Application Document to go is not installed for Curve 9360

Hi,
Last week, I was having issues with Curve 9360 as it was rebooting indefinitely. Supposingly some software issue.
I had searched on support forum and re-installed the software on my BB using desktop software.
It is working fine but I cant find "document to go" in the applications, which was there when I had purchased it.
Can you please let me know how to install it? I couldnt find it in app world also.

I don't know how to check a battery serial number, sorry.
My advice would be, if it works good. If not return. I've bought OEM batteries on the past myself off eBay.

We are facing the problem while executing the ARPLABIM - Bank Statement Import program, 'Document Sequence Information Does not Exist for Bank Account'.

There are only two options:
1. Setup document Sequence. OR
2. Change the profile either the user level who runs this program (assuming a batch user name) or at the resp or application level. Not necessarily at the site level.

Successfully downloaded ROracle_1.1-11.zip and installed as local zip file.
But got below error when loading:

The ROracle for Windows package on OTN, ROracle_1.1-11.zip, is for Windows 64-bit. For 32-bit systems, you'll need to rebuild the package from source.
Refer to the ROracle INSTALL file for information on compiling ROracle for Windows 32-bit. Keep in mind that Oracle R Enterprise is supported on 64-bit systems,
so if you plan on using ORE you'll need to install on a 64-bit machine.

I'm a bit surprised that the only supported Linux distros are commercial (costing money) distros!
What's the point in providing Linux support for your tools then. The overwhelming majority of Linux users use free distros like Mint, Ubuntu, Debian, Fedora etc.
I had exactly the same problem and now I'm forced to BUY a Linux distro in order to build PetaLinux?
Anyway, a) are there any plans to support these tools on the more popular (free) distros? and b) Does anyone know if we can use CentOS 6, since that's supposed to be a community (free) clone of the supported (but not free) RHEL 6 distro?
Anyone know of an 'unsuported' Linux distro that 'works' anyway (especially for the cable drivers)?
It LOOKS as if that one cable driver install issue is the only thing preventing us from using a boat load of other distros. Can't this be fixed?

Windows Management Framework 4.0 Not Installing for no apparent reason

I have tried very hard to install WMF 4.0 and get PowerShell 3.0, as well as the latest PowerShell ISE. I'm running Windows 7 64 bit Service Pack 1, I've tried meeting all the requirements in the release notes and the instructions on the download page, but
it still won't work. First, I run the .msu package, and see a screen like this:
And then, after 5 minutes or so, the bar fills up fast and I get this message: The following updates were not installed.
ANd that's it. I'm stil stuck with PowerShell 2.0, and I can't figure out what to do.

Itunes 10.5 will not install for 64bit

Going to install Itunes 10.5 for windows, it's great until it tries to install something into a folder called "iTunesMiniPlayer.Resources". It says I do not "permission" to acces this folder, therefore Itunes will not install onto my computer. I have tried owning the folder but it again says I do not have permission to take this action. In the device manger it show that my printer drivers are not installed, when i try to install them Windows tells me the drives are not digtally signed and I and not it's not sure they are committable with my printer.. When I tell it to go ahead and intestinal them it tries then tells me it can not due to one of the above..
I have uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them so many times I have lost count.. I have used a uninstaller to make sure I got every little piece of the driver I can find..
Now when I try to install them, it hangs at about 89% and tells me it is waiting for a SPL response from the printer.. and that never happens.
So can someone please help me with these two problems..

Make sure that you run the correct OS bit version download for your computer. Do you have 64 bit or 32 bit win 7? did you install software by cd or online?
if it hangs at 89% , that means your firewall is limiting the installation.
what is the brand of your anti-virus software?

Media Manager not installing for latest Apple Mac version

Verizon Media Manager is not installing correctly on my macbook.
My apple OS version is 10.6.2. The requirements for Verizon Media Manager is OS 1O.4 - 10.5.7. http://www36.verizon.com/fiostv/web/UnProtected/MediaManager.aspx
Help. How can we get Verizon to update their media manager software to support the latest OS version?

I'm sorry that there was previously no support for Snow Leopard. However, the latest version of MM for Mac (v1.1) includes support for that OS.
Make sure you uninstall the previous version (if you haven't already) first.
Keep us posted with your progress!!!

JRE not installing for Hyperion v11

I had config trouble with my initial install and decided to reinstall Hyperion. After the reinstall the JRE directory is missing from the common folder. Any ideas?
I removed everything from HYPERION_HOME and the .hyperion.server1 and .oracle.server1.products from the user home directory.
This is a Solaris server. I run installTool.sh. All of the 29 other folders are present in common, but JRE and JRE-64 does not get installed. It did work however when I ran install for the first time.
Has anyone else seen this?

If you reinstall 11 version, the JRE will not install. After the uninstallation of Hyperion, you will be having InstallShield folder where it contains vpd.properties file in C:/Windows and you need to remove InstallShiled folder and reinstall it again

Logic Additional Content not installing for all users

I've got a MAC installed on an Active Directory domain. If I log in as the local administrator account, Logic runs fine, but if I log in as any network users, it loops around the 'downloading content' loop for ever. I've downloaded the .pkg files separately but when I go to run them, it prompts me for credentials and whatever I use, it just crashes out. Any ideas how to progress this?

I am experiencing the same problem on my LAN. Administrator account the app works fine, end users sign in with non admin accounts and it will not work.
I spent some time reading online and found the following instructions on the NET. I tried them and I thought it worked because I was able to log on as a non admin user test account and the flash player worked just fine.
Log in as Admin
2. Download the following zip file from here:
www.supportflash.com/reset_all.zip
3. Unzip this folder onto your desktop.
4. Drag both files ‘reset_min_all.cmd’ and
‘subinacl.exe’ to your
desktop.
5. Run the reset_min_all.cmd file.
6. It will open a DOS like terminal and start
running through registry
keys.
7. When it is finished it will say “press any key
to continue”.
8. At this point you can install the latest Flash
Player:

I also found 6 different versions of Version 8 that supposedly does not require Admin priveleges but it does. Back to the drawing board.

Wifi driver not installing for windows7 64 Bit edition

i had replaced my operating system to windows ultimate Bit.
My laptop model no: G580 (20157)
after replacing my operating system all the drivers are installed successfully except network controller & USB 3.0 host controller.
then after i tried to reinstall my driver and installed my driver.but wifi is not working
please help me my wifi driver is installed but not working.i had installed energy management then from shortcut i turn on my wifi but it is not turningon.
and when i searched from CMD promt(c:\netsh wlan show drivers),it gives there is no wifi driver found.
please anyone suggest me wether there is any other driver for this problem....

I’m sorry to hear that the Wireless driver is not getting installed in your G580 laptop after re-installing OS (Operating System), I suggest you to check if the Wireless is enabled in BIOS first then try to install the drivers. Below is the steps to access BIOS and check if the Wireless is enabled or not:
To enter BIOS setup utility, press F2 when the Lenovo logo appears on the screen while the computer is starting up.
NOTE: To check how the BIOS menu looks and to explore its options click here.
Now select “Configuration” Tab and enable the “Wireless LAN Support” by clicking on Enter Key when you are on the option.
Then Click on “F10” Key and then YES to save the changes that are done in BIOS, the computer will automatically restart.
Now check installing the Wireless driver in the computer, but and while installing while installing the driver right click on the downloaded file and select “Run as administrator” option to get it installed without any error.
NOTE: Please click on "Select Product" then in "QUICK PATH" enter the model no. as G580 select the exact model.
