Apple Supp Comm Hostile Takeover of my Email

Hi there! I was on here a few months ago and i set my notifications to send me an email ONLY when people responded to my question.
That was in September. Since i got the answer i was looking for, I then set the notifications to NO/NONE...i dont want any more DANG MAIL.
I havev attempted to toggle the Yes/No button in hopes of fixing it. It never worked and continues not to. I get anywhere from 200 to 1000 emails a day.
This has caused my email to be ABSOLUTELY impossible to deal with and this $h*t is JAMMING up my mobile SO bad.This is REALLY making me ANGRY. I cant even look thru my mail as it jams up my macbookpro so bad everything freezes rendering my machine UTTERLY USELESS.
Has anyone else experienced this? HELP would be SOOOOO VERY appreciated.
I hope I can find any responses in my email, but if anyone DOES write back, you might wanna try my other em,ail.

You can't do this, and you can't transfer purchases between accounts. There is no conflict about using one ID for iTunes, iTunes in the Cloud and iTunes Match (the ID you've been using for iTunes) and using the other ID for iCloud.

I have an apple id and it has my current email attached to it. however when i go to update apps it's asking for the password for an old email. I no longer have the old email and can't use it. when I go to icloud on my ipad it asks for the password for old email. it doesn't allow me to change the old email to current. when i go to reset it i can't remember the password or security questions for the old email so it doesn't let me go any further. How do I fix this? Do i need to call apple support?

I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account. I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there. On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back. Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email. The device is currently useless.
The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?

If you attempt to create an Apple ID which is the same as your @icloud email address from the online facility, it does not allow you (can't use an Apple associated email address as your Apple ID). However - if you start a fresh device - such as a new iPhone, iPad (must be mobile it seems), and then create an iCloud account and Apple ID from the prompts when setting up the mobile device, it IS possible to have your Apple ID and @iCloud email address as the same. I know because I just did it!
Unfortunately for me, the result I got above is not for one of my own ID's but a friends, and I would VERY much like to do the same - my current Apple ID is a completely different email address from my iCloud account. Trying to get them the same in my situation is a major bother - I think that if I wipe a device (such as an iPhone5 that is mine) and try to setup as I did my friend's device, then I will get a conflict because the iCloud email I have ALREADY exists. This is my worry and I will not attempt this until I get the new iPad 4 soon to test this.
There is an inconsistency here between the two methods of creating Apple ID's and iCloud accounts.
Overall in my opinion, the Apple ID system as currently available from Apple is not designed very well, and should be addressed.

You will wait for the rest of your life. You need to fix it; no one else will. To turn off "Find my iPhone" and its associated Activation Lock you need the Apple ID and password that were used to turn it on. If you know the Apple ID you can contact Apple Account Security and have them reset the password (after you prove you are the rightful owner of that Apple ID). see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699.
If you don't know the Apple ID the phone is permanently unusable.

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!
It sounds like you may have created a new Apple ID and not edited the old one. Any applications that were downloaded from the old account will need the Apple ID and password from the account that downloaded them to update. You can either enter the password for that account or delete the applications and download them fresh from your new account to resolve this issue. If you remeber the password to that Apple ID then follow these steps
1 - Make sure you have an email address that is NOT an Apple ID
2 - Go to AppleID.Apple.com
3 - Where it reads Manage Apple ID - Sign in
Once you are signed in want to make sure the email address you are wanting to use is NOT set up as a "Recovery/Rescue" email for this account.
[To check this - Main page where you see Primary ID - below do you see the email address you want to use listed towards the bottom? Yes - Delete / No - Good ./. If made any adjustments "Save" Next on the left select "Password & Security" - Answer your security questions you set up "if you have any" then scroll towards the bottom and check to see if you see the email address you want to use. Yes - Delete / No - Good] <-> Also you can change your password on this page as well. Any adjustments made "Save"
Once this is done go back to the main page where you should read "Primary ID" and change the email address that is showing to the new email address youo want. "Save" Done

My iTunes appleID is an old defunct e-mail address - it does not have to be functional.
Do what Winston says to ensure you keep getting correspondence related to that ID.

OK...now I appear to 'progressed' I changed my email address back to original on Apple id and then was able to delete icloud account. Apparently I couldnt do it as it kept requesting password when I entered passsword ( both old and new one, it wouldnt accept it as it had my old email address in ) It didnt do that on ios6 . Anyway I deleted account, but now I tried to login in with my new id/password and it says unable as already in use!!! More help needed please! Its a nightmare!!
