Apple Support Not Installing on Computer, Ive tried everything to my knowlegde, it keeps rolling back changes. Ive completely deleted itunes, bonjour, and even the folders in my C://Program (86x) folders in regular program folders. Even ran ccleaner
Any other methods? Like I said Ive tried all that i can. Even removed some windows updates, programs, and still not working. sometimes itunes wont install but thats got to do with my msi installer. Ive done the "run msiexec /unreg then msiexec /regserve" then close explorer.exe and reopen as administrative to install. Itunes would install but when I plug up phone nothing. Went to device manager it doesnt even show Unknown device but I still reinstalled Device manager with the system command. even tried to install older versions of itunes but for some reason I cant install versions lower than 10. Rebooted computer and device with fresh install and nothing. At one point it even showed "Trust Computer" but didnt do anything. I have an Iphone 4S that even stop working. So now I can't use that either. Any Idea whats going on ANY one?
Are you using a Windows machine? We are mostly Mac users here - there is a forum for Windows software on Macs, so you could try that forum or iTunes for Windows forum which might be your best bet:

ITunes 10.5.1 won't install. Keeps "rolling back" when nearly complete...
I've emptied the temp folder, deleted the old version of iTunes, downloaded the installer to install from my desktop. unplug phone from computer.
Update computer ( apple menu)
DO NOT UPDATE ITUNES
After each update go back to apple menu and check for updates.
Only when you have completely updated computer ( only itunes comes up for updating) do you update itunes.
Follow all instructions.
Then restart computer.
Plug in phone.
Message appears... do you want to update..... follow instructions.
It actually took me the better part of sunday afternoon, but worth it. -
i have been trying to download and intsall the latest version of i tunes, however i tunes will not install because quicktime is not up to date. I have downloaded the version of the proper quicktime update but it will not install. i need suggestions on how to fix this. this is my first mac its an old ibook g4, and i have limited computer knowledge.

A recent update download upset my entire itunes program. Unable to use to sync iphone, ipad, etc nor run any other updates. Get runtime error message, Error 7 (windows error 1114) etc...and contact app support team. Says itunes not installed correctly, pls reinstall. tried to no avail.
First try updating to iTunes 11.1.5.5, using an installer downloaded from the Apple website:

iPhone or iPod touch displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive
If you see the image below, charge the iPhone or iPod touch with USB power adapter for at least 15 minutes.

Flah player is not working and ive tried everything
Ok, so i have installed the latest flash player but its still not working on sites likes e4.com/skins, the videos there will not play. This is weird because ive watched videos on the site before.
Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling with the app adobe gives u to completely remove it but nothing is working. Ive checked that the flash player has installed properly by checking on the adobe website and everything is working fine. The add ons are all enabled and so on.
The video on the website loads with a black screen where the video should be but nothing happens.
This is getting very annoying, help would be nice.
I am on windows vista and im using internet explorer 8. The videos also dont work on safari or firefox even though i have got flash player for those browsers. Ive tried scanning my computer to see if i have any virusis but bit defender says im clean.In view and manage add ons these two were the only two there,

In firefox their was swf vs 10.0.32.18 and that was enabled.
I went to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash and this was what was in there Flash10d.ocx, flashplayer.xpt, FlashUtil10d, install (tetx document), NPSWF32.dll, NPSWF32_FlashUtil, uninstall_activeX, uninstall_plugin.
The java entries are java 6 update 6 and java 6 update 18 and the flash player 10 activex is listed.

Hi, Using IE find "View and manage your internet explorer add-ons">all add-ons. Look for Shockwave Flash Object...
ActiveX Control....Flash10d.ocx and ensure that it is enabled.
In FF, look for SWF vs 10.0.42.34 and ensure that it is enabled.
Go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash. Open the Flash folder and post back every entry that is listed there.
In Programs and Features post back the Java entries with version #'s and while you are there just note that Flash Player 10 ActiveX is listed.
If you have any questions or need info to obtain the Flash folder info, just post back.

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

The iphone works fine other wise i just really want it to go on wi fi. We just got new wi fi too and all of our other apple products go on the wi fi just fine. I dont know if its because its newer or what but my brothers 1st gen ipod goes on wi fi just fine.

I just bought a 3rg gen ipod touch on ebay last week, and when i tried to go to the settings to set up wifi, it wouldnt even let me push the wifi button. it was that faded lettering that read " wifi................ no wifi" i cant even push the button to set it up. it was restored to factory settings when i bought it. ive tried EVERYTHING i can think of. i tried restoring it twice, and ive tried just turning it off and back on. Any help is very much appreciated.
If a restore to factory settings did not resolve the issue, it's a likely indicator of a hardware fault, meaning you'll need to or want to set up an appointment at your local Apple Store/Genius Bar.
