Apple warranty denied to fix my mac.

I'm using my Macbook air for 1 year only, in September 2013 there appeared lines on the right side of the screen, the lines are vertical and take about 1/5 of the whole screen.Sometimes closing the laptop helped them to disappear, so I though it happened because I was using th laptop almost all day long. But after one month the lines start to appear more often and by October 2013 nothing helped. I decided to contact Apple certified support center in Novosibirsk, Russia. The staff just looked at my laptop, took some photos and said they would contact me after getting reply from Apple.
There is a small damage on the laptop, as it fell out of my bag on April 2013. But the damage is completely on the opposite site of the laptop !!!And Apple denied the warranty! why? Ofcourse the laptop was in use for 1 year! it is impossible it would stay comletely the in the same new shape! I would understand if the damage was on the same side, obviously this looks just like a hint not to change the screen ! I am comletely disatisfied with apple service.

A computer that has fallen and has damage to the case is immediately suspect. The fact that you continued to use the computer with the video defect rather than immediately have it looked at means that your own conduct and decision left you vulnerable. You cannot prove that the defect preceded the faill and Apple obviously has every reason to believe the fall is the cause of the fault.
You can attempt to move up the ladder to Customer Support - not technical support - and plead your case but frankly I think you are going to be out of luck. Learn from this lesson. When something goes wrong with an expensive piece of equipment get it looked at immediately. Don't wait.
To put it in perspective, if your new car's air conditioner stopped working in June and you ignored it and then were in a wreck in December - do you expect the manufacturer would repair the air conditioner under warranty after the wreck?

If you are dealing directly with Apple in the US, you can ask for a Depot Repair. It may require the approval of the Store Manager, so be sure to be nice to everyone you deal with.
This takes about a week, subject to parts availability, and your MacBook is shipped to a regional Depot where it is returned to "operates as new" condition (based on a list of defects you provide) except for existing scuff marks on the case. The service is provided at a lower flat rate -- about half the cost of an in-store motherboard replacement. Anything on your "laundry list" will be looked at and addressed.
I submitted one MacBook for this treatment for a screen problem, and I complained that the top case was also cracked. They replaced the entire top case and the keyboard in it, all included.
If your MacBook has unauthorized modifications, such as an SSD in the DVD bay, these must be removed before submitting your machine for this service. Otherwise, your machine will be returned to you un-repaired. Aftermarket drives and memories installed in the expected spaces are acceptable.
Other than the time required, I do not know what or why some repairs might qualify for Depot Repair. If anyone reading knows, please speak up!

It mostly depends on the damage that was done (the LCD, keyboard, etc) but yours does not turn on so I am assuming it was fully submerged and completely damaged. Therefore, I would think your warranty is most definitely void.
When did this happen? How bad was it? Have you taken any measures to get it to dry? You can go online and you can find tips on how to dry it at least a bit so that it is not as bad, it might not get it to work, but it can help you prevent rusting, which would cause further damage thus reducing the probability of getting repaired/replaced. Also, do not try to turn it on unless you have tried to dry it as it will damage it even more (electricity + water = destruction). I would suggest giving this a try, and if it is still not working then it is probably worth a try with Apple, just go in for a consultation in terms of pricing. If they seem too high and/or the warranty is void, then you can opt for after-market products which significantly reduce the repair costs... as you would have nothing to lose anyway in terms of warranty.
It's $3,000, that pays my rent. Even investing $1,000 would be better than just not giving it a try at all lol.

Assuming there is no hardware problem try reinstalling Yosemite. If this does not work then take it back to the Apple Store.

Powerbook G4 out of Warranty - Cost to fix?

I have a 1Ghz G4 powerbook with the horizontal fritz issue. It is out of warranty. I read the other "long" post on the fritz issue, but could not determine if Apple still offers the fixed price repair of this issue? I saw that it was $350, but could not tell if that is still offerred. Can anyone confirm or deny the availability of this service?

There are 387 posts in the thread you refer to, not 5000. Since that thread was finally locked last fall, there have been no new posts here about the multiple different symptoms and underlying problems that all got mixed up in it, or about how Apple dealt with any of them. You can wait for people who contributed to that thread to tell you what the outcome was for them. But like it or not, only Apple is going to decide what it's willing to do about your problem.

Iphone button stopped working, apple store could not fix it for me!

I am a pure apple user since 2007. I have owned ipods, ipads,iphones and macbooks. I have always been satisfied by apple's quality products. If any problem occured in the past it was easily fixed by either getting a replacement product or fixing the minor issues but this time visit to Apples Genius bar in China, Beijing disapointed me and loosened my trust on Apple products for future. I own and iphone 5 US factory unlocked version. I have been using it for 4 months and since the beginning the power button has caused me problems. Eventually its stopped working so as always I took it to the apple store Sanlitun in beijing to get it fixed. At first they denied to take for repiars excusing it to be a US model which could not be fixed due to difference in Logic board. I requested them to have a look at the button if it could be fixed without changing the logic board. I also requested them to replace it if it could not be fixed. They mentioned that US model cannot be replaced because of difference in Bands. I also mentioned that waiting for a little longer was also possible if they could send it for me to a place it could be fixed but they simply refused. After keeping it for 2 days there was no solution. It seemed they did not even attempt to open and have a look as my files and protective films were all intact. If anyone has faced a similar issue kindly let me know what to do next?
If this time its not fixed i ll be very disapointed by apples international warrnaty which no longer has a meaning of covering it worldwide.
Hope Apple satisfies me by finding a solution.

Has anybody heard if Apple is going to fix the Logic Board on the early 2011 Macbook Pros for Free? Of course my Apple Care warranty expired months ago, and this just happened. I've been looking online for solutions. But am wondering if anybody has heard if Apple is going to take care of this, or what others are doing to get Apple to repair this problem without having to pay $1,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it is still under warranty you can call the 800 number to apple and enter the serial number and it will tell you if it is under warranty or not if not its like $30 basically for them to help or something like that it said today when i called...
Or take it to a genius bar if you have one near?

Please describe the problem in as much relevant detail as possible. The "etrecheck" fad hasn't made that step any less necessary. The usual results of posting etrecheck output on this site without a full description of the problem are very poor.
The many "failed" warnings that etrecheck sometimes spews mean nothing. Those warnings are not a reason to reinstall the OS, or to do anything else at all. They should be ignored.
The better your description of the problem, the better the chance of a solution.
For example, if the computer is slow, which specific actions are slow? Is it slow all the time, or only sometimes? What changes did you make, if any, just before it became slow? Have you seen any alerts or error messages? Have you done anything to try to fix it? Most importantly, do you have a current backup of all data? If the answer to the last question is "no," back up now. Ask if you need guidance. Do nothing else until you have a backup.

I bought my iphone5 from vodafone and camera not working. If i bring it in to apple store will they fix it for me? phone is only a week old.

Yes they certainly will
Always use an Apple Store for service .If the iphone is defective they will exchange it on the spot
It is an Apple warranty and their customer service is excellent but make an appointment it will avoid a wait
Back up any info as if faulty you will not see your unit again
