Apple Tv keep saying widescreen I rented and brought the movies I don't get widescreen I have to open up the screen with another remote there was only one movie that was widescreen? Can you fix this? Do you have any advice?
Virtually all iTunes movies are widescreen, so it is difficult to understand what you are referring to, could you explain a little better please.

I FINALLY GOT IT! after months of relentless synching/autofilling problems on my 4th generation i figured out the solution.
this is what i did: plugged in ipod on off mode~>manually deleting my ipod's songs~>restored factory settings~>unchecked automatic synch~>made a new playlist with exactly the songs & order i wanted for my ipod (just dragged old playlists into the new one)~>then autofilled that new playlist into my ipod. came out like a charm! (before u autofill UNCHECK random add songs)
my ipod always ended up autofilling/synching my customized playlists wrong or it would automatically do my music library (and that was way unorganized), so this worked. -

I am new with iMac and I am trying to copy some file from my external HDD that a used with my PC but it does not let me also I can't delete anything from this HDD using the finder. Can somebody help me , please?
No, unfortunately, when you format a drive, it will erase all the contents. So you will need to find a temporary "storage" place to put the stuff using a PC so you have access to it. Then reformat using Disk Utility (Applications > Utilities). If only using with mac, format Mac OS Extended (Journaled) and use GUID Partition scheme under Partitions/Options. After formatting, you can drag the files back.

Try to Reset it (hold down the home and sleep buttons, ignore the red off slider, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons).
If that does not work try Restoring it in iTunes.
Still no go? You will need to get it serviced. -

Ilife 11, iPhoto uploads in the wrong place, can anybody help?

I have just installed iLife 11, I have been using iPhoto for years and love it BUT now, have taken some photos and uploaded them, so far so good. When I came to look at them they were NOT where they should be, the Project was way up in the first year I had started using iPhoto. I checked dates on the upload, and they are correct, so why are they not at the bottom of the page.
Can anyone help me please?

I use Numbers on my imac. Now it tells me I need an update. It no longer allows me to even see past projects. Numbers 3.1 was installed on my computer on 1/25/14. Can anyone help?
A CAUTION
The article linked in YeOldMacFan's post gives the basic information. I would place some emphasis on these statements from the last two paragraphs:
"If you have no further need for the older version of the iWork application or the iWork suite on your Mac, you may delete the the application or the iWork suite by dragging the application or the iWork folder to the trash."
"[Keeping both versions] allows you to maintain consistent versions when collaborating with other people who may not have the latest iWork suite."
Collaboration with other people is not the only reason for keeping both new and old versions of Numbers (or Pages of Keynote) available.
The current versions were developed with the goal of improving compatibility between iOS, OS X and iCloud transferability of files, and many features supported in the '09 versions of these applications are NOT supported (yet) in the new versions. If you need these features for your work, then you still have a need for the older versions.
Any file opened, then saved from the new versions cn no longer be opened in the older version. Unsupported features may be removed on importing he file into the new version. The file may be exported from the new version as a Numbers '09 file, which may then be opened in Numbers '09, but unsupported features removed in the import to Numbers 3 will not be restored in the export.
Use your own judgement as to whether to keep of delete Numbers '09. My choice would be to keep it.
My personal choice has been to delay installing the new versions of Numbers Pages and Keynote until support for more of the 'missing' features has been restored.

You need to contact the original carrier of the iPhone you have. The carrier can help you get the unlock approved. Once approved by the carrier, you just Restore the iPhone with iTunes on computer.
