Apple TV not allowing me to Sync

I am in iTunes and am tring to select SYNC for my Apple TV, but there is not an option any longer. I use to be able to select synch, now it just asks if I want to turn off streaming.
I cannot see any of the Apple TV libaray on my iTunes library on my PC. Any one know what I can do to correct?
Also, I recenlty had a new hard drive installed, but the rest of iTunes does not seem to be affected.

We don’t use apple TV much (I need close captioning due to hearing loss) but we tried to play a TV show I had on my laptop and found that apple TV didn’t have anything synced over, like it usually did. I believe when we upgraded to the latest apple TV software version that somehow it changed my library over from a primary to a shared. Not sure how that happened, but I used the information in the link above to re-establish it as a primary device and now it’s syncing. Gonna take all day, but at least I've got the answer.

Flash is not available for the iPad. If Bridge Base Online requires Flash, there's nothing you can do on the iPad, unless Bridge Base Online has an app in the iTunes App Store.

I have not been able to synch Ical and Iphoto with my IPad. I've been to the Genius bar 5 times and on the phone twice to try to resolve this problem.

This is a separate issue than what you stated in the subject. Syncing recent iPhones and iPads that have iOS5 on them require iTunes 10.5, which also requires OSX 10.5.8 on your Mac. Your profile says you have 10.5.2. If that is correct, you need to update to 10.5.8, then update iTunes to 10.5, if you haven't already done so.

Somehow my itunes started a new library and I lost my old library. Itunes will not allow me to sync new music to my ipod without deleting stored music from ipod. How can I start using this new library and sync the new music without losing existing music.

Itunes wants to delete all my Ipod music before sync any new music. How do I work around this. I think this happened during Itunes Upates.

Empty/corrupt library after upgrade/crash
Hopefully it's not been too long since you last upgraded iTunes, in fact if you get an empty/incomplete library immediately after upgrading then with the following steps you shouldn't lose a thing or need to do any further housekeeping. In the Previous iTunes Libraries folder should be a number of dated iTunes Library files. Take the most recent of these and copy it into the iTunes folder. Rename iTunes Library.itl as iTunes Library (Corrupt).itl and then rename the restored file as iTunes Library.itl. Start iTunes. Should all be good, bar any recent additions to or deletions from your library.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to catch up with any changes since the backup file was created.
When you get it all working make a backup!
Should you be in the unfortunate position where you are no longer able to access your original library, or a backup of it, then see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device.

So I had all these blu ray movies that come with digital copies I downloaded them to my iTunes and it is not allowing me to sync the movies with my ipad2

Have a similar issue. Have iphone 4 running ios7. itunes 11.1.3.8. Probably is intermittent (once every 2 weeks?) and persistent. Syncs fine for days. Then all at once playlists are not updated. For example; over the holidays I added some holiday songs to a playlist. Today I removed the holiday songs from the playlist in itunes. Sync the phone. All messages indicate sync is successful. Songs still in playlist on the phone! Continues to happen over multiple syncs. In the past I have had some songs update but not all songs. This cycle of attempting syncing continues until other songs on the iphone 'disappear' (they are listed in playlists but don't play!). Don't know the cause but it is very annoying and unpredictable. Eventually taking all music off the iphone and then adding it back works but even this take multiple iterations. These issues seem to have started after upgrading to ios7. I have workarounds that are very timeconsuming. I'm interested in solutions to the root cause. Can anyone help?

Adobe does not make a flash player for ipod/ipad/iphone and likely never will.
You can do a forum search and find coutless posts on this.

New ITUNES Does not allow me to sync and wiped out song on my ipod video

I was prompted to update my ITUNES software (7.02 I believe). Once I did this, it told me that I needed to update my Quick Time Software, which I also did.
I did as I was told and took my IPOD Video out on my walk. It deleted every song on my out except for two. When I attempeted to re synch the IPOD it will not allow me to do it.
The playlists on the IPOD appear to be locked.

Devices line in iPhoto does not allow you to sync but it does in iTunes

When I to into Itunes my Ipod shows up and you click on the Devices and you can choose to sync what you want.
However in iPhoto the devices line shows up but the Mac does not allow you to choose to sync i.e. the photos.
Also the sceen it jumps into seems to only deal with importing photos---this is different that before.
Can anyone help with this?

1st gen apple tv not showing all movies synced from iTunes.

I have 30 movies in iTunes library that I synced to my 1st gen Apple TV. I have viewed several of these movies in the past on the Apple TV but some are not coming up in the listings anymore. I go back to iTunes and still see that they are still stored/synced to the Apple TV. Why can't I see them listed anymore? (Can't see them under 'Watched' or 'Unwatched')

HT201412 My screen is not display and when i try to sync with my iTunes with will not allow me to sync becuase this would be my first time syncing to itunes.

Try this before trying to sync. Press and hold both the home and power buttons 10-15 seconds till the Apple logo appears. Release both buttons. Wait 15-20 seconds till your iPad starts on it's own.

Our I tunes is not allowing us to sync and update our music on any ipod. We can see our songs in music library but as soon as we plug ipod in to sync all songs have an "!" is next to them and it erased our ipods. How do you fix this?

We can see our music in the library of our I~tunes account but we can not click on a song to listen to it. As soon as we do an "!" comes up beside it. And we tryed to sync our ipods... as soon as we plugged them in they are recognized but they erased our ipods and an "!" was put beside each song. We can sign out and leave itunes and when we get back on our account our songs are there with NO "!".(until we plug an ipod in again) WHAT IS GOING ON!!!???

When I use find file http://www.macupdate.com/app/mac/30073/find-file (which does tend to find files that "Finder" can't), it's not coming up with any other itunes library files that have been modified in the past week, which I know it would have been - unfortunately, I don't have a very recent backup of the hard drive. It would be a few months old so it wouldn't have the complete library on it....any ideas? Hello! I was looking for help and ended up here.
When attempting to sync music to my iPod Touch through iTunes, iTunes tells me that I need to wipe the music entirely from my device before I can do this. I am attempting this on a new computer, and this is not the first computer I have synced to. If at all possible, I would like to avoid continuing to sync my iPod to the old computer (it takes a minimum of 15 minutes just to boot, then another 10 to pull up iTunes and get the sync going). Is there any possible way to sync to my new computer?
Specs:
Old Computer - Dell Inspiron, Windows XP
New Computer - ASUS Transformer Book T100, Windows 8.1
iPod Touch - Apple iPod Touch 5th Generation, iOS 7.1
iTunes has been updated and the new computer is authorized to my iTunes account. I am not attempting to switch iTunes accounts in any way, and all 3 devices are attached to the same account.
