Apple store probleme de telechargement OSX Mountain Lion

Impossible de vérifier le fichier de distribution du produit. Il est peut-être endommagé ou non signé.

Possibly nothing. The whole thing relies on the amount of people currently doing the same thing as you and also your internet connection, remembering that WiFi is extremely slow.
How far through the download is it? If it's nearly done and at least still moving along I would be inclined to leave it. If not then you can stop it and start it all over again. Just be warned that if it is simply a connection issue then you might just be re-starting your clock
PS - I've seen the download take over 60hrs before.

  • HT1338 I went to the Apple Store and bought the OSX Mountain Lion update and it is still downloading.  The download began at around 7:00 PM last night.  It is now 7:03AM.  What's wrong.  The icon on my computer says it is downloading still.

My OSX Mountain LIon is still downloading after the download was initiated 12 hours ago.  What's wrong?

I recently had to replace my 2009 Macbook Pro's hard drive.  I had the apple store upgrade the OS to Mountain Lion while it was in being repaired.  I want to restore all of my old data and files.  If I perform a restore from Time Machine, with a date prior to having the hard drive replaced, will it revert back to the old OS?

No, it won't revert to the prior OS X but you you may have third party apps installed that were compatible with Lion that may not be compatible with Mountain Lion.

  • Mail problems since latest OSX mountain lion update

Since I updated to the latest version of OSX Mountain Lion my Macbook Pro is very slow starting (up to 2 minutes) and my mail program is always stucking (colour-ball turning) so that I have to shut down and restart.
Does anybody have a solution for these problems?
    Thanks!

So it's a new 2012 non-Retina model... there are a couple of things that you might want to try - even with only 4GB of RAM (and I truly feel that 8GB is the 'sweet spot' for any modern MBP) you should be having slow startup or Mail beachballs.
First, let's boot into Recovery mode by holding down the Command and R keys during startup. At the bottom of the window, you'll want to open Disk Utility. Select your hard drive from the left pane and verify and then repair permissions. Some won't be 'fixed' but that's OK. Then with the hard drive still selected, verify your hard drive. If any errors pop up, go ahead and repair the hard drive.
If neither of these things fix the problem, you might want to redownload and reinstall 10.8.2, using the 'combo' updater found here. Also make certain that you install (or reinstall) the 10.8.2 supplemental update - here.
And if that doesn't work, we'll just have to dig a little deeper.

  • Can I go to the Apple Store to download OS X Mountain Lion?

My internet is really slow, so I am wondering if I can go to the Apple Store and use the internet there. Also, how long would the download time be there approximately?

Even if you can't imagine there are people having problems to make a download of several GB. For me, I would be very glad to be able to download Mountain Lion on a PC attached to a fast internet connection, as I'm living on a very small island where my only connection will be via fragile UMTS. Would be much easier for me taking a boat, make my download on a friends PC, and burn it down to a disc instead of taking my iMac with me.
Last time I've ordered an USB stick, but nowadays Apple even makes this impossible for me (and reading "If you don’t have broadband access, you can visit any Apple Retail Store to get help with downloading" just gave me a big laugh). Next store all about 200 kilometers away, will be a trip of two and a half days for me.
    Shame on you, Apple.

  • Has anyone else had a problem with downloading OSX Mountain Lion?  It doesn't recognize my server!

I downloaded Mountain Lion on my MacBook and now it does not recognize my server.  Has anyone else had this problem or know how to resolve it?

What a terrible coincidence, nick70! I can assure that most updates go smoothly. I'm sorry to hear that yours didn't. If you're unable to power your device back on, we may need to get a replacement device out to you. • Full reinstall/recovery of OSX Mountain Lion

I have bought a Macbook Pro (v7,1) with Ubuntu installed and no OSX. I have other macbook and I have bought on the App Store a copy of OSX Mountain Lion.
Since on the 7,1 (mid-2008) it was made a full Ubuntu install (which I think leads to removing the recovery partition) is there a way to recover to OSX?
    Thanks in advance.

In order to install Mt. Lion (10.8) into a MBP that originally came with Snow Leopard (10.6), Snow Leopard must be installed and updated to 10.6.8 (it is a requisite).  Since you say you have already purchased Mt. Lion, you will not have to purchase it again.  However as I mentioned, you will need to get Snow Leopard installation disks from Apple.  Have your MBP serial number ready and there will be a charge.
Once you have installed Snow Leopard and updated it to 10.6.8, then you can download and install Mt. Lion.
    Ciao.

  • I've installed OSX Mountain Lion 10.8.2 and some Apple Apps installed unespectedly close even before they are opened. This affects Mac App Store, Mail and several other apps

I installed OSX 10.8.2 just yesterday night (12-27-2012) and every time I attempt to open some of the Apple Apps, such as Mac App Store, Notes and Messages, among others, they don't mount at all and a failure message appears on the screen instead. No matter how many times I try to open those apps, they won't open at all and the same message appears again and again. Is there a solution for this or should I reinstall the OSX Mountain Lion in order to solve this issue?

What is the error message exactly?

for some reason osx mountain lion has disappeared from my purchases and now when i want to install mountain lion on another mac with the same apple id it wants to charge me for the program even though i have already purchased it. what do i do?

Open the Mac App Store on the other Mac and in the Quick Links sign into your account. See if the Mountain Lion purchase is among hidden apps in the iCloud area of your account info.

I am trying to upgrade to OSX Mountain Lion from OSX Lion but i get this message:

Further I am able to download other programs from the app store (like growl) but it does not work for Mountail Lion ????
I looked through the forum and one post said that i have to use lion recovery to reinstall osX lion but then it defetes the objective of upgrading.

If your system's not compatible with 10.8 and has at least a Core 2 Duo(not Core Duo) CPU, phone the online Apple Store and order a download code for 10.7.
