No company does this. Why would you think that Apple should?
This is not done with any company for any product. What company tracks its products? It would be a violation of privacy laws and would be met with outrage from consumers and the media if companies were tracking the movements and locations of their products.
What company replaces a product that was stolen? Ford? no. Sony? No. Samsung? no. Motorola? no Microsoft? no anyone?
Apple has a location program. All you had to do was set it up on your ipod.
It is not designed for stolen iphones, but can find the device under certain circumstances.

Although "drops" are not covered by the warranty, sometimes the Apple Genius will replace the iPod at no cost. It is up to their discretion. The only way to find out is to make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

Apple cannot track your stolen equipment. Call your local police. If you know the serial number be sure to give it to them. But I would not hold much hope of recovery. If you have homeowners or automobile insurance the theft may be covered although that may not be helpful if you carry a high deductible.

Apple will replace your iPod if poor workmanship is involved they will replace if software issue is detected or you have a case of buyers remorse if within 14 day grace period. But drop it in the toilet or get ripped off, you're on your own. But it is a nice idea. Some credit card company's have theft replacement and some stores may cover with additional warranties, but I'm not aware of Apple covering lost or stolen property. Good luck, Cheers.

Yes, otherwise you will have to pay for those apps again. If an app is purchased by one Apple ID, he/she will be able to redownload it again for no cost (note: this does apply to songs, but NOT to movies).

Regardless of what Apple may or may not say about repair work done by a third party (a non-Apple company or you yourself), the Magnuson-Moss Act precludes them from voiding your warranty simply because you had work done by a third party or used non-OEM parts. Typically people hear of thie Act as it is applied to cars. Car manufacturers cannot require you go to a dealership for repairs or that you use OEM parts. They cannot void your warranty for doing that. The Act applies to all consumer goods. Computer manufacturers cannot require you send your computer to them for memory upgrades or that you use memory supplied by them. Apple cannot require you to go to Apple for repair work or that you use Apple parts in that repair.
With that said, though, if you have a problem in the future, Apple could make the claim that it was the result of damage from improper repair or substandard parts. Your only recourse would be the court system, not a quick or inexpensive endeavor.

If you set up the Find My iPod service prior to the iPod going missing - the app is for tracking an iOS device from another iOS device - then there is a chance that can be tracked, though it depends on a number of factors (the iPod is turned on, connected to a WiFi network, and has not had the Find My iPod service disabled). Log into icloud.com and go to the Find My iPhone section. Note, though, that you'll only get the location of the WiFi router to which the iPod is connected; there's no way to pinpoint the exact location of the iPod itself.
If you did not set up Find My iPod, then there is no way to track it. Notify the police and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPod (the iTunes Store, for instance).

Change your iTunes (Apple ID) password along with any other password that was stored in the iPod. If any passwords are associated with credit cards, contact the CC company and get your card replaced (with a new number). If any passwords are associated with a bank or any other savings institution, contact them also and discuss approprate action with them.
The "Find my..." function is pretty much useless if the device is in the hands of a thief. All that is necessary is for the thief to connect to any computer with iTunes and "Restore as new."
The only real protection you have is with the personal information on the device rather than the physical device itself. This requires action before the device is lost/stolen. If the device has significant personal information, it should have a strong 8-digit (or longer) password AND be configured for automatic wipe in the event of ten consecutive incorrect password entries.

My face is not in the video, which, in spite of its sexual content, might actually be educational and perhaps also business savvy. I made and posted the video because I wanted to convey my need for a real person to make love to, certainly not an object at all. The ******** sleeve makes my ***** look ridiculously like Alice in Wonderland dressed in her rings as depicted in some of the original illustrations in that fictional title's original book, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, by Lewis Carroll. No one can find it for you. If you did not set up Find My Phone, then it cannot be found.
