Apple store isn't supported in my country and I can't order Mac os x snow leopard since you cannot purchase a soft copy online...

The Apps Store on your iPad will not work until the iPad is officially released in your country. However, you can buy most apps in your computers iTunes software/account. Type iPad in the apps tab search box, choose "show all" in the iPad tab and scroll through the list. You can also visit a site like appshopper.com and review the apps for iPad and choose the ones you would like. Return to iTunes and search for the names of the apps you want. Some of the "Apple" apps and third party apps(i.e. iBooks, ABC Player, etc.) will not be available until release in your country, however, you can download most.

my apple store isn't working after I updated to ios 8.1.3, its just a blank screen and it won't load after doing everything I can to make it work again. I even restarted the phone and I just don't know what to do at this moment.
Sign out of the Appstore and back in and it should resolve the issue.
Setting > iTunes and App Store > click the Apple ID at the top and click sign out. Click sign in. -
Help - 'iTunes Store is not supported in this country'?
First, since I'm new to this, please forgive me it this doesn't belong here.
So, I just got an iTouch today and followed the directions that came with it for setup. But when I attempted to access the iTunes store, I saw the following message:
'Cannot Connect to the iTunes Store
The iTunes Store is not supported in this country.'
I'm very confused by this message, since I live in NYC.
Anyone come across this before? And if so, how did you correct this?

It have been to the Apple Store and all they can tell me is to update to Mountian Lion.. which is what I'm trying to do... but they don't have the disc in the stores!! Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Drag & Drop the MAS into the Trash. Then install this combo update and it should install a new MAS for you.

how can i purchase a macbook air in Nigeria? apple has no shop in the entire country and independent dealers charge ridiculously sometimes more than double the prices of mac products without guarantee of getting it with required specifications. its sad cos Nigeria has a very large apple market plus phones and most recently ipads especially. its been frustrating trying to get a macbook, even have to wait for when someone will travel out of the country, then you send the person(thats if you have the money at that time). Please somebody help inform apple maybe they can do something about this, its really disappointing.

The apple store is so unhelpful. I have an iMac computer operating on Mac OSX 10.5.8. I want to upgrade to the latest Mountain Lion operating system so I can work with the iCloud on my computer and download my emails. I can't seem to purchase this on-line as it keeps telling me to go to the app store. I haven't got the app store on my computer as I am told I need iCloud for which I need the new operating system, which I can't download or purchase as I am sent back to an instruction telling mee to go to the app store icon.
How difficult can it be to simply purchase the software on-line have it shipped to you so you can install it, in the event it cannot be downloaded as it appears it can't be based on my curent operating systems being Mac OSX 10.5.8.Requirements for OS X 10.6 'Snow Leopard'

Whilst Apple have withdrawn Snow Leopard from download, you can still get it from Apple by calling 1-800-MY-APPLE (if you are in the USA) and they will supply the SL DVD for $30. You can also purchase the code to use to download Lion from the same number.

I would like to know if I can take it to an Apple Store in Spain so they can fix it or change it. Or I need to find a way to take it to the US, where I bought it.

I keep getting message to check network connection when i try to use face time or imessage. Went to apple store. They could not fix it and referred me to apple support which sent me an article to do the things the store had already tried. Store thinks it is a problem with the ID although the correctID and p/word are being used. Just get message that cant sign in and check connection and try again. Happens in every location. Can anyone help me with this since Apple can't?
Since you've tried the Apple Store, etc., even though you say your Apple ID and password are good, I suspect that's the likely issue.

I guess you mean unlock the device. To lock it would mean to be possible to se it only with one carrier.
So no, unlocking the device must be done by the original carrier, you should contact them to do that.
