AppleCare registration number for purchase from south africa. I have not received getting started booklet on original box. Please help?

Hi please advise how to get applecare registration number if purchased from south africa, I am planning to take this extended support from india, but I don't have getting started booklet when purchased newly.

  • Unable to validate my serial number for purchased version of premiere elements will not connect to internet even though my connection is ok

    i have purchased an official copy of premier elements 13. i have my serial number etc but when i go validate my sign in throgh my internet connection nothing happens. its a nightmare !! I cannot even find out how to generate a rerquest code for offline valiodation. clicking on "generate response code " does nothing. I have jjust spent £79 on this product. will someone please help. ther is nothing wrong with my internet connection.

    Thank you so much for your common sense reply. I contacted Adobe via their online chat help facility. One of their tech guys resolved the issue by re-setting the Hosts file. Now I have seen this in the forums and it basically involves making a back-up copy of the Hosts file deleting certain entries and applying again.. Thankfully this worked for me. But I would urge Adobe to look into this matter as there are many novices I am sure will be extremely frustrated at what should be a straight forward approach when validating their software. Most people would know there internet was working ok and most people would be able to disable anti-virus software etc, but to continue getting a failure to validate a serial number online would in my opinion beggar belief !! for most technically minded folks out there. Most annoying.
    When anyone purchases legacy software from Adobe, no one wants this kind of problem. The software is not cheap.
    My purchase was Adobe Premiere Elements 13 and it is a great piece of software for video editing. I can however recommend it. It is very good for both novice and professionals

  • Itunes says my in app purchases were refunded but i have not received any money for them. what do I do?

    On 4/3 3 54.95 purchases went through on my checking account. I had a 50 dollar I tunes card and tried to buy an item worth 50 dollars. but instead 54.95 was charged 3 times from my bank account on iTunes card. I talked to my bank and iTunes. ITunes said they would refund all of them. I check my apps purchases on my pc and all 3 of the charges say refunded but I have received no money. On top of that I did not receive anything I purchased. what should I do to get my money back?

    It can take a number of days before the refunds will show on your card - if they aren't there by the end of the week then try contacting iTunes Support again.

    When you say "account," do you mean your iTunes library, because your iTunes library is what is on your computer?  Your iTunes library does not have an email address.  An account that is related to iTunes is your Apple ID (which is an email address) and you use it as your user name to sign in to the iTunes Store, to make purchases.  Changing your Apple ID will not make songs disappear from your computer's iTunes library.
    If you had an Apple ID and used it to make song purchases from the iTunes Store, and then started using a different Apple ID, you should be able to re-download the songs purchased with the old Apple ID.  In iTunes, sign in to the iTunes Store using your OLD Apple ID (and password).  That may not be your current email address, but Apple uses it as your user name, so it does not matter.
    On the iTunes Store Home screen, click on Purchased under QUICK LINKS.  This takes you do the Purchased screen, where you can re-download previous song purchases (for that Apple ID) at no cost. 
    NOTE:  If those song purchases are from more than a few years ago, you may also need to authorize your computer to play (and sync) songs for your old Apple ID. 
    For songs that were not purchased from the iTunes Store, if they are also gone, you cannot get them back unless you have a backup (or they are still loaded on your old iPod).
    If that's not what you mean by "changed the email address on my account," please post back with more details.

    Hey! So basically, I've been using my Wifi connection (from home) lately, I had no troubles what-so-ever. I turned on my 3G network this morning, and again, everything's going perfectly fine with my connection. I came home around half 4 from school and decided to turn on my Wifi connection at home, what I've realised is that whenever I try turning on my Wifi network, the little sign that's usually at the top doesn't appear anymore. I tried resetting the network settings and closing and opening my phone, but.. This didn't really make any difference. I'm really worried and I don't know what to do! I have tried reconnecting to my Wifi but nothing happened, my Bluetooth's never really turned on. Please help!!  

    I'm not sure if I'm understanding but if I am then I'm not sure why you are turning your Wi-Fi off and on. It should automatically connect and use your Wi-Fi when it is available and use your cellular data connection when Wi-Fi is not available. I haven't turned either off ever.     I received an apple order confirmation acknowledging my order -- my order will not be shipped -- I was told by a Sr Advisor that I would receive an email with a download code right away - but I've yet to receive it.  Please help - how to I get the download code?  macappstore help is not helping.  I'm desperately awaiting this update as I cannot complete retrieval of my data until I've got current version of Mtn Lion.

    If those do not help, your iPhone may well need service. You will not be able to get a Canadian iPhone serviced by Apple in the Philippines. You will need to send the iPhone back to your boyfriend or someone else in Canada who can get it serviced there and then send it back to you.
