Applecare ordered with computer....didn't receive it in delivery

I just received my powerbook 15". I ordered a wireless mouse with it along with applecare.
The powerbook arrived last friday. The wireless mouse and applecare product was shown in my emails to be shipped from a different location and shipped fed ex ground while the powerbook came fed ex express.
Today the mouse arrived in a small box, much too small for the applecare box to fit into. And of course the applecare box is not in the box.
When I look at my apple web order invoice at apple.com it shows the computer shipped alone. The mouse shipped alone but under the mouse it shows the payment for applecare but doesn't include it in the tracking for any of the products.
It shows COMPLETED on the apple care status.
Where do I get my applecare box so I can register this machine?
I tried called applestore but I can't get through. It hangs up on me saying they are experiencing high call volume...
Anyone have a clue how I can register my applecare product?

Hi, Kathy - When you order an APP with a computer, your machine is registered automatically. There is nothing more that you have to do. To verify that your machine has been enrolled in the APP, go to the main Support page on this site (linked from the purple tab at the top of this page), then scroll down and enter your machine's serial number on the right hand side, beneath About Your Support Coverage.
If you find that your machine has been enrolled, then you have nothing to worry about. All that you're missing is the box which contains a moderately useful disk utility (TechTool Deluxe v3.0.4) and printed copies of the Plan's Term and Conditions which are also available in PDF form from the Support page.

Standard Rush Order with multiple plants

Hello gurus,
We just upgraded to 6.0 from 31I and when creating a
rush order with multiple plants the first item's delivery
does not contain a ship-to party were the second item's
delivery does. Table VBPA does not have a record for the
first delivery but the second delivery is there. This did not happen in 31I.
Please advice.

hhmmm. your table XVBPA looks like a created table that is not SAP standard. i am not an ABAP person so i could not pretend to give you good advice, but i (my speculation only) suspect that there was a user exit or an ABAP program that made the system do the postings to this table instead of the standard VBPA.
i further speculate that during the upgrades, some of the enhancements may have been lost or diverted. (to prevent this, you usually use the 'Z' naming convention, which is to have this letter as the start of any name for an enhancement or definition outside of SAP standard)
your best bet is to try getting an ABAP consultant (or are you one already?) to help you look at this.

When you say you ordered an ibook, I'm guessing you didn't order an older white portable computer, but a printed book through iPhoto, with Apple Photo Services.

If you purchased a subscription, there is no serial number. Sign in with your Adobe ID to license the software.

Settlement rule auto created in Production Order with Receiver Type as OIT

Hi,
I am creating a production order with material number in CO01. The system is automatically putting OIT in receiver category, in settlement rule.
And its populating the child materials there. I expect the parent material to be populated in the settlement receiver.
In the settlement profile maintained in order type, I have maitained MAT.
Please let me know, why system is autopopulating the role like above.

If you are going to settle the production order to Material, there is no need to enter Allocation structure in Settlement profile unless its used for variance settlement...
Allocation structure has an option to settle to OIT with a settlement cost element or primary cost element...which is why i wanted you to check for that.

Variance calculation for production order with settlement receiver as SDI

I have one query reference to Variance calculation for production order with settlement receiver as SDI(Sales document item).
I am working on Varaint configuration with strategy 25(Make-to-order for configurable material) with requirement class 046.
I have created sales order ref. to configurable material,subsequently created planned order & then converted to production order.
In production order settlement receiver is SDI(Sales document item).
While doing production confirmation ,variance has been created.
Now during variance calculation KKS2, I have got error message as no suitable settlement rule found for object Order no.
Is there any way to come out of this?Or variance calculation KKS2 is not applicable with settlement receiver as SDI(Sales document item).

In case of non valuated material, concept of variance does not apply...
Variance is Actual Cost - Cost of Goods receipt posted in stock.. If the later value is zero, your entire actual cost is variance... That is one way of saying it
But, in SAP, var not calculated in case of non valuated material and that makes sense as well.. Since you are in MTO scenario, it would make sense to analyse costs vs revenues @ sale order level as each SO will be unique in itself

I didn't receive the e-mail of the confirmation to be a developer

Yesterday, i bought the "Developer Program" for iOS, because i wanna get the Betas of the iOS 7, and i already payed for that, and they said that within 24 hours i would receiva an e-mail of the confirmation of my order to activate the "Developer Program". Today, i received an e-mail with my Apple invoice but i still didn't receive the confirmation of my order, and i'm waiting for that more than 30 hours. Why? And what can i do with my Apple invoice?

Didn't receive receipt after app purchase.

I bought Whatsapp on my iphone 3GS today. But I haven't received a receipt yet. But when I bought a paid application before, I received a receipt with all the details (order Id, receipt date, order total, billed to, item, seller, type, unit price, subtotal, tax, order total). I only received an email saying "Your apple id was just used to purchase Whatsapp Messenger from the App Store on a computer or device that had not been previously been associated with that apple Id. You may also be receiving this email if you reset your password since your last purchase". Please reply ASAP. Thank You.

I updated to iOS 5.0.1 days ago and didn't receive that notification until just now...
This time I synced new photos I took yesterday, and it gave me the:
"iTunes Sync: 54 items could not be synced. See iTunes for more information"
Perhaps it kicks off when new items get synced.
I've decided to rent a movie yesterday. Once it gets deleted, I'm curious to see if it jumps to 55 items.
