Apple told me to basically suck one....?

So, long story short, I've been using Itunes for 5 years now. I set my security questions along time ago, and, over time, I've forgotten them. Just recentely I redeemed a 25 dollar code, and now, when I go to download something, it asks me my questions.
I've forgotten my answers.
I try and follow all these stupid steps online, but, apple never emails me.
So I call Apple Tech Support, which had me on hold for TWO HOURS, and they tell me, because I lost my old Ipod, and there's no Credit Card on file or Rescue Email, the only way I can reset my answers to my security questions and use my $25 is to answer the secruity questions I've -FORGOTTEN-.
Does anyone know of any other way to reset the questions?! Cuz' if there isn't, well, something needs to be changed. I never had a problem with apple before! I hate this.

Not sure what you are trying to do, but the iPhone stores no data on the SIM. Do a backup using iTunes on a computer before restoring the phone as new (factory settings).

Hi. Bought iwork family as a download rather than on DVD. Want to transfer to other macs in household. Apple told me to transfer to USB stick and then put on other macs. I'm an applications developer and also run a part-time videography business. As such, I require more than 3.12GB of RAM. That is the physical limitation of a 32bit system. Pointless to stay on 32bit if you plan on having more than that much RAM.
I'm also not about to pay someone to fix my PC when I can do it myself. I was originally hoping for someone who had experienced the problem before to point me in the right direction so I didn't have to spend so much time trying to figure out what the issue was for myself.
Basically, in the end the problem was caused because right at the point in time when I chose to uninstall, and reinstall; Apple released a new version of iTunes. This version in turn had a requirement of iOS 4.2 to sync with the iPhone. This is a pretty embarrassing for Apple that they would release software reliant on other software before said software was released.
Had I realised I was downloading a newer version at the initial point of installation, this wouldn't have been an issue. I could've easily have rolled back iTunes to the previous version and gotten on with my life.
Another issue is that iTunes is not actually a 64 bit application. It masquerades as one to allow installation on the 64 bit platform.

If you abandon one of the Apple IDs you will also basically be abandoning any content that you have acquired with that Apple ID. Content can only be updated and re-downloaded with the Apple ID that was used to buy it. Apple will not combine the content of Apple IDs and Apple will not transfer the content from one Apple ID to another Apple ID.

The battery life is abysmal, and I am reluctant to upgrade my ios system to ios8 because all I ever see are complaints about upgrades killing the battery. I am still on ios6. Requiring Match to be switched on, even though we have paid, to get ad free Radio can be costly. Why?
Because if you want to listen to Radio with cellular data (not much data required) you are also agreeing to Match over cellular which can suck data like you won't believe.

If you are unable to remember your password, security questions, don’t have access to your rescue address or are unable to reset your password for whatever reason, your only option is to contact Apple ID Support, upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan.
The operator will take you through some steps you may have already tried, however they need to be sure they have exhausted all usual approaches before trying to reset your account, so you should try to be helpful and show patience with the procedure.
The operator will need to verify they are speaking to the account holder and may ask you some questions that only the account holder could know, and you will need to answer them if the process is to proceed.
Once the operator has verified your identity they will send a message through to your device which contains an alpha numeric code, which you will need to read back to them.
Once this has been completed they will send an email to your iCloud email address after a period of 24 hours, so you should check that mail is enabled in your devices iCloud settings.
Upon receipt of the email, use the reset link provided to reset your password, after which you should be able to make the adjustments to iCloud that you wish to do.

I have loads and loads of free podcasts in iTunes in my iMac, that are certainly more thant the 5 gigas the iCloud provides for free, so I don't want those to go to the cloud. But this is perhaps a different question...

You need to create a user account for your wife (or yourself depending on who has the current user account). When syncing, each of you should sign in as a separate user, login to iTunes and then sync. I had this problem when my sister got an iPhone. When we did her initial sync, everything on my iPhone showed up on hers. Apple gave me this solution.

Sorry, but Apple IDs cannot be merged. You can, however, use more than one Apple ID/iTunes Store account on your computer and hence on your iPhone. If you've forgetten the password to your older ID, see:

once you get in, you can change the email address associated with that ID so that receipts and such are emailed to a current address.

Were you able to reset the account's password ? If not then how did you try to get it reset e.g. http://iforgot.apple.com (which would have sent it to the rescue email address if you have one on that account) ? You can also try contacting iTunes Support in your country to get it reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
And no, accounts can't be merged nor content transferred between accounts.
