Application Loader

Hy there.
By uploading my App with Application Loader, all steps are succsesfully throug in the Background activity menu, except the step "Authenticating with the iTunes Store...". This step i have tried several times for over 17hours, and my App file has only 22MB.
At the end Application Loader comes out with the following message:
An error occurred while processing the jsonrequest.
Version Mismatch. Neither CFBundleVersion (´3.3.1.7.88173`) nor CFBundleShortVersionString (´1.0.6`) in the Info.plist match the version of the app set in iTunes connect (´1.0´).
I really appreciate any help.
thanks in advance.

Hi there,
I just got following answer from the App Store (below) about the upload of may App.
As i unfortunately dont know how i could change those two elements in order to fit App Stores requirements, I would really appreciate any help:
1) CFBundleVersion ['3.3.1.7.88173']
2) CFBundleShortVersionString ['1.0.6']
kind regards,
Alex

  • Can not upload my ipa with Apple Application Loader

After I published with success a new .ipa with DPS when I tried to upload with Application Loader, the system refused my app.
In the past I never had this problem since last week it is impossible until now.
When I asked  help the Apple developer assistance, says:
The error you’re receiving now does make sense that it was caused by the Adobe DPS program. Sometimes when using 3rd party app builders it will cause a similar error when attempting to upload a new app or update.
Unfortunately Apple does not support 3rd party app builders, and I would suggest contacting the support group at Adobe in regards to DPS and what setting you need to adjust within the program to successfully upload the app.
When contacting them be sure to have the description of the error ready for them. I’ve seen this similar case with previous developers that have used the Adobe app builder, and have reached a resolution with contacting them.
    What can I do?
    Thank you in advance.

hello, you have a 8310. You must use an OS for the exact model. Using one for 8300 or 8330 will not work.

  • Problem with Application Loader

    Hi,
I'm trying to submit an iPhone application to iTunes using the Application Loader on a Mac Mini (OSX 10.5.8). After I enter my iTunes Connect login details I receive the following error response
*There is a problem with you login information*
Please click back and try again
An error occurred talking to the iTunes Store
The login details are correct, the device connects to the itunesconnect web site from Safari without issue.
Is anybody else experiencing a similar issue? Anybody have any ideas on how I might resolve this issue. It's really frustrating as this is now the only way to get an App into iTunes and the error message is not exactly giving me a lot to go on.

I got a message in an email saying I had the wrong binary code and therefore had to change it by downloading the application manager.
This was the email they sent me?
Some potential reasons that your binary is invalid: the binary icon doesn't meet our requirements, the payload directory is set at the wrong level in the .app wrapper, the bundle version has not been increased, and so on.
You will receive an email detailing the reason for your invalid binary. To clear the error, log in to iTunes Connect, locate your app, and click Ready to Upload Binary to reset your app's status to Waiting For Upload. This will allow you to redeliver your corrected binary through Application Loader.
Makes no sense to me either!

Application Loader, unless there's another one I'm not familiar with, is part of the iOS SDK. That have usurped the .zip, or you may have removed that application but your Mac is still holding onto the mapping of Zip files to that application. Select a .zip file in Finder, Get Info, and go to the Open with section. Select Archive Utility and click Change All. That should fix the problem.

  • Application Loader Is Now Empty. What Happened?

Hello I finally grew up from windows mobile and went to Verizon and upgraded to a Blackberry Storm 9530. The software in the box was version 4.7 which seems to be the most up to date. I installed it and hooked up my Storm a couple of times and the Application Loader would show everything installed on my Storm. I installed a couple of other apps on the side today without the software and they worked fine. Also, they showed up in the Application Loader with the default loaded software. Tonight I decided to hook the Storm back up to the PC and I went to search for updates for my software. When it tried to download the updates it gave a fatal error and the BB Desktop Manager crashed. My Storm then went to a white screen with a clock and would not response. I had to pull the battery and put it back in to boot my Storm back up. Ever since then when I go to the application loader it only shows the 2 apps I installed today and not any of the other apps so that I can remove or update them. They appear to be on my Storm and function, but not in that list. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled after a reboot and still only those 2 files show.
What can I do to fix my first BB that I now seem to have broken?
    Thanks in advance,
    A new and worried user.

  • Uncaught error java nullpoint exception, email icons disappeared, application loader unable to back up data, desktop manager unable to connect

    Model:  Curve 8900
    Provider: At&t
    Platform: 4.2.0.108
I'm ready to throw this phone in the blender.... if I could only back up my data first. A couple of months ago the What's App application required an update. I updated it and ever since my phone has steadily had more and more issues. First, I kept getting this uncaught error message, shortly thereafter the 2 email accounts (both gmail) that I have linked to the account disappeared. The message icon shows that I have messages, but icons not there (I have tried the show all option). At one point the message icon started exponentially adding the number of messages until it got up to over 86,000. When I reboot the phone it goes back down and then steadily increases again... usually though it's more to 400 - 500 rather then tens of thousands. I have been trying to install updates and do a wipe of the BB so that I can start from scratch, unfortunately the application loader is unable to back up data. The desktop manager is unable to connect to the blackberry and indicates that an upgrade is required. I have tried doing the upgrade both directly from the phone and connected to the desktop manager, but nothing seems to work. If I try to upgrade the software directly from the BB, I get to the start download button and when I click, nothing happens. I have removed all applications except bberry app world and one game that I play, Pixelated Plus. Still nothing. Any ideas?

Do you want to save the messages?
If not (and I think they are the problem) open the Desktop Software > Device > Delete Data and click the "select Data" option. Select the Messages to remove. Complete the prompts and finish.
Then, return to backup the entire device, and see if that is possible to complete this time with no messages.
Now, once the back up is done and you have your data, you can disconnect the device.
Now, use BBSAK to wipe the device and subsequently load the new operating system.
**If you cannot complete the backup again above, you might have to do without it, OR you can use the Desktop Software to sync your Address book, calendar, memos and tasks to Outlook. OR, you can easily install and use BlackBerry Protect to backup your device over the air to RIM servers, then once wiped and the new OS reloaded, you can use Protect to restore the data back to the 8900. << This you should do regardless.
Good luck, post back here as you have questions.

  • Uploading AIR for IOS thru Application Loader I get the following error - The package does not contain an Info.plist.

I'm publishing an .fla in AIR for IOS.
I'm in CC 2014 so first I need to know which AIR should I publish in?
newest is AIR 14.0.0.178 for IOS
IOS deployment type is App Store
    publishes with no error.
I see the following files included .swf and app.xml
I convert the .ipa to a zip file
Upload that thru the Application Loader I get the following error
The package does not contain an Info.plist.
Where is the infoplist for this and do I convert the .ipa and the info to a zip file?
I converted the .ipa to a .zip and the intoplist file is NOT THERE  how do I generate this?
    Any help here?

Ok this is becoming very very frustrating as I have been at this for hours now. So the only way to explain this is to write what I did step by step as I have to be doing something wrong, just to recap:
I was publishing from Flash CC 2014 using AIR 14.0 and getting Digital Certificate is not valid message.
Was instructed to download new AIR 17 , I did this installed into Flash and used to publish.
I used my previous p12, app ID and distribution certificates all generated properly.
The file worked ONCE but I got an app ID error ( I understood I used the wrong app ID)
I changed it to the right app ID and the very next time and after 10 attempts I got the same error  Digital Certificate is not valid
SO I then downloaded AIR 16.0
RE DID ALL MY CERTIFICATES AND P12'S
went to publish and I STILL GET THE SAME MESSAGE   Digital Certificate is not valid

  • Ad Mob not working in Application Loader Error

    Hi Adobe AIR community,
I've been having this problem for a while now. Basically I have been using AIR for iOS 15.0, Flash CC (2014) and Milkman Games Ad Mob ANE v.4.4.0.
I can test my apps perfectly on both iPhone and iPad devices. The Ad Mob banner and full screen ads work very well while testing in a development environment.
When I try to upload my app to the App Store using Application Loader v3.0 I get an error stating "error ITMS-9000: Invalid Bundle. The bundle my_app.app does not support the minimum OS Version specified in the Info.plist"
Now funny thing is when I remove the ANE the app uploads to the App Store just fine.
I have been forced to stop using ads in my AIR for iOS apps since the release of iOS 8.
I have also contacted Milkman Games support but they tell me that I am the only one with the problem and that support tech can't recreate the problem.
Also I am using OSX 10.10.1 and I believe that xCode has been updated to version 6.1.1 (not sure if updating xCode makes any difference but I have updated it tonight and I have not tried to re-upload the app since)
Does anyone know what I can do? Any help would be very appreciated.
    Thank you very much!

    Hi Colin,
I have tried this and I still get the same error. I entered it in the xml file like this:
    <iPhone>
            <requestedDisplayResolution>high</requestedDisplayResolution>

You can set the bind variable on VO by overriding prepareSession() method in Application Module check this http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E37975_01/web.111240/e16182/bcservices.htm#sthref357

  • Adobe AIR 3.0 application loader error

I am trying to submit an update to my app using the Apple Application Loader.  The prevous version of my app was made with an early version of Adobe AIR about a year ago.
My problem is when I upload my app I get an error, "The key UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities in the info.plist may not contain values that would prevent this application from running on devices not supported by previous versions".
I have edited the UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities key in the Infoadditions of the xml document.  I included the camera and microphone capabilities so the app would only run on the iPod Touch 4th gen but this would still allow it to run on older iPhone models.
Are there any additional changes I need to make to be able to submit this app update?

Your earlier version may have been done with Flash CS5, which means it would run on armv6 devices, now it only runs on armv7 devices. You only have the choice of publishing it in CS5, or make it be a new app.

  • Issues with Apple's Application Loader

I have been having some issues delivering my ePub to iBooks through Apple's Application Loader device. I've contacted Adobe, who says my file is fine. Then Apple, who says there is an issue with my file. Then back to Adobe, who says their help ends with inDesign. Then back to Apple, who says I have to talk to Adobe.
Ever since kicking us publishers off Adobe DPS, I have been having unanswered issues with producing iBooks, which is the way that we have to produce inDesign files now. Namely, I get an issue saying an image, that isn't in my inDesign file, is too big to upload to Application Loader.
Has anyone had similar issues? Please help?

I keep getting this message when i connect my new Bold 9900 and started getting it on my curve 8330 a couple months ago. I have the newest version of desktop manager 6.0 installed on both my laptop and my PC. The strange thing is it works flawlessly on my laptop, no error messages from either phone. Just got the new Bold last week, plugged it in to PC, same error. I have done alot of reading through the forums and have tried to uninstall and re-install the desktop software 3 or 4 times. Even tried upgrading the OS on the Curve and Bold on the Laptop. Plugged it back into the PC and same problem. I cannot force the Loader.exe to start on PC  when I click on it on the C:\program Files/Common Files/Research in Motion/Apploader, crashes right away. Even tired a method that outlines how delete registry entries, etc and tried that. Does anyone have any further ideas or more detailed way to resolve this. Seems to be desktop manager issue as no problems with same devices on laptop.

The solutions I found online including in this forum do not work for me.  I have uinstalled and reinstalled all bb softwares on my computer, I have deleted the apploader files, i have restored my XP computer to its factory settings and updated everything from scratch, from SP1 to SP3, and still, no solution is in sight.
