Apple, why won't you help me

Apple, I hate you. You sold me a product that does not work. I would contact you by calling you but the phone you sold me does not work. It constantly needs to be restored. Fine, annoying, but I can handle that. However now, my phone is telling me that it cannot be restored because there is a problem with my backup data. So what am I supposed to do? Just not have a phone? I can't lose my backup data as much of the information in my phone is very important and work-related. So what happens now? I am just screwed? I would call you but I can't because of your faulty product. I would use your online support but it won't let me unless I have my serial number which I can't get to because my phone that you sold me won't restore. I need help in this situation. As of right now, your product and your customer service is a complete debacle and I urge anyone reading this who may be on the fence about purchasing an iphone to spare themselves from these types of frustrations! Don't do it! Either buy an android or a windows phone or a flip phone or a house phone or anything! But not an iphone! You don't want to go through this kind of trouble....

There is no Apple here to read your rant.
We user here don't care if you switch over to a different company or phone.
Instead of calling or emailing, how about you actually take the phone into Apple store and have the people at the genius bar take a look at it.

    There is a lot of problems described in this comunity about icloud email forwarding.
    Personally I, spent a lot of time to make this fa***g email forwarding work. But it doesn't work.
    I started yesterday, but only today morning I got an email from apple that it is enabled. But it doesn't work.
    If it is not work properly - just disable it and people won't spend a lot time wondering it is work or not.
    Also, I have tried to setup google POP3 "Check mail from other accounts" , but icloud mail doesn't support POP3 protocol.
    So, apple, why don't you just fix your email forwarding? or disable it forever?

  • HT1766 I do not know how to back up that is why i made the apt i am afraid of loosing my info i did once before. why won't they help me?

    I crashed my i phone trying to upgrade. I took it to a Sprint store and they crashed my phone and lost all my iformation. I have made numerous efforts to make a new account and have no success, The reason for the apt is for Apple to save my info before i crash my phone again. I am not tec savvy and i am afraid to try and save the back up infor as i was never told to log on to i cloud. Why won't they help me at the store that is what i need help with to save my info while the delete my old accounts and ger me ONE account and password with back up that works? Why won't they help me do this at the store? just got it working i don't want to loose it again

    If it doesn't work with any sd card you insert into it then you can try a smc reset and a pram reset but if that doesn't work then the slot has failed. the only way to get that fixed is to replace the main circuit board, the logic board, which is very expensive. That is unless your mac still has a warranty on it then it would be free.
    If you have no more warranty then just buy a sd card reader that connects to the computer by usb port.

    Toshiba, why won't you put an APK in the downloads section to unlock the bootloader. Explaining that it will void the warrantee and that you will no longer be able to receive I updates from the service station OTA.

    They don't care. Never another Toshiba for me:
    1. I had a 750GB Toshiba Cavio external HD that died with minimum usage after 11 months...
    2. This tablet has annoying light bleed and is locked.
    3. I have  PORTAGE R700 laptop - Annoying fan noise !
    Will never recommend Toshiba to any one !

    Have *you* used CSS on the page(s)?  You are the one in control of this.  If you have not used CSS on the pages, then you wouldn't have a CSS file into which you can put this rule.

    Also looking at your code, I can see that you need lots of practice with your CSS as you are making many 'new at this' mistakes:
    You are OVER defining content styles - there is no need to specify a font family or even font properties for every rule.  Often a single font declaration can cascade throughout your page by placing it on the body tag.
    You are using the Property inspector to apply your styles - get out of this habit and learn how to use the CSS panel instead.
    You are using classes for everything - get out of this habit and learn how to begin using containers, container id values, and descendent selectors.  There is nothing more daunting than trying to troubleshoot a page that contains hundreds of class attributes in the CSS.
    Paying attention to these three elements will make your pages leaner, and much easier to troubleshoot.

  • Why won't anybody help me?

    I have had my problem posted for over a week now and nobody has given me any help on the matter. I see that there are a lot of other people with the same problem. Why not help me with the problem? Not doing anything about it won't make it go away (as much as I hope it will, and continue to check to see if it is fixed). The bottom line is the problem is annoying, I am getting no help on the matter.
    It is one thing to try to fix the problem and fail, but to just ignore me and not provide me with any technical support whatsoever, seems like it's going to a little too far.
    The problem of course, iTunes doesn't recognize the iPhone, even though windows does.
    Apple is getting arrogant again, just like last time in the 90's. It is on the road to being a has-been.
    I will never purchase another apple product, and will dissuade any potential customers I meet.

    The world will not change bcuz you have a problem with your iphone ?! People help when they want to help, I posted a lot of question (most of all on other sites) but sometimes I get 1 answer sometimes 0 and sometimes are there people that keep helping me untill the problem is solved,
    -> no apple staff here
    -> only friendly users that answer when we want to
    No what I would do is press home and lock button the same time until it goes of en back on that connect to pc

  • Why won't You Tube Videos Load/Play?

    My 10 year old daughter has an ipad mini and has been able to watch You Tube videos with no problem.  Now, all of a sudden, they won't load or if they load, they don't play.  Can anyone tell me why this might happen?  Everything else works fine, it's just this.

    Use your Galaxy or Playbook if you have Flash working on those. Flash doesn't work on my toaster either, which I knew full well when I bought it - you don't see me coming in here complaining about it.
