Application Data Publication node not appearing in Jdeveloper 11.1.1.4.0

Hello,
I am using Jdeveloper 11.1.1.4.0. In Jdeveloper Help->Check for Updates, I uploaded ADF Mobile Client Version 11.1.1.4.38.59.46 (adfmc_bundle.zip).
I am following this tutorial. http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/articles/bors-adfmobile-086867.html
Everything seems to work fine till Step 8 of the tutorial . But in Step 9 for ADF Mobile Client for Blackberry Deployment Profile Properties I am not getting the Application Data Publication node.Thus I am not being able to add the Database Connection for the Mobile Server and the Mobile Server Login Credentials for Synchronization.
Why is it that I am not getting the above mentioned node??

1. There is a connector MDM. It is made by PCD. It has been tested. The test is ok.
2. However, as the data source in Visual Composer a connector MDM does not appear.

Created new data source, does not appear in the list

Hi I created a new data source using information provided in http://otn.oracle.com/products/reports/apis/pdstutorial/textPDS/PDS_1.html. But the new data source I created does not appear in the wizard. Could some body give me a clue? Can somebody point me to more detailed documentation on how to integrate a new data source into Reports Builder?

I desperately need help to troubleshoot why my data source is not appearing in the list eventhough I feel I have done things as per the tutorial. From reading the tutotial I am not clear -
- If specifying an icon is mandatory. If I don't specify an icon my datasource should still appear right?..without an icon?
- It is mandatory to implement the editor. I have hard coded things because I don't foresee any interaction by a user with the data source. There is just one column which WILL always appear if this DS is chosen.
- Finally in the integration instructions(http://otn.oracle.com/products/reports/apis/pdstutorial/textPDS/PDS_5.html) they mention that the classes have to be compiled with "report build" , is that a tool?

Import Data Option Does not appear in navigation

I need to test the import capabilities as a Developer, but I do not see the options that are referenced in the help.
I installed NAV Dynamics 2013 R2 Developer Version on a development computer with "SQL Server 2014 - Developer" installed. I copied a demo company. The option "Import from Data File" does not appear under Departments/ Administration/
IT Administration/ General. Many other options are also missing.
I reviewed the security setting for the Domain User and enabled the db_owner and db_AccessAdmin for the user. It was installed with the same administrative user account and the user has SysAdmin rights.
I assume that this is some sort of security/authentication issue, but I also saw references that certain things are disabled in the demo. I can perform most basic functions, but many administrative functions are not visible.
How can I enable \the import capabilities?

It will not be in core solution. As far as I know you need Aerospace & Defence solution (DIMP) for this functionality.

Datacontrols Tab Not appearing in JDeveloper 11g(11.1.1.2.0)

Hi All,
Datacontrols tab is not appearing in JDeveloper 11g.
I have de-installed and Installed again but I have the same issue.
Please help if any body have the solution for this issue.

Just a simple Question, to make sure.
Where are you looking for the datacontrol ?
In JDev 10g it used to be on the right top of the IDE.
In JDev 11g it is supposed to be on the left of the IDE. It might be collapsed there so you don't spot it immediately.
But then again, you probably will have checked that.

In Windows Vista or later Operating Systems, the default location of user data has changed. The
Application Data folder is not an actual folder. It is a
Junction Point for backward compatibility. A Junction Point is a physical location on a local hard disk that points to another location on that disk or another storage device. It is essentially a shortcut.
You might have noticed when clicking on a folder in
Windows Explorer with a shortcut icon shown on it (a Junction Point ), you get an
Access Denied error message. This is to be expected. By default, the Read permission for Junction Points is set to
Everyone – Deny . You are not supposed to access these folders, and there really is no reason to access these folders.
If you want to know where are those Junction Points pointing to. You can track down the real location of the files by running the command
dir /aL to display all the Junction Points and the locations that the
Junction Points refers to.
For example:
If you want to track down all Junction Points on C: drive, please locate C: drive and enter the following command:
C:\>dir /aL /s

the historical data are stored in table MONI. They are kept for the following time ranges:
day values for 30 days
week values for 175 days = 25 weeks
month values for 365 days = 12 months
These values are customizable in column PARAM of the table DB02_COLL_PLAN.
For more information see note 1404579.
If you want to see only a specific time range you can use the filter function of the ALV-Grid.

In the Info Cube structure i check the Trassactinal check box, In the Infopackage level under the data targets tab i selected the 'Select data targets' radio button icon but the data target is not appeared in the table.pl give me a suggetion in which location can i make a change.

HI,
I think you are trying to load data into and cube but that cube is not showing the info package level so you are unable to select the data target. It may be because your cubes real time behaviors is set in planning mode you need to change the real time behavior into data loading mode then you can see this cube in your info package.

Images stored in Application Data folder are not visible in HTML Page generated by AIR Application

Hi Programmers,
I have an AIR application where in I am capturing the images of persons via web cam and storing them in the Application Data folder of the users machine. I am successfully able to do so.
However, when generating the report in the HTML format from within the AIR application, I use the image captured and give the absolute path. but some how the image doesnt appear in the browser, I get the icon for image not found.
When I right click on the image, select property and copy the image path in new browser, I can see that image. Any thoughts on why this is happening?

I tried changing the directory as following in java class:
File trgDir = new File("/tmp/myTarget/");
File srcDir = new File("/tmp/mySource/");
FileUtils.copyDirectory(srcDir, trgDir);
but unfortunately Adf mobile application does not support "File Utils. copy Directory" library
so is there any way to circumvent this problem.

Profiling application but component does not appear in Live Objects

I have built an application using Flash Builder 4.6 and Flex SDK 4.6, which consists of many custom-built components, some of which are vast and contain lots of code. When I run the application, one of the components which loads using PopUpManager is causing the memory usage in Task Manager to increase and despite closing/reopening the component, the memory usage never goes down, only up. Eventually the process runs out of memory and crashes.
So I'm trying to profile the application. When I run the profiler, I can see all the classes opening into the Live Objects window. However when I load the component which is eating the memory, it appears in my application but does not appear in Live Objects, nor does any of its children.
What would cause this to occur?
Also am I doing the right thing by using components or should I be using modules instead?

it seems that 0sold_to not assigned to any infoobject catalog, you can try modify it with RSD1, to bring it to infoobject catalog, you can choose one infoobject catalog right click, change, and move 0sold_to from left to right and activate the infoobject catalog or use following function module (SE37)

Replenishment Delivey (delivery type CL) data in VF04 NOT APPEARING

Dear Sir/Madam,
In VF04 all Replenishment Delivey (CL) is not appearing.
In VF04 for delivery related data after running the report iam selecting any line item and the click on Individual Billing Document so that i can create Billing Document.
But iam not getting any Replenishment Delivey type ( i.e CL-delivery tye ) data in VF04.
I want a list of all Replenishment Delivey so that i can create a Billing document.(Like in VF04 for outbounf delivery i cancreate billing documents.)
Kindly suggest how to proceed???

Please check whehter have u done pgi for the replesnishmenet delivery. If u have not done that then please do the pgi and then check VF04 there u can see now that delivery...

UME LDAP Data - XML file not appearing

I have configured the readonly ADS with DB for the user authentication. Now I want to restore back to the default datasource configuration (dataSourceConfiguration_database_only.xml). But in the dropdown box in the Configtool >> UME LDAP data under the "Directory Security" tab, I am not able see the config XML file for the DB only. I tried uploading the file, but its saying file already exists. After this I tried deleting the fils from the cluster_data\server\persistent\com.sap.security.core.ume.service and then uplaoded the XML file. Still this is not appearing in the List of Datasources available.
Can you please let me know how shall I revert the Datasouce to DB only?

Go to ConfigTool -> Global Server Configuration -> Services -> com.sap.security.core.ume.service.
You can change the value of ume.persistence.data_source_configuration to dataSourceConfiguration_database_only.xml.

Did you try to use the search function "spotlight" to find the app on your device? Go to your main screen and swipe once more to the right to open spotlight and search for it.
Also try to reset the ipod by holding the sleep and home button until the Apple logo comes back again, or reset your Home Screen by going to Settings/General/Reset ->Reset Home Screen
