Apple support doesn't return phone call

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to contact Apple support to ask them about an accidental iTunes purchase.  I give them my contact info and I get a reply that says they will call my phone in about 5 minutes, but I never receive the call.  About 10-15 minutes later, I get an email saying, "Thanks for contacting us.  If you need more help, you can contact us again."
Does anyone have a direct phone number to call for iTunes billing questions?

    I have phone HP technical support and been on the phone for 2 hours and the problem still isn't resolved. Sometimes I'm told by the tech that they will call me back at a specific day and time and they don't or the problem is refered to a senior tech who is suppose to call me back the next day.  I've been waiting 2 weeks for this phone call.     When I take a call on the iphone, iphone stops streaming the music to apple tv until I finished the call.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    As far as I know you can't, which sort of makes sense, it seems logical to pause whatever you are doing while you take a phone call, which after all is the primary function of a phone.

    The short solution is to go to Settings > FaceTime > iPhone Cellular Calls OFF.
    However, as Csound points out, you should not really be sharing an Apple ID with anyone. See: How to Stop Sharing an Apple ID.

    However, because I modified the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast and nothing changed, I redirected it to another feed and then I deleted this feed.
    Is there any way to change the feed in itunes? The only feed I have now is  http://feeds.feedburner.com/CasaEgyptStation
    I tried to restore the feed http://feeds.feedburner.com/imananddinasbroadcast but feedburner refused.
    I know that I missed things up but I still have hope in working things out.

  • ITunes recently decided my debit card's security code in invalid.  But nothing is wrong with the code or my card.  how do I fix this?  Apple support doesn't have a clue what they are doing and will not call me to fix this.

    My bank sent me a new Debit card because of some security issue.  It has the same number as my previous card but new experation and new security code. It worked fine for months then all of a sudden Itunes decided the security code is invalid.  Now I can't even update my phone. 
    For the last week I have been going back and forth over email with apple support to fix it, but they keep telling me the same fix that doesn't work and frankly they are the worst support group I have ever worked with.  I can't even get anyone to answer a phone, its just back and forth by email everyday.

  • Apple support mess up my phone!!!!!!!

    My phone was working perfect for 2 year, last month it start to search for signal while the signal was strong in the area, i took out the SIM card out and put it back, my phone continue to working fine, no problem at all, but after two days my phone started the same problem again, I follow the online support advices, it's not working, it left me with last option: restore to factory setting after back up, during the restoring no one touched or unplug the phone but on screen it showed error 1. Which the phone can not be restored, Changed the wire, it's not working still, even after changing the computer it's still not working! ps the phone was never damaged by water or any kind!!! book the appointment @ Apple store, they checked the phone confirmed there is no damage what so ever, but there is a hardware
    problem and because it's more than 1 year so they refuse to exchanged the phone( because the fault can not be repaired) and I need to pay £200 for a new iPhone 5!!! I don't mind to use the phone as a iPod or using wifi with it, but after the advice the phone now is a expensive paper weight.............

  • I'm running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and trying to install a purchased copy of Lion 10.7, to no avail. Apple Support doesn't seem to have a solution - help?

    I purchased Lion 10.7 on Christmas Day, I received my redemption code a week later. I've tried to download Lion to no avail. I've been in contact with Apple Support and they haven't been much help so far. My computer is currently running Snow Leopart 10.6.8 - however, I received Photoshop Elements for Christmas and I need at least 10.7 in order to run the program. Nothing is working. Before commenting - I CANNOT install Mavericks because it'll mess up the versions of Filemaker Pro and Quicken that I use regularly. I tried installing Mountain Lion, at the suggestion of Apple Support but I need to be running at least 10.8 in order to install that. What do I do? I don't want to have to be pushed into buying another computer when this one works just fine - but I'd like to be able to run Photoshop Elements. Apple has charged my credit card for the purchase of Lion and yet it won't install and I don't know what to do now.

    Quicken 2007 for Intel (Snow Leopard, Lion, Mt. Lion and Mavericks) for $15:

    I have done all of the steps included in the help articles (ie: updated iTunes, iPod updater, restarted my computer, changed usb ports, toggled hold switch, reset with menu-select, tried reset with menu-select then select play for a hard reset to disk mode, tried connecting iPod to a Mac). Nothing helps my problem. I have a 4th generation which is displaying a combination of the "plug iPod into AC adapter", "sad iPod", "fully discharged iPod", "Alert folder" and "Apple" logos. Neither "my computer" nor iTunes recognizes my iPod, and my iPod does not display a menu. Device manager doesn't recognize it and iPod updater will not even recognize my iPod.

    I plugged it into my wife's G4 iBook with USB 2.0, and it still showed the picture described above.
    Plug it into the iBook G4 with FireWire, or an unit such as the iPod Hi-Fi, or try this method, or take it to an Apple Store.

    Where - from what retailer - in what country did you purchase this iPhone?
    With which wireless provider in what country are you attempting to use it?
    Locked sims are a function of the wireless provider - contact them.

    You received sound advice there.
    I can't find any answers to any questions you posted that were misleading or incorrect.
    If this or other problems still exist for you, just post a new question.
    Responding to someone else's unanswered question with another question (as in this example) is a common mistake for this forum, and is not going to lead to a solution.

  • Receiving phone calls from apple support

    I have received a few calls from someone with broken English telling me that my computer is vulnerable due to cyber attacks.  They are not selling software or anything but is telling me to get on my computer to look at links on my computer to see how many attacks I've had and how to stop them. I have not entertained this because I do not know of Apple calling people about their computers.  Is this a third party contracted by apple trying to help or is this someone cyber Phishing?  Just wondering what these calls are about.  Has anyone else received similar calls?
