Application Creative Cloud en anglais ?

Bonjour,
Nous possédons 6 licences Creative Cloud. Sans savoir pourquoi, l'un d'elle est en anglais !?!
En fait, c'est l'application Creative Cloud qui est en anglais (pas les logiciels puisque justement dans Creative Cloud, nous mettons bien Language : French).
Comment faire pour que cette appli Creative Cloud soit également en français ?

Ok, merci. Nous avons eu un cas similaire il y a quelques mois - malheureusement sans avoir pu trouver la cause du problème. Je pense qu'il y a un problème de rafraîchissement dans la langue choisie.
Voici, ce que je vous recommande:
Désinstallez Creative Cloud de la machine où il a été installé en Anglais.
Allez dans les préférences "Langue et Texte". Changez les préférences vers une autre langue avec laquelle vous pouvez vous débrouiller. Je suggère une autre langue que l'anglais - peut-être l'espagnol ou l'italien?
Relancez votre machine et l'interface devrait être dans cette nouvelle langue.
Installez l'application Creative Cloud. Vérifiez que l'application est bien installée dans la langue de l'OS.
Si c'est le cas, je suggere de recommencer les étapes de 1 à 4 en sélectionnant le français cette fois-ci. En espérant que CC soit affiché en français cette fois-ci.
Désolé pour toutes ces étapes. Ce n'est pas un problème trés courant et nous n'avons pas pu le reproduire en interne.

    Thanks for your reply, I quit the process for the adobe command, then I was able to uninstall, trying a new download now, here is the interesting thing.

    Looks like it hung itself, (Mail.app, I think is probably the issue, it suspends programs, so if adobe did not listen for that hook then it would not be able to resume, solution, quit mail.app
    Since you have to authorize the installer I would think they could look for mail.app and ask to shut it down.

    I am trying to change accounts for my creative cloud - so i am trying to uninstall it and then download again - is there a better way?  right now i cannot even get it to open, i get the error message "application creative cloud can't be opened -1712" can anyone help?  i just want to put my new account on my computer and take the old account off.

    Are you getting error -1712 MAC?
    If yes then open Activity Monitor from Applications/Utilities.
    Then Quit Creative Cloud process.
    Then try to launch.
    If it is not working, then restarting computer once might fix the issue.

    It appears you had your work ID active on your home computer
    Sign out of the cloud... uninstall and run the cleaner... sign in with your account and reinstall

    j'ai eu un problème similaire et après la désinstallation et la ré-installation selon les directives (voir ci-dessus), tout fonctionne parfaitement à nouveau. Il ya cet outil, je cite:
    Outil CS Cleaner Tool pour les problèmes d’installation | CC, CS3-CS6. L’outil Adobe Creative Cloud (CC) Cleaner permet de résoudre des problèmes d’installation des applications Adobe Creative Cloud et Adobe Creative Suite (CS3-CS6). Il supprime les enregistrements d’installation des versions bêta des applications Creative Cloud ou Creative Suite. Il n’a pas d’incidence sur les installations existantes des versions antérieures des applications Creative Cloud or Creative Suite.

  • I can't find creative cloud on my desktop and double clicking the app does nothing.

    I can't find CC on my desktop, double clicking the app does nothing.  Can't reinstall as it tells me that another version is running, and to quit that version.  Can't find the version to quit.  Help please.

    Can you please try and restart your machine and then check ? If nothing happens , please navigate to Utilities> Adobe installers to find Creative cloud installer or go to Applications > Creative Cloud > Creative Cloud uninstaller and then uninstall the product from there .
    once done with the uninstallation ,please browse to Creative.adobe.com and then reinstall the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app .

  • Creative cloud app isnt loading

    Hello i have been using creative cloud for a while, but when i wanted to upgrade some of the applications, creative cloud appears to be loading but nothing happens. i uninstalled and then installed it again but still the same, i searched for similar problems but they all say click on the bar ontop and i tried help and open as a window and quit but still the same, this is really frustrating because i have a ton of assignments and i cant do anything without photoshop and premier and INdesign !!! help plz !!!

  • Creative Clouds App won't work!

    Everything else works for me except the app when it says "download error" and then choose "get help" or "try again" which I have printed about 1000 times. I can not update my adobe programs which I have to do. There is no help available in Swedish and I'll get help from someone in the chat, I still have everything installed in English in order to be able to go into my computer and see what's wrong. Is there anyone who can help me?

  • I cant finalize the Creative Cloud Installer on my new iMac 27 iCore i7 RETINA with YOSEMITE Os X  :(

    I just adquired a license to use Photoshop & Lightroom CC.
    Unfortunatley, when I start the CREATIVE CLOUD INSTALLER, the installation bar reach maybe 70% and then everything desappear and nothing results installed on my iMac
    I checked DESKTOP and APPLICATIONS directory... but, no Adobe CC there:(
    How can i fix this problem?

    Yes, as Shootistbond007 said, this is a user's forum. Adobe staff does come on here to help out once in a while, but for the most part it's just us users.
    Where is says "member" on my icon it will have an orange box that says "staff." There is also the MVP badge for "Most Valuable Participants" which is orange too.
