Apple support website down?

After spending 2+ hours online with Apple support, they have told me I need to mail them my iPod. They sent me a link to the support website where I guess I fill out my info, they overnight me a box to send it in, etc.
I just went to the site, logged in and I get a string of PeopleCode errors! The site won't come up!! Now how do I get my box to send the iPod back in?
I thought dealing with Apple was supposed to be easy...

Went to Apple Support website & changed my Apple ID and password successfully but when I went to my iPhone 5c to close Find My iPhone I was asked to give the password of the OLD Apple ID, which no longer exists. I went back to Manage My Apple ID and tried to use the new ID. I was told it was recorded as my backup ID. How do I get the ID to go across all apps.--to sync?

You need to do the following to delete the iCloud account from your device:
1.     Go back to Manage your Apple ID and EDIT your Apple ID back to the old email address. This is temporary. Do NOT VERIFY it, do NOT change the password: Apple - My Apple ID
2.     Go to Settings>iCloud on your iPhone, and scroll to the bottom of the screen and Sign Out/Delete the iCloud account . Type in your current password when asked. Follow the prompts to complete the sign out/deletion.
Also, sign out the old Apple ID from Settings>iTunes & App Store, Settings>Messages, Settings>FaceTime
3.     Go back to Manage your Apple ID, sign on with the old Apple ID and current password, and EDIT the Apple ID back to your new Apple ID (you may have to verify it again).
4.     Go back to Settings>iCloud and sign on with the new Apple ID
Sign onto any other apps with the new ID as needed

Apple Support Website SLOW

Hey - off the reservation slighty - has anyone else noticed how SLOW everything is on this Apple Support website? Maybe its the time of day or whatever but it has taken 5 minutes to get to this point! Cant believe it. Even clicking on ASW link off Google takes forever to load!

I have a 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo running 10.5.7
Recently the macbook stopped charging the battery. I have multiple adapters, none of which charge the battery.
The macbook is just out of warranty when this happened. I called apple regarding it, was told this was one time call they'd allow without charging and was told to reset the pram/smc. Neither did anything. Battery would still not charge and when the adapter is plugged in it said (not charging). Apple rep said to purchase new battery over the phone and all would be be good. I ask specifically if there could be other damage internally - they denied that as a possibility.
Fastforward to purchasing new battery for macbook. Return home and battery has 30% charge out of the box. Plug in adapter = (not charging)
Can anybody offer any solution that may help my problem. I am really frustrated I have to go return a new battery and prbably pay the restocking fee for opening it because of the misdirection from apple support.

I followed iyacyas notion that maybe the dc connector was damaged, but rather than purchase a new one, i disassembled my macbook down to the dc connector and completely removed it. I did a quick air blow on all the parts and then reassembled... Now i got an orange/green light and charging battery!
Too bad about the restocking fee though but atleast there is some relief!

9.1 updater on Apple Support website are removed?

many older "irrelevant" files on Apple Support site like Mac OS 9.1/9.2.1/9.2.2 updater and iTunes 2.0 for OS9 are no longer available..
There are mirrors of the more common English updaters, however the updater of Chinese and Japanese system seemed to be lost forever.

I have now acquired the Mac OS 9 updates for Chinese Traditional and Chinese Simplified, if you're still interested. They are on Apple's web site, but you'll be hard pressed to find any working link for them there.

i cant contact the support for exchanging an refurbished iphone ( i have no warranty anymore ) - ive tried three different explorers now and always the same error that my request cant be handled at this time...

This is typically if you have a lot of (or high priced) in app purchases. Contacting the iTunes store, they can reactivate your account. I believe they temporarily deactivate the account in case someone is making purchases on the account as a protective measure. I'm sure you have seen the horror stories about "little Johnny" buying lives in Candy Crush to the tune of a thousand dollars?
Credit card companies do the same thing, like if your purchasing pattern changes, they may require you contact them before they will allow additional charges on your account. So, I think it is for your protection.

Time Capsule and AirPort Base Station (802.11n) Firmware 7.3.2 and the Apple support website link isn't working. Does anyone have it?

I have a Win7 Premium and a Time Capsule bought around 2009. I'm using airport utility 5.5.3 and the TC has the 7.6.1 firmware. I can both wirelessly and using the ethernet cabl connect to the network but not to the hard drive (I get the netbios error lthough netbios is enabled). I have pretty much tried ALL the solutions that have worked for many people... too many to mention... the only thing that many people have claimed worked for the (albeit the posts are a bit old) is to revert to the 7.3.2 firmware which I cannot find.
http://www.apple.com/support/?artnum=305301 brings me to the default support page for apple products, so no joy there. this is causing my hair to go prematurely gray.
I am willing to try almost any solution you guys may suggest, but in addition: does anyone know where the 7.3.2 firmware can be found?
I don't need a book corner as I read most books in e-format...

When I do the "firmware update" I have no options except:

as a former IT, I have exhausted all options I think except for rolling back the firmware.

which has the link for the 7.3.2 firmware takes me to the default support page.
On another note (for anyone who has run into this problem and recognizes the symptom), when I submit the password on the apple popup that says "network disc detected, enter password" the pop up pauses for a good minute (not responding) before the #53 error with the netbios comes on. I have also turned off the McAfee firewall and tested it... no joy.

One thing missing, however, is that for support incidents, I can't see see the attached files, since it's linking to http://goldstar.seebeyond.com/support/custom/Attachment/incident_files.asp?
Probably a bug, so I'm not sure I trust it this way.

Ipod displaying frowny face& apple support website

So my i-pod has been acting funky lately, freezing at random times, not charging, etc. It seems to be fine for a while, but now it just stopped playing and shows the frowning ipod face and exclamation mark. I'm sure theres a post about this problem, but I cant find it...can anyone tell me what this means/how to fix it?

Be aware that it's quite involved and contains some info that will almost certainly void the warranty. If your iPod is still within the warranty period, you should use that option first.
