Applet tracing success, deployment failure

Hello
Can someone look at the trace below and explain why the appletClient_testing.jar successfully downloads and is written to the cache but the single class file within, appletClient00.class is not found. I can guarantee the class is in there and case sensitively correct, can even provide a screen shot for pure objectivity. This is a minimal test, I am able to deploy other far more complex applets the same way, why not this one. I know famous recanted words "nothing is different", but isnt, yes. Any enlightenment would be appreciated.

Thank you. The listing is below. However the same results whether I extend Applet or JApplet. Also second below is the final html source emitted. Again I can see nothing wrong with the syntax that should prevent deployment, but then again I am asking the questions, grin.
