Apple + Tab between programs not working properly
I've never had a problem with tabbing between programs until the past week. Specifically, it's tabbing from any program back to Firefox. I'm running OS X 10.4.11 on an iBook G4 and Firefox version 2.0.0.14. Basically, what is happening when I tab to Firefox is that Firefox becomes the active program (the program appears in the top bar) but the browser window doesn't show up. The only way I can get the window to show up is to open a new browser window followed by closing it (or by pressing F9 and selecting the window manually), then the original browser window becomes the active one. Has anyone ran into a similar problem? Or more importantly, does anyone have a solution?
I can confirm it IS NOT the remote. We have 4 ATV G2 here and all the remotes work fine for three of the boxes. One box, even after factory reset, will not allow any of the remotes to scroll/select up direction in menus. Again- multiple remotes that work fine for other ATV boxes will not work in the up direction on a single ATV. Definitely a problem after latest update on at least some of the hardware!

Dock not working; command-tab switch between programs not working
The Dock does not work. I have restarted (although the computer will not restart under "Restart", getting stuck at the last part, and needs to be restarted manually). When I change Dock preferences it reverts back to default settings. If I am lucky, the dock will appear and then disappear (poof) without having functioned.
The command tab function for switching between programs stopped working also.
The individual programs work, but I have to go to recent items to switch programs.
Further, I have two Previews open (with different documents in each) even though I have only one Preview program.
A whole lot of bizarre things that may be connected? I would appreciate any help.You could try removing the .plist file again, but this time, try also removing the com.apple.dock.db file. Then log out and log in again.

So, does the problem persist with another user account?
If it were my machine, the next thing I'd try is downloading the combo updater from Apple's website and reinstalling it. 10.5.6 is available [here|http://support.apple.com/downloads/MacOS_X_10-5-6_ComboUpdate]. -
Why is the built-in Apple dictionary in IOS7 not working properly?
I've updated the system of my iPhone 4s to IOS 7.0 and I noticed there is a big change in the built-in dictionary. I touched the" manage" button and downloaded several dictionaries, however, I came across an issue that the Apple dictionary is not working properly. The definitions are just not there. The Oxford dictionaries are fine, but I miss the buitl-in Apple dictionary like the one in IOS6. Does anyone have the same issue?
I had constantly wondered about the same problem and today I've finally figured it out.
I thought 'Apple dictionary' had to be the same simple, built-in one in previous iOS versions,
but it's actually dictionary for Apple-related terms only, I guess.
Kinda like Apple Encyclopedia?
Just try typing Mac and something and that 'Apple dictionary' will give you the definition of Mac, haha.
Wish I had thought of this earlier then I wouldn't have been this disappointed LOL -

Make sure that you're using the latest version of iOS.
Make sure that your fingers and the Home button are clean and dry.*
Cover the Home button completely. Don't tap too quickly, don't press down hard, and don't move your finger while Touch ID is scanning. Make sure that your finger touches the metal ring around the Home button.
If you're using a case or screen protector, make sure it doesn't cover the Home button or the surrounding ring. If it does, remove the case or screen protector and try again.
Tap Settings > Touch ID & Passcode and make sure that iPhone Unlock or iTunes & App Store is on. Also make sure that you've enrolled one or more fingerprints.
Try enrolling a different finger.

Tab key does not work properly in Assessment mode
I am predominatly using Adobe Captivate for software simulations and assessment purposes.
I've seen similar items posted on the forums and noted this appears to be a common problem with a solution, to edit the HTM file with the code so.addParam("seamlessTabbing", "false"); see post http://forums.adobe.com/message/5283597#5283597.
I tried this with a file that was published without the need for SCORM compliance and it worked fine. Once the requirement was introduced for SCORM compliance (and to publish as a Zip file), this does not work as the code is different in the HTM file.

Notice that the procedure for Seamless Tabbing in Cp6 with SCORM is different to that for normal non-LMS courses.
Implementing Seamless Tabbing in Cp6
All Captivate versions up to and including Cp6 had Seamless Tabbing active by default and set in the HTM template code. But you can still turn it off by manually inserting some code into the published HTM file as follows:
Navigate to your published Captivate content and open the HTM file in Notepad.
Locate the line of code in the HTM file that starts with:

Add the following code on the next line:
so.addParam("seamlessTabbing", "false");
Save changes to the file and test by running your project again in the browser. You should now be able to use the TAB key without leaving your published content.
Adding seamless tabbing to Cp6 SCORM support files
Seamless tabbing in Cp6 SCORM projects is a little more complex because the templates are quite different to those used for normal content. To control seamless tabbing in SCORM content you need to make the changes to the SCORM_utilities.js file in the Captivate install directory.
Depending on whether you’re on 32bit or 64bit, you should be able to find it at one of these locations:
32bit:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 6 (32 Bit)\Templates\Publish\SCORM\Default\js
64bit:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Captivate 6\Templates\Publish\SCORM\Default\js
Open the SCORM_utilities.js file in Notepad or another suitable plain text editor. Scroll down to the end of the code until you find the following lines:

If you are currently unable to save changes to these template files, my gut feeling would be that it must have something to do with your user permissions. E.g. you are not an Administrator for your own PC. Is that possible? -
TAB BUTTON randomly not working properly?
I haven't been messing with my preferences or anything...my tab button will not allow me to tab any thing. It just keeps skipping lines. What do I do?! (Iwork '08)

1. The reason might be you are Assigning the next navigation item as current item.
For Ex. Consider you are having two text items named item5 and item6. For item5 you should set next
navigation item as item6. you might assigned item5 instead of item6. In this case tab will not work.
(plz Check)
2. There is no need to set previous and next navigation item property for items. Because Form builder
automatically navigates through items in the order of they resides in the block.

the problem is
i can get all the details correctly except delivered amount and to be delivered amount
it works fine in both ( material purchase order and service purchase order )

why i am getting these incorrect values ??
only couple of POs generate these things.
i am getting these values from EKBE table and using proper filtration like movement type and etc...

for getting proper Po History you need to select PO's details from EKKO table and
Header details from CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_HEADERS based on the details got from this FM pass
to the FM CHANGEDOCUMENT_READ_POSITIONS and get proper details.
This is the logic used by the standard program also to get the PO History.

Why is my Acer "Ab Files" program not working properly when I download it to my Acer Aspire One?
Hello there, Im having an issue with trying to download Acers Ab files that works with the apps for Iphone. When I do download it and I click on it, my screen goes black for a second and then everything on my screen gets huge like its in SAFE MODE. I've tried to uninstall it and it keeps doing the same darn thing. I've checked for recent updates for windows and spy and malware and any corrupt files using a program that detects and fixes them. It comes up clean. This program used to work on my computer and now it doesn't. So far, I think its the only one that works convienently using wireless, unless theres another app that does the same. Anyone have this problem? Thanks....

I FIXED IT!! I can't believe it . I actually figured out how to make it work(well sort of). My Apple Software Updater now works (almost) perfectly and I just successfully downloaded and installed itunes 10.6.3.25 through it!!!
Ok , the way I see it, either the latest itunes update or the recent Windows Patch Tuesday on June 12th, 2012 must have inadvertently removed the Administrative Rights from the Apple Software Update Tool .lnk file.
So you must go to where the file resides on your hard drive - for me that was C:\Program Data\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs - Right click on the Apple software Tool icon and choose properties. Click on the compatibility tab. At the bottom of this tab click on "change settings for all users" and hit Yes at the UAC pop-up. Now make sure you place a check in the "Run this program as Administrator" under the Privilege level section at the bottom. Hit Apply and then OK. The hit Ok again to get off the properties pop-up.
When I went back and clicked on the Apple Software Update shortcut, I got a UAC pop-up asking me if I wanted to proceed(something I had always, in the past, gotten but haven't since this problem started). The Apple Software Update tool came up and to my suprise the progress bar STAYED and started to slowly fill up partially with the green progress bar. Viola, the itunes 10.6.3 update showed up on the top part of the screen as a new update needing to be installed - the bottom screen, as usual, had the changelog info for the 10.6.3 update. I clicked on install and , again, Viola. the update downloaded and installed flawlessly. I had to reboot my computer and when it restarted, itunes was working perfectly and it was correctly showing as itunes v10.6.3.25.
I say it is almost or sort of fixed because when you click on the Apple Software Update shortcut after the 10.6.3 install it goes back to doing the same thing it did before(i.e. processing for a second and then saying there are new updates but showing a blank field). Maybe this is the way the software now looks if there are no updates available to install - maybe Apple is working on this to eventually get it back to normal. All I know is the process I outlined above worked for me(at least to get the ASU to recognize and properly download and install itunes 10.6.3). It's certainly not perfect, but it worked. Please try this method and let me know what results you have with it. Good luck. -
Tabbing is not working properly / Flex Mobile 4.6

I've been working on a mobile app in Flex 4.6 and I've noticed that tabbing between fields is not working properly - maybe someone else has had the same experience and has a fix?
I have 4 TextInput fields, which now all have tabEnabled set to "true" and tabIndex set accordingly, however, I am unable to tab netween the fields.
More specifically, when I run the app with a destop run configuration, any time I hit the "TAB" button on the keyboard the first field is focused on. So, if the cursor is in field 3 & I hit TAB, the focus is now in field 1.
On the mobile device (Samsung Galaxy S), there is no tabbing at all, no matter which field I am in. The soft keyboard does detect the last field though, and the "Next" button on the keyboard will change to "Done".
I've tried putting the TextInput fields withing a SkinnableContainer (as mentioned here: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2418694#2418694), but no change.

</s:View>Thanks for the response. I am using spark TextInput components as you can see in the code above. I've used these conrtols in other apps in FB 4.5 and have had no problems so it seems like something may be different in 4.6, or it's a bug.

I have similar problem, my apple tv which has always worked properly with my Samsung tv will no longer play any audio after the latest 5.1 upgrade. Very frustrating as it was working perfectly before. I am starting to not trust apple upgrades until proven for example ios6 on iPhone with that stupid map app instead of google maps.
I just want to buy and hear my iTunes music and videos on my apple tv, could before cant now. Thank you apple. Time to pack up the apple tv and start torrenting without the ios-bs.

Try going to synching in the sources menu on your tv and selecting 'change itunes library', when it gives you the passcode check itunes to see if the tv is showing up as a new device, if so try entering the pass code. It may be that your tv is seeing itunes as a different library because of a recent upgrade. -
My APPLE ID is NOT working properly. I am frustrated beyond belief I have tried time and time again to change my apple ID and it keeps reverting back to my original ID!! I even set up a new email to try to submit a new id and it still does not work
To change your Apple ID, follow these steps:
Go to My Apple ID (appleid.apple.com), click "Manage your Apple ID", and sign in.
If you have two-step verification turned on, you'll be asked to send a verification code to the trusted device associated with your Apple ID. If you are unable to receive messages at your trusted device, follow the guidelines for what to do if you can't sign in with two-step verification.
In the "Apple ID and Primary Email Address section," click Edit.
Enter the email address you want to use, then click Save Changes. Apple will send a verification email to that address.
Open the email from Apple, then click Verify Now in the email.
When the My Apple ID page opens, sign in with your renamed Apple ID.
If you have two-step verification turned on, you'll be asked to send a verification code to the trusted device associated with your Apple ID.
After you see a message indicating that verification is complete, remember to update all of the stores and services that you use with your Apple ID.

I have an iMac 10.8.4 and an iPhone 5s. I recently downloaded 110 photos and 10 very short videos using Image Capture v.6.2. I plugged the phone into the iMac, all of the photos appeared in Image Capture, I selected all and sent them along to a fold
