We have set up a Lync with connection to pbx. From our scenario we used the Lync 2013 Mobile client (android) to call to our ip phone, but when the ip phone answered, the call drops. We received this error from our Lync diagnostic report "Application
has not registered to handle incoming messages on the Signaling Session," Diagnostic ID 24041. Hope you can help us to interpret this error and suggest any possible solution.

Hi Edison,
Looks like REFFR is not supported between the gateway and mediation server.
You can try to disable REFFER support and test the issue.
In addition, to better understand the issue, you should check the logs.
Also double check Lync server configuration item for CSMobilityPolicy and CSTrunkConfiguration .

You should consider downloading the 10.6.8 combo updater and applying it again.

Are you able to go back to the store that you bought it from and ask them to activate it properly ? Hello you ABAP guys knows everything (amost).
I am facing problems with licensing the ECC6.0 server. I got a file via e-mail. when trying to install it via "new license" I browse for file sent to me by SAP.
When trying to install it I get the "The license key library has not been initialized yet." message.
I tried to find relevant note. The most close note is note 982056 saying to look in trace file (which I do not find).
i adjusted sec/libsapsecu , ssf/ssfapi_lib and ssf/name parameters and restarted the server but the problem persisted.
What to do?

I wanted to extend the demo license of the NSP the first time. When trying to import the license file nsp.txt under transaction SLICENSE, I am getting the message that the license key library has not been initialized yet.

I have configured the SMD on Solution Manager 4.0 SP 11, LMSERVICE SP12 (Before it was SP 11 but is still had the same error)
Wily Introscope 7.1.
The solution has been published and I able to use all the other diagnostic modules except for E2E.
When I click on any E2E Workload/Exception etc I get the following message
"This application is not yet configured. Please refer to the E2E post-installation steps"
What are the specific steps to enable my application for E2E?

I have set the custom values to true for the following:
e2e_log_analysis_configured
e2e_trace_configured
e2e_ workload_analysis_configured
In the Propertysheet.application.global.properties, restarted the apps
But I still get the same error.
Is there any other configuration involved?
BTW, Is there any document that details the above steps you have pointed out? I guess I must have gone through all the diagnostics set up guide, but have not come across this uptill now

I had a year long CC membership that expired at the beginning of the October.
After realizing that, I attempted to start a free trial of photoshop to work on a project. My Adobe account states that i'm on a trial, but my (Mac) dashboard CC app won't allow me to start the program. I have reinstalled both Creative Cloud and Photoshop CC but still get this message.

I'm not sure what your post means. If you are trying to make an in-app purchase in a game then what happens when you try to do it, does the 'buy' button not work, do you get any error messages ... ?

That's one of the weird things.. it recognizes it maybe 10% of the time. And usually, only after I do the two-button reset. Problem is.. since it won't charge above 2%, anytime I try to do a restore or anything like that using iTunes, my device shuts off and I lose whatever progress I'd made.
So, an update... after reading through a bunch of similar complaints (there are literally 1000's of them so there's NO WAY this isn't somehow ios7 related, thanks a lot APPLE ) I decided to try a restore in recovery mode. After 3 hours and several disconnections... I ended up having to just set it up as a new iPad, as the restore did nothing. Weirdly though... as I was doing the restore in recovery mode.. I noticed I'd gotten up to a 10% charge.. higher than it's been since September, so after setting it up as a new device, I turned it off and plugged it in using the wall charger. 2 hours later and I was up to 38%. Still not great, as my iPad, before ios7 could've fully charged twice in the amount of time it took for me to now get 28% more of a charge. And that's with a fully cleaned out device.. so that really ***** and I'm now more confused than ever.
But I'm gonna leave it overnight charging and see what I come up with tomorrow. Sadly, when I paid $600 for it in February, I never expected to have to play "wait and see" with it...

You're talking about the dock?
To check on that, go to System Preferences > Dock > indicate your preference.

We are working with the InCopy feature (checking in and checking out ICML files).
The problem:
I might have saved a document with an ICML file still checked out.
The question:
Is there a way to find out which document was saved with the ICML file still checked out?
or in other words:
Is there a way to find the document in which an ICML file has NOT been checked IN again before saving the doc?

thank you for your answer and your reasonable recommendation. Unfortunately, this only works when the ICML content is used in one INDD file. In our case, we use ICML content in multiple docs (various manuals with the same safety instructions, warranties, adresses etc.).
So, is there a way to trace back where an ICML has been used?
Is it possible to find out in which document the ICML is still checked out?
