Apple TV loosing Audio during Video play avery 30 minutes
My Apple TV looses audio about every 30 minutes only during movies. solution for me, stop play, go back, restart movie where I left off and it works again for 30 minutes. I have the latest software. Thanks for any suggestions that could solve this problem.

Thank you very much!Quicktime or Quicktime Pro (which iTunes uses) don't convert "muxed" ( muxed means multiplexed where the audio and video are stored on the same track) video files properly. It only plays the video and not the audio.

You need a 3rd party converter to convert the file with both audio and video.

Why does my Flash Player keep freezing during video play back?
I have the very lastest version for Windows 7 64bit OS and it keeps freezing during video play back. The previous versions did not do this. I have to keep the cursor moving inside the video window to prevent the player freezing. I have deslected HARDWARE ACCELERATION and it does not help. Why is this happening and how do I correct this situation?
Right click ANY Flash content and choose "Setings".
Click the folder icon (center tab) and increase the storage to at least 10Mb. -

I grasp that after changing the drive to a SSD and installing Windows 8.1 Pro you lost your audio. Drivers are showing as installed and working properly but you have not audio.
When I checked the driver page for your notebook I noticed that Windows 8.1 is not a supported Operating System. With this being said HP does not provide the drivers as it is an untested OS on your system. OEM's may and sometimes do alter drivers to perform correctly with your system.

I just updated my Apple TV to release 5.2, which is supposed to give Apple TV the ability to "Send stereo audio from movies, TV shows, and other videos on Apple TV to AirPlay-enabled speakers and devices (including AirPort Express and other Apple TVs)." Problem is, this does not seem to be the case.
I have two AirPlay enabled devices:
1) Bose SoundLink Air
2) AirPort Express
In the Apple TV menu, I selected Settings, AirPlay, Bose SoundLink Air. I then played a video; the audio from the video played from my projector's speakers - not from the Bose speaker. I then went back to Apple TV's Settings/AirPlay and selected "Airport Express" (which connected via an aux cable to a speaker)...audio continued to play over my projector's speaker. I can, by the way, play audio on both the Bose and the speaker connected to the Airport Express if I select either of them from the AirPlay menu.
Am I doing something wrong, or is the 5.2 update not working as described?No. But, are your speakers only connected to the AE or are they also connected to an amplifier?
You would need to use a Toslink cable to go from the Apple TV to the speakers/amp.

Audio and video played inside of apps will no longer work.
I use several apps to listen to audio and within the last few days I tried listening to NPR but when I hit "play" it would just buffer and never play. I then attempted to download some podcasts via iTunes as an alternative and kept getting an error "unable to Download Podcast." I was not on the latest version (5.1.1)of iOS (was on version 5.1) and several apps needed updated so I updated everything. Since then my videos within CNN, NBC, etc stopped working and the audio/podcast download issue remained. Oddly, I can watch videos via the YouTube app or via blogs on a browser but videos or audio within apps(CNN, NPR, NBC, etc) do not play. Sometimes I just get a blank screen and sometimes the audio will actually play but no video depending on the app I'm using.
I have no problem surfing the internet or playing videos via YouTube app so it isn't a connection issue. Here are the steps I've taken thus far to resolve the issue but with no luck:
First issue: Audio not working - just buffer. Also, couldn't download podcasts
1. Restart
2. Reset (On/Off + home)
3. Update to latest version iOS (now on 5.1.1)
4. Update all apps
New issue: Video now doesn't work within apps. Audio and podcast download still not working.
5. Reset (On/Off +Home - again)
6. Reset All Settings
7. Restore from Backup
8. Reset (On/Off +Home - getting desperate)
9. Deleted CNN app from iPad and iTunes, ran sync and reinstalled. Still no luck but now actually get a message when trying to play video "Unable to play video" (very helpful)
I'm at a loss. any ideas would be much appreciated.

Problems with audio during video after itunes update
Recently updated to the new itunes and now there is no audio only during video playback. Tv shows and movies that previously played fine other than synchronization issues now have no audio. Help!

If you installed "dreamrecorder" on only one of your Mac laptops, you can use the other Mac to test your iSight to ensure it is functional. Try the suggestions in the " iSight: How to Troubleshoot" link there, too. Once you know that your External iSight is working correctly, you can concentrate on repairing the problem apparently caused by your "dreamrecorder" installation.
Third party applications can sometimes cause conflicts with iSight, especially if they are not installed or uninstalled properly.
Some applications provide "uninstallers" or specific instructions for all steps required to do a proper uninstall. If your "deinstalling" was accomplished by simply dragging such an application to the trash, some changes made when you installed the software may remain and be the cause of your problem. Check the Help or readme documentation for the "dreamrecorder" to be sure you uninstall correctly. Follow those instructions exactly.
You may need to reinstall the software to find the Help or readme info. If you do not want to reinstall to find the Help or readme files, or if they do not give you the help you need, you should be able to get the answers from the software developer's website. The developer may have FAQs, online documentation, or a support forum dedicated to his specific software. Many developers also offer technical support contact information to give you technical assistance by phone or email.
If none of those help you, the best suggestion I can offer for your "dreamrecorder" questions is a Google Search.

Sound stop playing during video playing on ipad 1 with ios 5.1.1
after updating my ipad 1 to ios 5.11 the sound on my ipad sometimes stops suddenly. it happens during video playback, music listening or just text typing on keyboard.
i ve tried all the advices seen on communities and no one worked for me (restore the system, change the lock screen button configuration, clean the headphone input, test with apple headphones...)
please help me to find a solution and thank you for your help.
another information : when sound stop playing, sometimes when i lock the ipad, a strange noise comes from the speakers like a larsen.Try this - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.) No data/files will be erased.

No audio when video plays on iPOd
I had the 60GB iPod and I used to put videos on it. It was fine. Then I got the 80GB and reformatted my computer. Now the videos playing do not have audio. When I click on the 'properties' tab the format of the video is unknown. OK, i am aware that not all formats are supported, but c'mon I have like 10 videos and I'm sure they would work fine. So what am I doing, if anything, wrong? Thanks.

No audio during video recording
Recently I realize when I record videos with my iphone4, there's no audio when I play the videos I recorded.. Only a buzzing static noise but no audio was recorded.. Anybody else had the same issue?

Help - no audio during video chat
During video chats with another mac user, we both have video and can see each other, but neither of us has any audio. When we do just an audio chat, we can both hear each other without a problem.
This happens on my MBP with 10.6 and iChat 5.0.1 and on my PBG4 with 10.5 and iChat 4.0.8. The other computer is an iMac with 10.4 and iChat 3.1.9.

So this is Linksys Modem that can Route with a Airport in Bridge Mode ?

IS it using UPnP (in the Administration tab) ?
If it is then Port Forwarding, Port Triggering and DMZ should be Off in Gaming and Applications.
In Security tab (if it has one) the Firewall should be disabled (If it has a setting) as this interferes with iChat.
The Bit about "Responding to Anonymous Requests (pings) should also be set to Allow them (ichat Sends a Ping).
I have had a Netgear DG634G and currently a Sagem 2504 Fast Modem that both Report "Port Restricted". It is not a deal breaker.
More interesting is that you see no incoming Audio.
Get the Buddy to check his System Preferences > Sound > Input tab has the volume high enough and the device here and in iChat > Preferences > Video Section match in the Microphone drop down.
He/she should also check the Video Menu and that Microphone Enabled is ticked.
If those things are in place then try the Bandwidth in iChat at 500kbps
(Try it at both ends, then use the Connection Doctor > Statistics to change one end at a time to higher settings - wait for the Bit rate to settle).
The Bit rates you are seeing look OK (As does the other info)
The Bit rates at the Buddies end should have got a Message from iChat that the Connection is too low (Below 50kbps) for a Video chat.
Are you sure these are from the same Conversation ?
If the Buddy is on Leopard or Below they should go to System Preferences > Quicktime > Streaming and change the setting to 1.5Mbps to get iChat to "see" as much as is practical of the internet speed.
It is almost as if they and doing a Download at the same time (Or another computer is taking all the Bandwidth)
What Internet Upload and Download Speeds are they paying for ?
What are they actually getting ?
Click the yellow star And the Start Test box.
If you are connecting in Video chat with th VPN active I don't think this is an issue (unless it is using up lots of Bandwidth - you results suggest not).
The issue seems to be at the odd results your Buddy is getting.

The audio for one of my movies is not working. The video plays just fine, in fact the start up menu for it even plays sound, but the actual movie will not. All other sounds, including music and other movies work. This is a brand new purchase. I read on itunes help that sometimes updating the computers drivers can help. I did this and I am still having the same problems. Any help?

8.1 Pro install now have no audio and video play
I have an older G60-443cl and changed out the HDD for a SDD. Installed a new version of Windows 8.1 Pro. Everything works but my audio and video. The audio drivers are installed and working properly (according to my system) but even on the speaker icon where you adjust the volume there is no sound not even the little beep when you change the volume. I went to my adminastrative tools and checked and the following is what i guess i should have:
Open windows Control Panel, open Administrative Tools and open Services. Check that the following services are all showing as Status= Started and Startup Type= Automatic
Audio Service
Multimedia Class Scheduler
Windows Audio
Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
