APPLE: show us what is endlessly processing so we can KILL IT
Attention APPLE: show us what is endlessly processing so we can KILL IT. There needs to be a way to easily see what processes are running (without jumping through hoops). Aperture should have a menu item from which the user can easily see a visible list of running processes which can be individually selected and stopped.
At the very least, show the names of the files which are actively being processed and provide documentation on how to selectively, individually remove the offending files.

Perhaps Apple could show WHAT is processing in the lower part of the window where it currently just says "Processing". If not by default, with an advanced feature type of selection in Preferences.
It would, I think, be extremely helpful to a lot of people to visually gain an up front point of reference to exactly WHAT Aperture is chewing on. Given it's current tendency at v3.02 to still exhibit this issue without really giving an indication as to exactly what it's doing behind the curtain.

I click on an email and it just repeats showing the preview of what's available. I can't access any of the features of the email to compose or check sent messages, etc.
That's really a support issue for Comcast help, but I happen to be a Comcast user, too.
When you are viewing the Inbox Preview page, the first thing that appears after to log into your web mail account, hit the '''View Entire Inbox''' link to see your inbox.
I can '''click''' on an email on the Inbox Preview to view that particular email, but a double-click just reloads the Inbox Preview page. That seems to work different in "Connect Lite" than it does in the default "Connect". -

If you don't see the AirPlay icon in the Control Center:
1. Turn off router, Apple TV and iPad
2. Turn on router and then wait 30 seconds for it to complete start-up process
3. Turn on Apple TV and then wait 30 seconds for it to complete start-up process
4. Turn on iPad (wait 30 seconds) and test AirPlay -

from the information you provided i can't tell if it is a hardware problem or a software problem. I do have an idea though, try to press your home button and lock button at the same time.

This issue is with Netflix upgrade. I spoke to Netflix and here is the solution. Remove Netflix app from Ipad and reload the app version 5.0.1. This updated version will correct the problem.

i've jail break Iphone 3GS. i tried to restore setting (erasing all data and media) without connecting to computer/itunes. When it starts it freezes by showing apple logo only. what is the solution. please help me out. Here i don't have iphone service center too.
Although not illegal, Apple discourages a user from modifying the iPhone OS in any manner, including "jailbreaking". Apple feels so strongly about this that discussing methods to assist a user trying to either jailbreak or "unjailbreak" an iPhone are prohibited.

I purchased a Shakira movie (HD). I watch it OK in my PC, but when trying to watch it in my TV using Apple TV I get an endless rolling wheel. I can watch other Apple Store movies with no problem. Any idea of what's going on?

Try turning off the Firewall in System Preferences > Security (or Security & Privacy) > Firewall
Disable anti virus software if you have that installed before downloading media from the App Store.

I can get my music, movies and tv shows to play through my apple tv, but I cannot see my photo stream on my apple tv. What can I do to get my photos to show up on the TV?
I have a mac and wireless internet.Because you've got music and movies streaming to your Apple TV, I know you've authorized Home Sharing under the file menu of iTunes. But under that same iTunes file menu you must also go to the "Home Sharing" pull-down and select "Choose Photos to Share With Apple TV". You can select All photos, or just specific albums. Maybe worth saying again that this is done from iTunes and not iPhoto.
If you've already done this and still no photos on AppleTV, check to see that your photo file names (previously imported into iPhoto) have valid suffixes (such as photo.jpg). Without that valid suffix, iPhoto on your Mac will show the photo just fine (courtesy of the hidden Type Code embedded in the photo file), but AppleTV will not.

Download RecBoot and see if that will kick it into recovery mode, so your computer sees it and you can do a restore.
