Apple store credit, can't change my region!
i bought a few 50 dollar cards back when i was at USA. I have been happily using those credits and buying apps from the US store. Now i have 4.78$ left and i want to change my region and buy from my onw countries store, because there is less than 5 bucks left. I can't change the region because that 4.78$ cant just disappear a wanrning thing pops-up. What can i do? I dont care about that 5 bucks. I just want to be able to buy paid apps and change my region from the US store.

How can I change Country/Region when I still have store credit balance?
I registed an iTunes account when I lived in Japan and I used Prepaid Card to redeem Japanese Yen to account (Country/Region=Japan). I have 60Yen in account now, this amount is smaller than cheepest apps (cost 85Yen).
Right now, I came back to Vietnam and want to change Country/Region and to continue purchase apps in Apple Store:
- When I change Country/Region, I received error message "You have a store credit balance; you must spend your balance before you can change stores.". But I couldn't spend money due to not enough money.
- When I change Payment Type to Visa card, I received error message "You payment method is not valid in this Store. Please enter a new payment method."
How can I change Country/Region when I still have store credit balance? Please help me solve this issue.You can't change your account's country when you have a balance on it. iTunes gives me the Payment method declined message and i bought Gift card 25$ and not work because i am in kuwait store and can not change store to USA. i try Master and visa and gift card what i can try else also i can not update free application. my iPhone now useless.
please help me ASAPi have to buy some application urgently.Whether you are trying to use a Credit Card or Redeem a Gift Card... My understanding is that you have to be within the US to use the US Store and have a valid US Billing Address.

If it's an Apple Store gift card then you can't, that can only be used in the Apple online store and their bricks-and-mortar stores, not on your iTunes account

Apps and Music are not from iCloud. Are from iTunes and App Store.
You can change this from: Settings>iTunes and App Stores>Sign out and sign in with new ID, but you will have to pay again to download apps that you already have in your old account. Or leave it as it is to share purchases with your son. -

Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.

After I upgraded to IOS 8 my iPhone is not working well at all .. the most serious issue is the wifi which is too slow and can't connect to apple store and can't update my application .. also tried to search or update for ios 8 but also can't connect . safari also always can't connect to any the server . please check and advise
