Have you redeemed your iTunes card to an account associated with an Apple ID?
Once you have your iPad associated with an Apple ID AND you have an account with a credit card associated with the same Apple ID AND you have some 'store credit' (from redeeming your iTunes card) then purchases use the store credit before they charge the credit card, so you should be ok!
Personally, I use 'store credit' as a way to monitor whether or not there have been any 'unauthorised' purchases because as soon as the store credit is zero, the security code from the credit card is needed for further purchases! It does mean that I have sometimes to top up store credit before making a purchase, but 'better safe than sorry'!

Apple tends to hold their cards very close to their vest. They basically do not make announcements until they are sure they have everything in place. You have to remember that AT&T is the exclusive carrier for a number of years. So, if AT&T is there in the middle east it might be a possibility. However, I would not hold my breath.....

i heard that the face time will not work in some countries such as saudi arabia and united arab emirates
i want to know if my iphone which i bought from the UK will be blocked from using face time or not because i have bought it for using this feature

The phone does not block FaceTime. It should not matter where you purchased your iPhone. Internet providers and carriers block the common ports that VoIP uses. In reality Apple isn't blocking FaceTime some countries don't allow or regulate VoIP. It is unfair to only bring attention to the countries of the Middle East. There are other countries that also block VoIP.
I am not sure if Saudi Arabia blocks VoIP. I have read conflicting articles on the subject.

A couple of things to try:
PRAM reset by holding down cmd-opt-p-r on restart. Hold down the keys until you hear the second startup tone.
If you have a wireless keyboard, wait until you hear the startup tone, then press the keys.

Boot into Safe Mode by holding down Shift key on restart. Same timing applies to wireless keyboard.
Safe Mode takes a while to boot. It will show a progress bar. It will boot to the login screen. Log in, then restart normally.

Boot into Recovery HD by holding down cmd-r. Same note for wireless keyboard. Once booted, run Disk Utility and repair Macintosh HD (or whatever you have renamed it).

Yes, you can use it in Sweden on roaming, or anywhere else in the world. It will cost a fair bit though, as carriers charge high prices for using mobile phones abroad. In fact, a substantial amount of their annual profits come from charging roaming customers (a few years ago I seem to recall some operators making a quarter of their annual profits from this relatively small segment of the market).
But you can't swap the SIM for a Swedish one and use a domestic carrier directly.

Peter and Steve have already given you somewhere between 90% and 100% of the answers you'd need to get this to work.
If I open a document with Arabian Text (for example) I see this text
That makes it look like you are missing a font. If you have InDesign documents that already have correctly-typeset Arabic (not "Arabian") text using contemporary fonts and RTL text direction, then all you have going on here is a dropped font. When you open the document up, do you get a missing-fonts warning? If so, that's what you need to fix! If not, then you need to be using the same version of the font that was used in the document originally. In fact, if I had to take a guess, I would guess that someone typeset an Arabic document in one of those fonts on a Windows machine in Arial, and your Mac has an old version of Arial that has no Arabic glyphs. Or something along those lines. But it's just a guess - without more information from you, all we can do here is guess and make general reccomendations.
Speaking of which:
I'd strongly recommend viewing Diane's videos on Lynda. com. It will answer all your questions. It's a pretty complex area if you haven't done it before:
Steve's recco here is a very good one. That is the best intro to this kind of work that I have ever seen.
. I would think that a file that was saved from an Arabic enabled version would already have the Composer, and Right -to-left options, activated, but it's outside my workflow.
Peter's observation here is correct, most of the time. Some Arabic files were produced by 20th-century means (mirror-reversed fonts, custom-encoding hacks, special fonts that only really work with ArabicXT on Quark, and so on) and require significant reconstruction if you want to use them in CS6.
So if their suggestions don't get you 100% of the way to a working document, try posting some more details (like names of fonts, histories of files, more-revealing screenshots of the whole ID window in View-> Screen Mode -> Normal with text tool active, and so on) and I'm sure we can figure it out.

ToMeR did you purchase the middle eastern version from Adobe directly? If so then please see Find a download link on Adobe.com for information on how to download your purchased software. If you purchased the software from a reseller then I would recommend contacting them for installation files.

Not sure why you had to repeat the same statemnt 5 times, but some middle eastern countries do not permit Facetime so carriers block it..
