Apple TV resetting
Since updating to 4.4.3 my Apple TV will reset itself and jump back to the main menu at least 2 or 3 times while streaming a movie from iTunes. Had it just over a year and never had a problem till now. It doesn't have any problems while streaming from Netflix, YouTube, etc, except if I try to watch Netflix right after it has reset itself while watching something from iTunes. Then Netflix tells me that "This content requires HDCP for playback. The only way to fix that is to unplug the Apple TV and plug it back in. This is getting very frustrating, espcially after it has worked flawlessly for a year.
If it's only a month old get Apple to repair/replace it - even if the icon disappearing is down to network settings or some spurious software issue, teh fact you can't do a factory restore suggests something's not right.
Have you installed any 3rd party 'modifications'?

A restore will always install the latest available software.

You will need to restore your device as New to remove a Restrictions passcode. Go through the normal process to restore your device, but when you see the options to restore as New or from a backup, be sure to choose New.
You can restore from a backup if you have one from BEFORE you set the restrictions passcode.

When sending a text, I was able to see when the text was delivered and when it was read, then an Apple Genius reset my phone and now I cannot see when the text was delivered or read.

I do a hard reset of my iPhone every so often because I feel it improves performance, but Apple states 'Reset ONLY if the device is not responding'. Forget about my OCD on this, but is their any reason my Apple stresses the ONLY DO THIS if not responding?

Thanks deggie, I think I get it now. Volatile memory (I had to look it up!) is memory that is lost on loss of power, so it's as you say... I'm not achieving anything on a normally functioning iPhone as on-off achieves the same result!... Thanks -

We are fellow users, we won't know why. You've checked the spam folder as well as the inbox on your email account, and if you have a rescue email address on your account then you've checked that email account as well ? If you still can't find it then try requesting the reset email again
If re-requesting it doesn't get it either then try contacting Support in your country, they should be able to reset it for you.

If your problem persists get yourself a micro USB cable (sold separately), you can restore your Apple TV from iTunes:
Remove ALL cables from Apple TV. (if you don't you will not see Apple TV in the iTunes Source List
Connect the micro USB cable to the Apple TV and to your computer.
Reconnect the power cable (only for Apple TV 3)
Open iTunes.
Select your Apple TV in the Devices list, and then click Restore.
(You may already have a micro USB cable if you have a camera or other digital device) -

You changed your AppleID primary email address from the AppleID Management web page? If that is what you did, you could just delete the iCloud account on your iPhone, and add it back, using the new email address and that should set it up again with the right name. As long as you changed it via the manage AppleID web interface, then the "account" is still the same, just the name (email address = AppleID) is different.
If you created another, new AppleID with the new email address however, then you will not be able to use the same name as before with your @me.com address (since you would now effectively have two active AppleIDs and the original @me.com address would be considered an active, in use one, tied to the account created with the olde AppleID).
