apple at 1 800 692 7753, and see if they can assist you further.

Apple security question Provider does no longer exist

I am in a bit of pinch here. I forgot my Apple-ID Security Questions and the email-address in which to reset or get the answers from does no longer exist. therefore I want to know:
1. Can I with my Apple rights change the "Back-Up" e-mail address somehow?
2. Do I have to call the support to solve that problem?
3. If I dig out my Computer on which I created the ID, do you think it would solve anything?

That's not a good sign if it said it was going to send it to an email address you've never heard of. Contact iTunes Support and let them know this: http://apple.com/support/itunes/contact/

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.

You can reset the security questions for your Apple ID by going to My Apple ID and navigate to the Password and Security section to change them. You will have to know the answer and if you do not know them there should be a reset security questions email link.
